The location of the hotel is absolut top, you can reach the Hagia Sofia and the Blue Mosque within some minutes. the staff was very friendly, the room was good and was definitely sufficient for our needs.

The room was quite small, one should expect this in advance. Also, this was difficult in the bathroom because the towels had to hang directly above the toilet and could fall in. The toilet set was not fix and moved. It could be a bit more tidy: we just requested the room service every two days but even then the floor stayed as dirty as before. The breakfast was nice, but it could have some variety. It was the same every day.

This is the second time I have stayed at this hotel. It is centrally located in Sultanahmet, close to all the must see places. Breakfast was delicious and there was a great selection of food to choose from. The hotel staff were in general wonderful, and very helpful, particularly all the receptionists. Complimentary water bottles were supplied every day.

A couple of times I found that the floor was dirty in my room (with dirt residues that I had not left myself) and I reported this to the staff at the reception desk. The issue that I found very strange was that, I had left a large box of facial tissues inside my room and the last day of my stay, when I returned to my room (which had already been cleaned), I realized that somebody had used all my facial tissues and left the empty box on top of my bed.

The hotel is superbly located, right behind the Hagia Sofia. It’s a cozy hotel with very friendly staff. I had an early morning arrival and I wasn’t sure they’d allow me to check in. To my surprise, they not only gave me the room, but also invited me to have breakfast! The staff are all very helpful when I need information or have questions.

The room is a bit too small. Not like the photos on display. But at least it’s cozy and clean.

A true Turkish hotel. Kind caring staff who go the extra mile - especially Mullat who even walked us to our restaurant. It is clean and the bed very comfortable. The location is excellent too. The rooms are small however we put our bags on the bed, unpacked them and then stood them up next to the bedroom wall; easy as. Our air conditioning was excellent and we could change the setting easily. Breakfast is a true Turkish breakfast- olives and all! We just went with the flow and thoroughly enjoyed our 5 nights. The Turkish people are kind and caring. They aren’t rude or impatient. When someone wants to sell you their wares, we just chatted and politely said we Thankyou, but we don’t need one etc and smiled. They truly are very lovely and we didn’t have any problems, not even in the Grand Bizarre. Don’t hesitate staying here, it’s wonderful

This hotel is excellent. First the people is very accommodating, kind and helpful. I arrived at 6:30 am at the hotel and they provided me the early check in so I could sleep and exceeded my expectations, secondly I had an issue with my phone chargers and they provided an adapter which was very helpful, third the location is excellent, everything was just walking distance, the most important attractions just 5 minutes from the hotel. In general my stay was wonderful thanks to the staff. Thank you Million Stone hotel team.

We stayed here just one night during our week-long trip to Turkey to visit Cappadocia. The hotel is in a fantastic location to explore the main sights of Istanbul on foot. Also nearby are many choices for meals. The staff were very helpful in helping our driver find the hotel as you cannot drive to the entrance and must walk a couple of minutes from the nearest road. The room was very clean and compact and suited our family group of 3 adults perfectly. Breakfast was good and overall we were happy with our stay.

Beautiful place in a superb location. Needed a late check in and the staff and manager accommodated it and helped us with airport transfers. Substantial breakfast and a great set up close to all major attractions.

Wifi dropped in and out frequently

Very clean, elegant, warm no matter how cold it is outside, hot water is available 24/7 and service is great... 1 minute walk to Aya Sophia and Fatih square and all other attractions, you can just get out and find your self in the middle of markets, shops, exchange shops, restaurants, pharmacies and etc... The Hotel is really cozy and hidden in a location that no noise from the street could disturb your sleep but yet close to everything. I stayed for 23 nights and I just expanded my stay to another 5 nights. That actually showing how much I am relaxed here

Charming, helpful and largely English-speaking staff. Beautifully decorated rooms in local style. Fantastic situation near the major sights and one minute from the basilica cistern. Blue mosque, Topkapi palace and Hagia Sophia within a short walk. The main tram line runs nearby with a stop 100 metres away. Quiet location in a cul de sac away from traffic noise. The perfect location for a cultural trip to Istanbul.

The breakfast was adequate but unexciting. Not much insulation between rooms. Despite keeping the window closed the wailing of calls to prayer at 05:30 every morning was difficult to ignore. With recent road modifications, taxis have difficulty getting near the hotel except very early morning and late at night when the barriers are open. On arrival, our taxi had to drop us 300 metres from the hotel. But our departure at 04:45 was problem-free and the hotel breakfast service was open.

We arrived late at night, the hotel is not on a vehicle street however the hotel sent someone up to help us with our suitcases. The location was perfect, I looked out my window and there was the Haghia Sophia minaret above the roof line, what could be better. All the main attractions were literally on the doorstep and very walkable
