Fantastic location, walkable to transit and many local sites. The staff were so friendly and welcoming, I felt very cared for. The bed was comfortable and the air conditioning kept the room and 18c while sleeping. During the day I had the window open and it was still a nice temperature. I was thankful for the bottles of water and the breakfast, I do have a positive suggestion of perhaps having signs for what the different items were, being from the west I wasn't familiar with all the options and I was unsure what I might be trying or missing out on because I was not sure if I would like it, but what I did try was delicious. I was provided a map with advice for local sites to see which was a nice touch. I also used their airport transfer 3 times and was very pleased. I also had my clothes laundered for a competitive price. I loved having a sea view room to wake up to. Couple of things to note, There are Mosques all over Istanbul and calls to prayer can be at ALL hours, so do yourself a favor and bring ear plugs if you are a light sleeper. Also I knew this from pictures when I was booking but the bed was large and getting past it to the window side was a challenge with large luggage so if you have issues I'm sure they would help you lift the luggage over the bed. I hope this review helps you make your decision. The cleaning staff was wonderful. You can't go wrong for location, comfort, hospitality and price.

As a senior woman traveling alone, I loved the warm welcome, safety and cleanliness at this small and modern hotel. Excellent service in English and everyone was personable and helpful. I felt very safe in a spotless and modern place. I also really liked having a refrigerator, hairdryer and coffeepot/teapot in the room. Staff will help you find anything you need, and have maps available. The location is on a side street, a slight uphill walk to to the Old Town attractions and public transportation. Many restaurants and stores (including a grocery store) within a 5 - 10 minute walk and I felt very safe, even walking home late in the evening.

No negatives. I really loved it there and would stay again in a. minute. I don't eat breakfast but had coffee and juice each day.

As a solo traveller, I had a wonderful stay. The staff were exceptionally helpful and kind, sorting out my travel card issues (which were entirely my own fault) and offering support and advice when needed. The hotel was clean, comfortable and quiet, and I felt very safe. The location is great for all the main sights in Sultanahmet, which are 10 mins walk, and just 15 mins walk from the tram, which let's you access the rest of the city cheaply and easily. Will definitely return if/when I go back to Istanbul.

Would have been useful to have the breakfast buffet dishes marked as to which are vegetarian, but I didn't ask at the time because there was a big enough selection for it not to be a problem anyway.

Location: Zeyn HI is located near the historic Mehmed Pasha Mosque. To Sultanahmet Square, it takes 10mins to walk, & to the nearest stop 'Çemberlitaş', in 7mins, where tram #T1 runs. Quiet location. On the right side of Zeyn HI, there is a store located in the corner. We found the prices to be more equitable. Rooms: were both clean & comfortable. Deluxe room we rented overlooking the sea was spacious and had average renovations. Friends had standard rooms with sea views and were smaller, with good renovations. The numbers correspond to the stated characteristics on Booking. Two people are provided with tea, coffee, and 0.5 bottled water per day. Elec.kettle present. Hygiene: The room was cleaned daily, but I cannot say about wet cleaning (maybe 2-3 a week). Towels for body-2pcs, for face-2 pcs, for legs -1pcs. Slippers-2pcs. Shower gel & shampoo for 2pcs. The robe isn't. Iron was given to us by the admin without any issues. Staff: Mahmoud & staff are highly skilled and helpful. We arrived late at night and we quickly checked into the room. Provided a map of the city and provided instructions on how to get there. Provided guidance on which routes to take. The day of departure our shuttle was scheduled to arrive at 5pm. And we wanted to walk around until the evening. The admin kindly offered to leave our suitcases in storage so that we could quietly go about our business. In a word, the admin didn't kick us out :D. Thanks, Mahmoud, you're best! Mahmoud exhibits genuine Muslim qualities! Breakfast: we all enjoyed very much. Boiled scrambled eggs and boiled sausages in tomato sauce. Different kinds of cheeses, breads, salads, olives. Peanut and chocolate pasta. Fruits, candies, juices & more. P.S.: By the way my wife forgot her hat in the room. It turned out that the cleaning lady took it to the storage room and went on business. Mahmoud wrote down our address and promised to send it by mail.

Seagulls =D , they don't sleep at all, but that's not a negative thing about the hotel.

The manager of the Hotel and the other guys there were very polite and kind..From the begining of our arrive they help us with our luggages and also they gave us directions for transportation all over the city..Every morning the manager by him self give us iced waters for our daily walking and i mean around 4 bottles!!!Also they welcome us with a lot of gifts!!!I will totally recommend it for your trip to Istanbul.Is very close to historical monuments of Istanbul around 12 mins from Ayia Sofia Blue mosque Top kapi and many others..The tram line is also near around 6 mins and dont hesitate to ask about anything they will help with all their heart!!!!We spend amazing days and we feel like our home!!!!

The staff is amazing, they are so friendly and willing to help all the time. We didn’t find this high level of hospitality anywhere we traveled. They help us with the luggage, give us a map and a lot of valuable information about Istanbul (what to visit, public transportation, where to eat, etc), and answered to all our questions as well. Also, they offer me a gift on check in. The hotel is located on a quiet street, perfect location for all the sight and also very closed to the tram station. The room was clean and comfortable, cleaning is done everyday, changing the towels as well. Bonus they offer us 2 bottles of water everyday and also when we left the hotel. Breakfast was good. It’s an amazing hotel and we are looking forward to come back! We recommend this hotel 100%! Thank you again for everything and keep up the good work!

WOW !!!! It’s an amazing hotel with excellent services . The most important for me was that, as a girl traveling alone, I wanted a safe place to stay where if I need help they can provide it . The staff there exceeded my expectations. They were so professional so kind they directly make you feel like home. They responded to all my demands and they were there to help me for everything. Special thanks to selçuk who was the manager of the hotel. He is so nice person , he provided me many goods on my check in like chocolate , head scarf and his card for the tram in the city since I was confused on how it works . They clean the room every day they change every day the towels plus they offered every day two bottle of water free of charge . I recommend this hotel 100%. It was perfect and I am really looking forward to come back . Thank you again for all.

I recently stayed at Zeyn and had an exceptional experience. The staff was incredibly friendly and helpful, making my stay comfortable and enjoyable. The hotel manager personally greeted me, which added a nice touch to the experience. They went above and beyond by lending me a travel Istanbul card, which made exploring the area much easier. Parking was a breeze, thanks to the assistance provided by the hotel staff. The breakfast buffet was diverse and delicious, with a wide range of options available for self-service. The room was cozy and clean, equipped with air conditioning, ensuring a comfortable stay regardless of the weather. The hotel's central location in the heart of Istanbul made it convenient to explore all the major attractions. I also appreciated the thoughtful little presents and the complimentary water provided every day, including bottles for travelling home from the hotel. These small gestures made my stay even more special. Overall, I highly recommend Zeyn for their outstanding service, excellent amenities and prime location. It was a wonderful stay, and I would definitely return!

Absolutely amazing stay, would recommend to anyone who is visiting Istanbul. The manager and the staff were amazing, friendly and very helpful. We got family treatment from them, they showed us every places that was worth visiting and many helpful tips where to buy stuff or where dont. Room was cleaned every day, we got fresh towels every day and we got new bottle of water every day. At reception was staff 24/7, so we felt very safe. They also fullfiled every our desire, like extra blanket and pillow. Breakfast was very traditional a great variaty of Turkish flavors. The most populars sightseeing spots are at walking distance, also near to tram station. Overall like first time Istanbul traveler would recommend 10/10.

The hotel is clean, well maintained and the location is perfect to visit the old town being at a 10 minutes walking distance from Sultanahmet square. The room was tiny but very clear and gets tied every morning, tovels are changed every day as well. Breakfast is served in a room downstairs with plenty of sweet and savoury foods both continental and turkish. The personnel was simply amazing helping us out with transport from/to the airport, a briefing about the best places for sightseeing and a lot of helpful tips and suggestions specially for the hammam cause we wanted to avoid places for tourists and have a real hammam experience.
