The location is excellent, right next to the Sultanahmet tram station. Within walking distance are sights, shopping, restaurants, etc. The hotel has a Turkish breakfast, which I like very much. The food is fresh, tasty, and the staff is helpful. They also offer coffee, tea, milk, yogurt, cereals... Since we stayed in January, it was cold and we couldn't use the terrace outside, which offers a beautiful view of Hagia Sophia, Sultanahmet... The double bed is comfortable, it is not small, but the blanket is put into a smaller sheet, so it becomes small for two.

We stayed on the last fourth floor, and there is a restaurant above us. The advantage is that we have a nice view, but we didn't stay long in the room, we went outside. And everything was great except for the noise inside the hotel. Breakfast preparations begin early in the morning at 7:30 (breakfast starts at 8:30) so the noise wakes you up. The staff drag chairs across the floor, bang dishes, etc. Everything is heard. Any of the guests slams the door of their room or talks loudly disturb sleep. While the windows are very good and have sound insulation, so there is no noise from outside.

This hotel is in a fantastic location, right at the heart of Sultanahmet. It is no exaggeration to say that Hagia Sophia and the Blue Mosque are less than 5 minutes away walking. The various staff members I met were always friendly and willing to help, and they have a private airport transfer service (95 Euros return trip, up to 4 people) which proved extremely useful for getting back to Istanbul Airport. At street-level, the hotel is on a bustling side street with plenty of restaurants and souvenir shops, and - surprisingly - the sounds of which could never be heard when relaxing in the bedroom. The room was basic but more than serviceable and always well-cleaned. In addition to this, having breakfast on the top floor was always wonderful. The food is varied and nice but the views of old Istanbul make breakfast at this hotel outstanding. The pictures you can see on the hotel's page are not exaggerated. Eating a great breakfast with such views of Istanbul is an excellent way to begin a day of sightseeing. For all of the above, the price - I feel - was more than reasonable and I would seriously consider staying here again when I am next in Istanbul.

The only downside is the system of collection for your airport transfer. The private taxi meets you outside the hotel but, as it is a one-way cul-de-sac, the taxi must reverse out of the side-street and then fight its way down another road not wide enough for 2 vehicles. This added almost 15 minutes onto the "journey" (which is already a long one, approx. 1 hour or more) when several cars refused to give way and allow our taxi out.

The location is great - it's 5 minutes of walk to Hagia Sophia and the same to the Blue Mosque. A bed is comfy, Wi-Fi is strong, facilities are working as intended (special thanks for a safe deposit). The staff is friendly and speaks English very well. We couldn't leave for breakfast due to early flight but they made us some food we was able to take with us.

A fridge is noisy. Easily solved by simply turning it off though. The street outside is noisy too - it's the very center, there are many bars and restaurants outside. Unfortunately, this cannot be solved as simply as with the fridge. Nevertheless we slept well.

The location was excellent. Conveniently located and very central to explore Istanbul.

Breakfast terrace tables and rooms look a little tired. Fresh coat of paint will do.

Perfect Hotel in Istanbul. Close to the two big mosques in Istanbul. So many markets and restaurants near the hotel, we were spoiled for choices. The staff were very friendly and helpful. The rooms were very comfortable and clean. The hotel terrace on the roof had beautiful view of the city with the mosques. Always peaceful sitting on the terrace in the evening and listening to the call to prayer coming from the mosques nearby. 100% recommended to everyone to stay in this hotel in Istanbul if anyone wishes to have beautiful tourist attractions and amazing restaurants right at your doorstep.

The price may be a bit higher than other budget hotels in that area but you cannot ask for a better location as it is right next to Hagia Sophia. There are plenty of restaurants nearby and so is the Sultanahment Tram station. More that everything, the people who work in the reception are wonderful. They found fruits for me at night when I was sick, kept my luggage when I travelled and gave me suggestions regarding shopping, hamaam and site seeing. My love and gratitude to all three of them.

Not a con but they can label dishes laid out for breakfast

For those who want to live in the very heart of the old town this location is perfect. 3min to tramway few more to the mosques. Surrounded by tens of small and bigger (touristy) restaurants and shops. Curiously it's not noisy in the room just above it ( I was 4th floor). The room seems to be smaller than 18 m- just 1 m around the double bed. The room itself looks like Ikea style but comfortable and clear with double windows. The wardrobe is an open rack. The bed and bed lights are very good. . The small lobby reminds the boutique hotels with small office, books , sofa . The reception staff speaks good English. The breakfast choice is simple but correct.

I have chosen this hotel mostly for the rooftop and the rooftop is little bit abandoned. It could be a cosy and colorful place with a splendid view of two mosques. Now it looks more like the regular roof with old chairs .

The location is unbeatable. It’s clean and cosy and the reception is covered 24/7. Utku is really good at helping you with everything you need and want to know about the City. The views from the Terrace and unbelievable and you can enjoy your breakfast contemplating the Hagia Sophia or the Blue Mosque from the upper Terrace. Breakfast is quite good and the staff is really friendly too. As soon as you come out of the Hotel you’ll have plenty of restaurants open all day and even the ones which where recommended on my guide-book.

everything was good.

Fantastic location with a beautiful view from the terrace. The staff was very kind. We were pleasantly surprised by the willingness of the receptionist Utku. He helped us with the SIM card and told us about the places, we should visit. He was always ready to help. We also loved the cleaning lady, she was so sweet and always in a good mood. These two always made our day. The food was really tasty. We are very satisfied.

The view from our window was really bad. We could only see the building opposite us and a roof. :/

Excellent location! All major historical sights within a short walk & tram was close by. Everyone at the desk were helpful with metro & tram routes. They arranged my taxi to IST airport at a very reasonable rate. Housekeeping cleaned my room daily & everything was sparkling clean. The room size was perfect for me, but may be a little tight with 2 people. Breakfasts were absolutely delicious & varied daily. Wonderful views from the dining room & terrace.

Some guests were loud in the hallway late at night, but not the fault of the hotel.
