I recently stayed at this hotel and had a fantastic experience. The workers were incredibly responsive and efficient; whenever I requested room cleaning, they acted promptly. The room itself was impeccably clean and beautifully appointed, reflecting the standard of Istanbul, Turkey. Considering the reasonable prices, both for the room and the services, I found the quality to be exceptional. The service was top-notch, the staff was friendly and attentive, and the food was simply amazing. Overall, I highly recommend this hotel for anyone looking for a wonderful stay in Istanbul.

I couldn't find a single thing to dislike about this hotel. The personnel were outstanding, and everything about my stay was truly exceptional. The room exceeded my expectations; it was accurately described and met all specifications. Overall, my experience was nothing short of amazing. I highly recommend this hotel to anyone visiting Istanbul.

The staff is very nice, especially the manager and Torgay at the reception /I hope I've written it right/. It is close to Sultanahmed Square /2 stops by the tram to Hagia Sofia/ but you have to climb the hill to the tram stop. I found another street when you go out of the place, go to the left and then left again. You will go through a nice bazaar and reach the square easily. If you go straight you'll reach the Marmara sea. The promenade is beautiful.

It is a small place and they obviously have no room for all the stuff the cleaning woman works with. She leaves everything in the stairs.

Excellent location - the hotel is very close to the Blue Mosque and other central landmarks, but yet situated in a peaceful, quiet, narrow street.  It was truly an authentic experience to stay in an old-style neighourhood and enjoy drinking tea/coffee (free at the reception) in a wonderful, colorful garden full of plants and the cutest and very friendly cats.  The personnel was exceptionally kind and stood at disposal at all times.  The room on the ground floor was simple, and the traces of time and usage are visible, but it was clean and had a comfortable bed and a mini fridge. All in all, it was a homelike experience and good value for money. 

The hotel does not serve food but they collaborate with other restaurants. Also, a few restaurants nearby had excellent food and were affordable.

The location is very convenient, short walks to Little Hagia Sophia, the ocean, Hagia Sophia and the Blue Mosque. The staff were friendly and genuinely helpful. Rooms clean and plenty of hot water at all times. Nice ground level garden with tables.

Room was a bit smaller than expected and booking.com had said queen bed but it was a double. The rooftop has a nice view of the neighborhood and a bit of the sea, but is underutilized so far. Still, you could bring lunch up there if a small group - Four old chairs and a table are there. Good for some photos. Almost all the cable channels are Turkish but we did find some English Tom & Jerry and Laurel and Hardy!

Staff is cooperative, whenever i called service from reception, they solved .my issue. Tea and water is free in hotel, bed sheets can be changed any time by staff , room cost is cheap as compared to other hotel and sultanahmet mosque is at 10 min distance, big ayasofia is 10 min distance and small ayasofia is 5 min distance.sahil is 10 min distance down in south direction. Supermarket , ziyababa restuarant near to hotel. Barber shop is also in same street. Room is cleaned every day. Garden of hotel is beautiful , childeren can also play with cats. Khan, sikander and yildirum are best persons ,they helped me a lot.i will recommend for this hotel to everyone.

Amazing staff!! the manager and the staff very helpful and kind! my mom accidentally booking wrong date, but the manager of the hotel help her out and make my mom calm (coz my mom very panicked). He called booking.com to reschedule the date, and gave us amazing room view. the hotel location really near from the blue mosque, etc. i would never forget the kindness of the manager and staff. thank you very much!!

the stairs,this hotel doesnt have any lift. but it doesnt matter, cause i only book the room only for sleep.

Beautiful, authentic little hotel right in the heart of Sultanahmet. I couldn't wish for better service & place. The staff member on duty-Iskander - did everything possible to help and sort all the enquiries I had, from food delivery, tourist information, airport transfers. And most importantly it was genuine help and welcome. Felt like as if I came home. Can't reccomend this wonderful heart-warming place enough!! Would tell all my friends and family choose this place, especially with those reasonable room fees. Overall brillaint experience and I can only say -thank you very much.♡ xxx

Nothing I can think of really. Great little hotel in the center of European Istanbul with cute little garden, fountain & roof terrace. Just grateful.

The place was in the heart of the city and near to many attractions and food points. The staff was very helpful and professional. They let us keep our luggage in their storage for 4 hours post-check-out time so we could tour before departure.

There was nothing in particular not to like, but I guess the room was on the 3rd floor and the washroom didn't have a bidet spray shower as one would expect in Istanbul.

Loved the location, just couldn't be better - right in the middle of the old city, with tons of shops, cafes, beautiful sightseeing places around, and metro station is not far either. Also the room despite being small was very comfortable and had everything necessary - an air conditioner, a bunch of electric sockets, nightstands on both sides of the table, and hotel WiFi was great, which was a nice surprise. The personnel is very lovely and friendly too, always ready to help

The room is quite tight, and there were some minor water issues a few times (no hot water or no water at all), but only lasted less than an hour, and also there was no window in the room - which is actually fine, just an interesting experience. The price was also a bit too high, but we came right at the time of tourist boom, so to speak, so it was to be expected - I suppose, normally it should match the quality better

We arrived after staying at another hotel which was a disgrace that we left early and were recognised as we had stayed there last year. The hotel is in the old town so can be a bit difficult to find. It is 500 mitres from the Blue mosque and there are plenty of places to eat in the area. The small resturant a few metres sell the best donner kebab I have tasted. The wifi is good and there is a garden to sit in.
