We liked the stay in Oldmile Palace Hotel, because of the good location for tourists and affordable price. Staff were super friendly, the room itself was clean and very decent for its price.

If there is room service (cleaning), I think it would be nice to have “do not disturb” hangers for the door. Because cleaning lady was sometimes knocking the door when we were still sleeping, and it was quite uncomfortable. Plus the light in our room was a little dark, and it was quite uneasy to read, do a makeup and staff in the evening. And the wifi was turning off time to time, but we had an e-sim so it was not that big problem.

Excellent hotel. It is very good located, in the centre, near all the interesting places for tourists. It's very clean, the bed is very big and comfortable, good toilet also, tv, etc. The best is the man in reception, Nedim. He is ready to help you in whatever you need at any moment. He is very polite and he han help you always. If you have any problem, Nedim will help you.

I really liked this hotel and there are so many benefits: location - walking distance to Blue mosque and Hagia Sophia, hotel facilities - renovated and clean, staff - was helpful and polite.

great location, the air condition was working perfectly, hot water worked all the time ive seen reviews that the hot water would drop but my room had its own hot water tank so it was never a problem, the staff was great and very helpfull too, the cleaning staff cleaned every day which was nice, there is a little restaurant right next to it that had pretty good food and it wasnt expensive. was there for 3 days spent most of the time walking anyways the beds were clean and very comfrotable. the shower was awesome had a little stone bencch that you could use the shower like a sauna. personally i didnt use their breakfast offer so i can not comment. the location was very close to absolutely everything alll the major sights where walking distance and the location was very nice and safe nothing shady what so ever

Great location, off the main road so it was quiet once all the the restaurants closed. The room itself was large and comfortable.

The bed sheets were dirty but I found a clean duvet on one of the other beds and slept under that on top of the double beds duvet which was clean. I didn’t mention it to reception as I was only staying one night and I wasn’t well so I dealt with it but if I’d stayed longer I would’ve had them changed. I didn’t mind the stairs but I was only up one level. The staircase is quite tight. Reception carried my suitcase up for me on arrival so that part wasn’t an issue for me.

The hotel is within walking distance to blue mosque and hagia sophia. The hotel was newly Nice renovated and clean. Staff was very polite and helpfull.

Great location, great value for money, shops and restaurants in the neighbourhood, Sultanahmet tram station is a minute away, turist sights all within a 5-10 minute walk. Nedim is very friendly, nice and helpful. Wi fi worked fine. Room was very clean with comfy beds, new towels and cleaning every day. Fridge, electric kettle, AC were useful. We had a very nice view from our window, balcony was overlooking not so nice yard but it was ok for leaving our umbrellas and to have a cigarette. Would definitely stay here again! The hotel is in the best location. First, A lot of restaurant nearby even the hotel have its own nice restaurant. Second, tram to everywhere is one minute away. We use this tram to get to the hotel after taking bus from airport to Aksaray. Tram Station for this area is Sultanahmet. Third, Hagia Sophia is in walking distance!! last but not least is the manager of this hotel Mr Hakan is very helpful. He answered all our questions, let us store our luggages until we go to the airport and call taxi for airport transfer.

No lift but no problem because the manager Mr Hakan help with the luggages. he carried it to our room and even help bringing down the luggages.

The hotel is located within walking distance to the main sights. Literally a 4min walk to the Blue Mosque, Sophia Hagia and the Grand Bazaar. Walking distance to the metro that takes you to the main shopping streets. There’s a small supermarket directly across from the hotel and several restaurants all around the hotel. The owner, Nedim was super friendly, helpful and full of information. The hotel had no elevator but he helped us with our suitcases to the 3rd floor. The apartment was very clean with towels and bath supplies provided for. Tea, coffee and water also included in the room.

There was a bit of damp on the ceiling but nothing bad.

Excellent location, easy to find just a few hundred meters away from Aya Sofya. Great wi-fi connection, very friendly staff and the air conditioning is perfect for those hot summer days of Istanbul.

Located in a busy, noisy neighborhood of Istanbul. I was upgraded to a nice room on the 4th floor, but the 80 narrow steps got me tired from going up and down without an elevator. The cleaning lady made incredible noise starting before 7am outside my door every morning and the fourth floor smelled from smoking all 4 days I stayed there..
