Beautiful place. Very good location: next to tram stop T1, many main sights can be seen even from the window: Hagia Sophia Mosque, Sultan Ahmet Camii, Yerebatan Sarnıcı. By tram T1 you can easily go to the Asian part. The staff is friendly, the food in the restaurant is delicious. Room service at a high level, cleaned on time, the room was clean, there were plenty of towels, bathrobes and other necessary accessories.

An excellent small hotel in a pedestrian area close to all the attractions in Sultanahmet. We had 4 nights in 502 and after a trip away from Istanbul we had 1 night in 501. Both rooms have a view of Hagia Sophia and 501 also has a view of the Blue Mosque - 502 is a one bedroom apartment and 501 is a studio. Both have good bathrooms. You will hear the calls to prayer but this is not unusual anywhere we went in Turkiye. We had 2 trips each way to the airport. Traffic is chaotic, except at 4am. Our first drop off we were met by the reception person at the nearest street but the second dropped us off 4 minutes away. Luckily, we knew the area after our first visit. Both pick ups the driver rang reception and they escorted us to the car and helped with the bags. It is an easy walk to Sultanahmet tram stop. Many hotels are in this area and many will have similar access problems due to narrow streets and pedestrian areas. I would definitely stay in Fuego Design Suites again if I go back to Istanbul.

The location was great for the main sights. Very spacious room with great view. Emir on Reception was SO helpful. Really nice guy. He helped us find great places to eat. Nazif in the restaurant was also very friendly and helpful with directions and places to visit. We left early on our last day and they even provided a great breakfast to go!

The walls are very thin and we were woken by noisy people arriving back at 01:30 who kept us awake for ages.

First they let us into a room early in the morning as we arrived at 5 o’clock. Rooms are big, view is incredible. Two workers Yusuf and Emir were very helpful, they helped us with everything, even Emir helped us with a suitcase. The best place to stay in Istanbul, rooms are design in a mixture like the Istanbul, combination of modern and traditional. Also guys in a restaurant are fabulous. They made our vocation better and saver❤️

Everything about the hotel was exceptional! Extremely spacious room, very modern, closest location to famous landmarks, excellent facilities such as a great shower & modern bathroom, along with having very responsive staff to fix any issues (guy called Yusuf made me feel very welcome and resolved all my issues quickly). Couple of small pointers that I would give to the hotel to make them close to perfection is firstly to make the lighting in the bedroom & bathroom brighter, the toilet for a larger person might be difficult to use as its so close to the wall & and ensure ensure consistent hot water always. However as mentioned, these are minor recommendations as the hotel & customer service was 9.5/10!! Will deffo be coming back and already recommended to family and friends. Keep up the good work 👏

We thoroughly enjoyed our 3 nights here. Still our best hotel experience in Turkey so far. The room was large and the view from the window was perfect. the coffee machine was a bonus and welcomed when you woke early in the morning a real treat. The boys downstairs in their restaurant were fantastic, we arrived tired and just ate our dinner there. The food was good and loved how they bring out their puffy bread and meze with your meal. We ate here again on our last night as we enjoy watching their teamwork and everyone walking past. they certainly are a well-oiled machine in the restaurant. They also organised our laundry in a days service which was reasonable. Shower was good, just be good if they fix the shower head so it stays up on the wall for us girls who don't want to use the very nice rainhead. Had a lift to the rooms so luggage was easy. Remember taxi's cant come into this small area so you walk maybe 200 m to get to the hotel - early morning taxi can come closer. But this was easy. Very happy with our stay

Yes, the muezzin is loud early in the morning, but we are used to getting up early because of our 2 kids so it did not really bother us. Everything else was perfect.

If you need a 1 night very short stay in Istanbul only to see Hagia Sophia & Sultan Ahmed, then this hotel is very good: less than 5 minutes walking distance from both mosques, in the middle of many restaurants & sightseeing. Room is clean and large.

You need to take another Tram which Tram-tickets is complicated/too expensive for only 1 short ride to buy if you use Havaist Bus from airport, because walking distance is far, especially when you have many luggage/arrive late at night/raining (taxi is better option in these cases).

We appreciated the large room, the central location to all of the big sights in old town, and the lack of street noise. The staff was very friendly and attentive. Our overhead shower wasn't working right and they fixed it the very same day we told them about it. They also arranged for a cab to the airport (at the very end of Sept it was a fixed price of around $25 US dollars).

We did hear noise from the unit next door but only when the toddler was crying and / or when he was in the hallway. Although the location is fantastic for sight seeing, restaurant costs are pretty high as compared to other places you can find in the new city (Karokoy) or across to the Asian side (by ferry or train tunnel).
