This is by far the best hotel I've stayed in Istanbul! The service is incredible.. Zuhra and Nadide bend over backwards to make you feel comfortable. Breakfast on the terrace is just wonderful. Loved all the wood decor, very unique. Comfy bed, good AC, great location, with a lovely mosque and coffee shop on the corner. Everything in walking distance.. felt safe at night as a women walking alone. Will definitely be staying again when I go back. Thank you, Zuhra, for making it such a memorable and pleasant stay!

Not enough plug sockets in the room..

location is perfect , really close to the important interest points in the city . the stuff was really friendly and always willing to help

have to say that the room was extremely small . is true we selected the budget one but also it seems that the sqm couldn’t be true at all. breakfast really poor , they didn’t ask what we wouldn’t like to eat (they could have saved a lot of food) . it was not appropriated to switch on the washing machine while we were having breakfast, as they don’t have an specific area for breakfast due to the small size. they never offered a single coffee or te , so we decided to have breakfast outside since day 2.

Hotel is very cozy and clean, staff extremely helpful, friendly and polite. Good breakfast, also in room there were 2 types of tee and coffee which was so nice. Location is very nice, 10 minutes to Hagia Sofia by walking and 5 minutes to nice shops, bazaar, tourist centers and entertainments. Great value for money! I will definitely back to this hotel!

There is not much to say, just I do thing hotel should start provide with toothbrush, would be better!

We've spent six nights in this hotel and I must say that everything was excellent. The location of the hotel is close to all the main Istanbul attractions. The room was very clean and comfortable. The best part of this hotel is the staff. The two receptionists guys were so friendly and helpfull. We couldn't asked for more. We'll be back soon for sure. :)

Everything was great

The location is a short walk from the main tourist hotspots of Istanbul, such as the Aya Sofya, the Grand Bazaar and Topaki Place. It is also well connected to public transport. The highlight for us was the staff, who were extremely generous and helpful, constantly going above and beyond of what was expected. The homemade breakfast was a wonderful touch that cheered up our mornings, and that set us ready for the day. Really recommend this place to stay.

The only but is that the floors are quite creaky and noisy as the hotel is indeed made all of wood, but if you are a good sleeper that shouldn't affect your stay. The decorations and the overall aesthetic of the hotel was so nice that we did not mind the noise.

Perfect location in Sultanahmet historic district. This style of wooden houses is quite common in some parts of Istanbul, so the hotel has a nice touch of tradition. Zuhra, the front desk employee, is very friendly and always ready to help. Cleanliness is exceptional, our room was cleaned every day and towels changed frequently. Deluxe junior suite has a private balcony with table, chairs and sunbed - highly recommend. They can bring the breakfast up to the room, so we had breakfast on the balcony every day, enjoying the views. The large old mosque is basically next door and morning adhan will wake you up at ~6:30 am every day, but this is the part of the experience.

Do not leave food on the balcony unattended, seagulls will get it and trash it in no time. And yes, they can break plastic containers with pickles/yogurt/cheese to get to the contents.

Location was great, just in the centre and walking distance from almost everywhere! Staff was friendly and helpful. Breakfast was quite basic but fulfilling. Would recommend for a few days stay.

A bit noisy at times as people would gather up at the hotel entrance and chat for long times. The building is made out of wood so you could also hear steps on the upper floor.

The location is perfect! It's located in a calm little street, but not far away from the 'main center' itself. Easy to find (the building is wooden and beautiful!). There is a good cafe right on the corner of the street and even a local and not expensive hamami (turkish bath) few minutes away :) Also, the staff is super friendly and helpful, keep going guys!

Maybe the breakfast was not the most amazing thing here (I just prefer to choose what to eat), but c'mon, it was still ok :)

The hotel is in the perfect location for your city trip to Istanbul. The room is clean en will be cleaned every day. We had a good experience for the money your giving 10/10 the breakfasts is a little basic ( bread, confituur, choco, honey, cheese, meat, cofee and thee) but hey what do you expect for this price. For me and my company we would definitly recomend to familie members and go again to this hotel. Loved the woman who made the breakfast. Its a family company one of the sons went to ghent lovely stat

Nothing realy

Very positive experience overall. The hotel is in the perfect location of Sultanahmet and everything is so close. Literally walking distance to everything: Blue Mosque, Hagia Sofia and Grand bazaar. We arrived at the hotel and they offered us 2 options because our initial room was in the basement next to the kitchen and we had a toddler so they said we might get disturbance in the morning. The room we chose was a few doors down from the hotel but was in the same chain called Wonder House. Staff are very friendly and always listen to your requests. Zuhra, Minhaz and the elderly lady who makes breakfast are very helpful and go above and beyond to make you feel welcome.
