Quiet clean nice staff. Breakfast good. Let shower run a few minutes to get hot not a big deal. Our room 315 faced Hagia Sophia (omg 2 blocks away! ) Blue Mosque 1 block further. Right in the middle of all tourist must do spots. Hotel will arrange airport pickup. Even that was amazing 1 block over from the hotel go to The AND Hotel and restaurant On the roof. Amazing views ... ask for Ken ... he makes it an amazing experience. Takes photos for you. Takes care of you Is a bit pricy but worth every penny. Made for a memorial evening! A once in a lifetime experience. We are loving Istanbul and have only been here 3 days. Doing 10 day tour around western Turkey. Tour Radar ... we used them in Morocco and were very impressed with our knowledge 3 m?

The hotel is generally not bad. The staff is friendly. Breakfast is quite filling. The location is great. At night it is quiet enough for the center itself. The room is very simple. The mattress is not very comfortable. One or two days will do just fine. excellent view from the roof of the hotel, but one moment was very unpleasant. See further.

In the evening we came after a long walk around the city and decided to have a cocktail. The time was about 20.00. We went up to the roof and expected to have a good time with a cocktail or glass of wine. But, to our great surprise, there was no bartender in the bar who could prepare something. We barely managed to get two glasses of wine, but it turned out to be of such poor quality that it was impossible to drink. In short, take your wine with you from duty free. This is such a fly in the ointment, in a generally good old hotel.

Location, cleansines and kindness of the staff. If you travel to Istanbul to see main historical attractions, then this hotel is a top pick. Less then 5 minutes walk to almost all of the places, and still in a quiet area. For this purpose, location is as close to perfect as possible. People working at the hotel are one of the kindest I have met in any hotel, and I do travel a lot. For the price that we paid, we were more then happy.

Nothing in particular, room was little bit smaller then expected, but nothing to complain about much.

The hotel was elegant and graceful. The hotel itself has the vibes to be in Istanbul. Beautiful view from the terrace and can spend couple of hours with your partner or mates enjoying drinks. Staff are very friendly and can tell they do care for you. Put you in the priorities. I found great help when the Manager (Kerem) got in touch with me over WhatsApp a day before arrival asking about the time and if I needed anything to make us comfortable.

The hotel is located at a very convenient location. The hotel was clean, and the staff was amicable and helpful. The hotel's manager, Kerem Tutkum, was accommodating. He contacted me a few days before our check-in and asked if we needed special assistance. He also upgraded our room. The front desk was always available for help. I highly recommend this hotel.

My entire family thoroughly enjoyed the experience here and would highly recommend this hotel to others! The hotel is in an excellent location, with the main attractions within walking distance. Also, the staff were respectful, attentive, and brilliant , which further enhanced our experience. In addition, the hotel was very clean, and we felt safe and looked after at all times. I would definitely come back and stay here again.

Close proximity to everything and welcoming atmosphere and staff.

We noticed the bed sheets had lots of hairs on the pillows and sheets. These were not the color and texture of our hair. The room was clean but the hairs on the sheets and pillows were concerning. We didn’t make a big deal and took off the sheets and removed the hairs with a wet towel . This was the only negative about our experience.

The hotel is well kept, clean and in a really good location next to all the main attractions. The family connecting room is brilliant for our 3 kids (age 16,15 and 6!) The staff are all friendly and the breakfast staff will make extra if asked if we came down towards the end of breakfast time. The buffet breakfast was suitable for all our family and the kids enjoyed it.

All that staffs are so nice and patient to their own customers. I found my wallet locked at the strongbox and it seems not work well during my staying time. Those guys are treated me well and helped to get my goods back quickly. That hotel is well-trusted and I strongly recommend you guys could stay one night there to experience their services.

The staff were so friendly and nothing was too much trouble for them. The location was perfect, just a stone’s throw from Hagia Sofia, the Blue Mosque, the Basilica Cistern and all the other must-see sights in the Old City of Istanbul. The view of Hagia Sofia from the roof terrace is awesome!

Hard to fault. Anything we needed fixing they sorted in a heart-beat.
