Common areas were well taken care of. The room was spacious. The owners were very helpful all the time.

The shower sewer was clogged and the shower head was too low, I needed to bend my head to fit in.

Family ambient, quiet place, surrounded by nice neighbours with small olive, pomegrane and quincy orchards. Staff is friendly and willing to help. Breakfast, and menu for lunch/dinner were very tasty and well prepared. Well located, at walking distance to downtown.

Room was too small to accomodate 4 people. Some arrangements such us stair lamps, railways, and small stais need to be improved for better safety ( one lamp was too low and hit my head, a small stair was not obvious and almost fell). Pool is clean but water is not heated.

The family who runs this hotel do so with pride, and care about their guests! Mehmet and Ummu are personable and welcoming. Their daughters have fantastic communication skills and share great local knowledge. Everyone is a joy to speak to. The property is very clean. Our room was spacious. I appreciated the full length mirror and closet. The hooks in the bathroom, as well as on the back of the door allows for travelers to stay organized during their trip. The breakfast spread has set our standards for Turkish breakfast. The variety in fresh fruit and eggs are appreciated. We've dined in the garden and out in front of the lobby- both are great locations.

There is a neighboring night club. Make sure you inquire about rooms furthest from it if you are sensitive to loud music.

The staffs were very friendly and helpful. They arranged hot air balloon ride for us (at very reasonable price, cheaper than what I’ve looked at via other websites). We had early morning flight from Denizli after our 4-night stay, they arranged airport shuttle van as well. (120 TL per person) Everything was great. The breakfast was amazing, huge portion and delicious. Wifi worked fine. US Visa credit card was accepted (we had problems with our card in Türkiye here and there but here was fine). The room was comfortable and clean. Overall we had great relaxing time staying here. Thank you for everything.

Super nice owners and staff, cute cats, great breakfast with fresh fruits, eggs and pastries, spotlessly clean, comfortable beds. The large and clean pool was perfect for relaxing. We also had lunch and dinner at the restaurant, both were very tasty and reasonably priced. Great location - 5 min drive to Pamukkale entrance. We only stayed 1 night but would actually recommend to stay at least 2 and have the whole day for a relaxed visit to Hierapolis and Pamukkale.

Nothing really, the value is great for the price. The room was rather small but ok for a short stay.

The hotel is greatly placed only 5 minutes away by car from the Southern Gate of Pamukkale, it's got a parking for the customers on the backside and a beautiful pool The owner and the whole staff have been super-kind and helpful with lots of informations on visiting the site and on extra activities that we could do. The accomodations are very well built and kept offering great views of the "cotton castle". We also ate 2 very good meals there, a lunch and a dinner, after which we chilled and had a shisha while drinking cay nearby the pool. The atmosphere is magical and we felt at home for the whole stay. Big kudos to the owner for speaking a great english (which is not something you find easily in the area) and for knowing many words of a bunch of other languages (Italian, Spanish, etc).

Amazing breakfast that was freshly cooked for each guest, accompanied by a buffet spread of cereal and fruits

The decor is a bit dated but you can tell they've tried their best to make it look nice. The baby crib was also broken - one side had a hole that should be able to zip up but isn't working. It was late and we were staying for just a night so we didn't bother asking them if they had another crib. Would not recommend letting other guests use that crib though as it is not safe until the zip is repaired.

First, the host is super kind: he arranged for us the early check in in the morning (at 11!) and gave us a deluxe bedroom instead of an economic one because we cannot have the breakfast in the morning, and gave us sandwiches, fruits, juice and water for the next day (we leaves very early) Swimming pool area is the perfect place to relax during hot summer days. We suggest you to have dinner in the hotel because Pamukkale has not so much to offer and because the food we had was one of the best during our holiday in Turkey.

This is a small family run property in pristine condition. The hosts were gracious, kind and accommodating. We were only her for a day and had an early morning flight. we were wanting to see the pools and our host said he would drive us and took us up to the top of the lookout and gave instructions for walking down into town and for return. They prepared us a traditional Turkish family meal, shared stories with us and prepared sandwiches and fruit for our travels. This may not be typical as this was March 23’ and I believe we were the only guests at the time. That said it was very special for our family.
