Food great wide selection and flavoursome for breakfast lunch and dinner. I would highly recommend the food. Alcohol we didn't really have much but again a large selection. There are 3 pools: 1 in the front with the water slides entrance through the reception level. 2 in the middle entered on lobby bar level. Each pool caters to different requirements. Noise quiet and children. I actually preferred the water sides area it was quieter. Having arrived back to the room after time at the pool a bottle of wine and fruit was waiting. A nice welcome. The staff are very nice and helpful. They will try and deal with your request as quickly as possible. Entertainment in the evening was good to watch a show later without leaving the hotel complex. Plus there was a mini disco for the children. Location close enough to walk into the town centre. There are taxi s, dolmuş always arriving to take you to your destination if you don't want to walk.

Early in the season I know May but pity one of the pools wasn't heated.

The hotel exceeded our expectations. The staff were incredibly helpful and cheerful, especially Rafet from Guest Relations, Ceren from front desk, Ceylin from f&b and Gülcan from animation team, to whom we extend our heartfelt thanks. The food was satisfactory. The hotel is compact, yet the rooms are spacious and clean. We appreciated the complimentary bottle of nice wine and fruit left in our room, which seems to be a standard welcome from the hotel. They upgraded to suite rooms which were very spacious and luxurious...buffet spread was great....value for money for the all inclusive option....

It's not sea facing and no access to sea as mentioned....the hotel said that they had mailed to booking.com but it's not updated....beach is 2 kms away....one of the reason for booking was the access to the sea which was a big disappointment...almost lost my luggage, and one of thehandle of the suitcase was broken by the person carrying it.....hotel did not pay any heed to that....

Good place to spend nice time with your family and do not care about something. We toot all-inclusive. Quality of food was excellent – everything was delicious and different from dinner to dinner. Staff was perfect from all perspectives – very friendly and professional.

One minus is separated beach (located 10-15 min by driving). To get to this beach hotel offer free of charge bus transfer, but timing is not that nice just one per hour and last one from beach at 17-00 (it was very unfortunate for us because it is exactly time we like to spend on the beach without too hut sun activity - it would be better for us and our small son)

Definitely liked options for the food. Especially deserts for lunch🫶 not next to seaside but shuttle to beach was convenient. Room was pretty clean and spacious. Staff was kind and helpful.

We were 3 people accommodating. For the 3rd person, we had a couch in the room. They tried to make it comfier with an extra thin duvet but still would prefer a single bed or a better quality couch. Taste of the soft drinks from the machine could be better. Maybe it is because of the brands they used. Height of the Pool was 1.4m everywhere. Different height levels would be great.

Breakfast was very different to what we are used to but we were happy with the fruits, yogurt, cereal and bread selection, as well as the tea/coffee. There was a great selection of food for both lunch and dinner and we really enjoyed that. The staff are very friendly and that made our stay very enjoyable. They are also very professional, competent and efficient in their work. The staff in the Aura centre are also very friendly and professional. We were very impressed with the manner in which the staff ensured everywhere, both inside and outside the building, is kept so clean. Staff were around the pool very often to take away any rubbish and to clean tables etc. This was the best kept and cleanest hotel we have stayed in.

The only thing we did not like was the fact that, due to the high occupancy rate, we were unable to hold onto our room for a few extra hours on our last day. We were due to be picked up at 6 pm for our return home and it would have been very nice to have a few more hours in the room to shower and clean up.

We stayed at the suites, it was all inclusive and its pretty hard for me to get tasty food as a vegetarian but the menu had loads of options, the kids and I enjoyed the wide variety of deserts too.

The 3rd bed was a sofa bed which was not comfortable for my son.

Stuff were really kind and responsible, food was great and high quality, cleanness was perfect, bar and pool were great too

Just wifi connection was failed in some areas

Good resort especially for the kids aqua park very good. Room very comfortable and big enough withe great air conditioning system.

Food very average and in the breakfast they don't serve hot drinks like late or cappuccino just tea or filter coffee. The towel desk close 2 pm .

everything was perfect! Delicious food and drinks, beautiful room, big pools, funny daily activities and interesting evening shows! We love it ❣️
