great location, very good breakfast

servers at restaurant and room service do not understand english. It was hard to ask for something. We had to call 3 times asking for coffee sachets. They did not understand our need. They called back offering cappuccinos, americanos, etc. The breakfast is a great buffet. While having breakfast the server bring food that we do not want to eat. Probably they wanted to be nice but we need our space and no interruptions. While checking out We were worried about our luggage, transfer, time, etc. In that moment came another hotel staff asking to open the booking app to fill the comments about the hotel. We felt harassed.

Swimming pool and terrace were perfect for relaxing between exploring city sites. Location. Modern design of the hotel. Vigilant customer service and assistance with luggage / taxi on both arrival and departure.

Slow room service, staff forgetting to respond to simple requests such as replenishing water, and not making up the room daily which is expected as standard from a 5* hotel. Hard sales by some staff for spa treatments was annoying at harmony Spa.

we had to ask promised bath robes 4 times and received them on third day. last day we had really early airport transfer, ordered breakfast boxes night before, but didn’t receive any

Location, location, location. A short walk to many significant sites plus easy access to tons of restaurants and shops. Easy to pop in and out throughout the day. Though on a busy street, the room and lobby were quiet. The staff was incredibly welcoming, friendly, and helpful, even offering free late check-out.

The bed was big enough for two tall people, but a bit uncomfortable as it was two singles together with a mattress topper. Strange set-up for ensuite: a mirrored box. Not a pleasant view of a nearby building, but a lovely breeze through the window.

I would recommend staying here if it is your first visit to Istanbul and you wish to be close to the old sites (Hagia Sophia, Blue Mosque, Basilica Cistern, Topkapi Palace) as they are within walking distance. The breakfast is plentiful and delicious. The pool is a lovely way to cool off after sight-seeing and is quite the photo op after dark

The area is very touristy so for a first time visitor it’s ok, but if you wish to see more of what Istanbul can offer you, I would perhaps choose another area

I have just been hosted in this hotel, and I can only speak wonders about it. The rooms were nice, the breakfast was delicious, the location is amazing, the service and the staff were great with us all the time. Oh, the staff…❤️. I want to seize these lines to give a special thanks to six people who made my time in Istanbul a dream came true. Not only doing their jobs, but also going one or two steps ahead, involving themselves personally in giving the best to the customers (further than their duties demanded) and making us feel not like only guests, but friends. They are Berker, Nadir, Yifit and Cûneyt from the front desk, and also Honey and Putu from the 5th floor restaurant. I hope this review works as a congratulation and you six get it somehow, guys. Thanks a lot for everything. Coke and Bea.

The facilities were excellent, lovely rooms and bathrooms. We really enjoyed using the garden in the mornings, and there were very nice views from the pool. The breakfast buffet choices were extensive and we thoroughly enjoyed them every morning of our stay. The breakfast menu did have small changes every day, so plenty of choice available. The waiters and waitresses were always on hand. The location is perfect for tourists, being in the old city, and very close to the tram lines, so travelling out is very easy. Very friendly and helpful hotel staff who were always more than happy to be of assistance.

Arrived with low expectations since I was reading some of the negative reviews, but oh boy I was wrong.. Location is 1000/10, the service and welcoming 10000/10, do not hesitate to book “basement level” rooms, they are spacious, and have balconies. The breakfast was delicious! You have plenty to choose, desserts were SO YUMMY! Guest relations managers are so sweet and helpful! Receptionist are also super friendly and ready to help with everything! Since it was my fathers birthday, they decorated the room and served the cake in our rooms 🥰 The best hotel in the best area to be honest! Would recommend to everyone! You will not be disappointed, that I can quarantee, since we had NO problems with anything during our stay.

Everything was perfect

The location was excellent. Surrounded by very good restaurants and shops that made this a fantastic central location to plan everyday. Its location compared to all of the critical tourist spots means that with a minimum of effort you can visit some incredible sites, get back to the hotel, have a shower, and then visit the Grand Bazaar as well as the Mosque beside it. Breakfast was expensive but varied, excellent quality and abundant. The staff here were all attentive and did all they could to ensure a pleasurable stay.

The AC could be a bit hit and miss. It is dependent on room motion sensors, so if there is no activity in the room the AC turns off. If you have left the blinds open and are gone for long periods it can be a stifling environment to come back to. We also needed to ask them to encourage whoever was smoking near the outside air inlet to move his activities to another area. We were awoken at around 1AM to 3AM with the room smelling of cigarette smoke for 2 days before we realised that it wasn't a close guest but in fact stray smoke.
