Good location for my work, but also for exploring the city. It's 45 minutes to Bascarsija and the center, along the river, so a very nice walk. The rooms are huge, American style room, where you can properly open the windows... Also the bathroom was very spacious and had everything you might need. The hotel pool and sauna are free to use for the guests. Although not too big, the pool was OK.

You couldn't properly ventilate the room, as only one window could be open, and even that one, only on "kippen". It was early spring, but you had to turn on the AC to get some colder air, which is a waste of resources. The choice for breakfast was very good, and also the food in the restaurant and bistro was excellent, although a bit expensive. What I really missed, was a cold beer with my dinner - unfortunately, due to Muslim customs, there was no alcohol in the hotel, even a non-alcoholic beer (they need to get al least this).

Good breakfast. Nice room (after the first night spent in a room for smoker, my option being for non-smokers); the 10th floor is entirely for smokers. Clean room. Very nice view of Sarajevo city, even from the bathroom (large window).

The pool was closed (for cleaning, as the reception mentioned), we had no info about that at the booking moment; very disappointed kids. No jacuzzi. No available parking places; private parking place across the street, but no english spoken attenders; the hotel staff was however very helpful in translating to the parking employees.

This was our 2nd stay and we will come back. The staff is super friendly, helpful, smiling all the time. Their attitude and faces are already relaxing. The rooms are spacious, clean and you're welcomed by fruits & cookies. Amenities are top quality. Location is the best if you want to enjoy a walk by the river, without any traffic. Very secure area and with a variety of bars & restaurants, even shopping center to enjoy everything Sarajevo has to offer

The front desk staff were incredibly nice and accommodating--I needed a ride to the train station very early in the morning, which they provided for free, and because I was leaving before breakfast began, they packed a "lunchbox" for the road, which had several different kinds of pastries, fruits, and a tasty sandwich. The hotel driver who transferred me to the station walked me in, helped me navigate the ticket desk, and ensured I made it to the correct platform. AMAZING hospitality. Free upgrade to a deluxe room which was beautiful. Very comfortable bed, spacious clean bathroom, stunning views of the city. Great location just off the prom, with lots of dinner options just a 5-7 minute walk away. The hotel and surrounding area felt very safe (solo traveler here). 11/10 experience!

It's an halal hotel, so there wasn't any alcohol nor pork. Staff: exceptionally friendly, the most welcoming I've ever felt, no joke. Special thanks to the staff that helped me throughout the whole stay which I've forgotten her name, sorry. Room: HUGE and comfortable, separate shower and bathtub is a huge plus, they even have the flusher for your a$$ in the toilet seat lol Spa and wellness: LONG OPENING HOURS, from 06-22 during weekdays and 08-21 for weekends. Reasonable price for a perfect massage (~€50/hour) after a long day it's the best. Pool was warm and equipped with water jet. There's also sauna and steam room. No extra charge Breakfast: everything I need was there, wide selection. The staffs were attentive, keep cleaning the area and refilling the fresh Hotel restaurant: round the clock room service available (at night there'll be sandwiches/salat) the food was surprisingly cheap and it makes me wonder if they were serving processed food, until I had the beef steak, it was tender and perfectly cooked. Location: it's not like I didn't know the hotel location when I made the reservation. If I wanted to stay in the center, which is crowded and noisy then I'd have reserved something there. The area around the hotel is quiet, there wasn't any noise from the street at night in the room. Taxi to airport ~BAM17 (~€9), to old town ~BAM10 (~€5). The city is building a tram so sooner or later there'll be tram access to/from the old town.

Well the only thing is that real leather is always a bad choice in a hotel room, especially when it's peeling. So I'd definitely suggest to change all those with leather to some simple wood/linen/cloth.

A modern hotel, a very nice location. Room that I was in was very spacious, with a nice view, absolutely no cleanliness issues. Huge bathroom, also with a view, breakfast should fulfill everyone's needs. Pleasant and cordial employees, a small but sufficient gym in the basement. Parking garage is large enough, the charging station for the EV worked without any issues.

It was not an issue for me but in order to reach the gym, you need to cross/walk through the entire hotel lobby and then take the stairs to the level below.

Excellent hotel. Has great facilities, lovely staff, brilliant food. Their breakfast is unmatched. We were lucky enough to get a free upgrade and had a sizeable bath to relax in. The room was very nice overall with a comfortable bed, lots of space for clothes etc. and some fruit/biscuits on arrival.

It was a shame to find upon arrival that the pool was closed. The pool was one of the main reasons we booked this Novotel.

Everyone was kind and helpful. My flight was cancelled and I had to delay my arrival by one day. Even if I informed the hotel in the late evening, they accommodated my request and accepted the rescheduling. Taxi and extended services are also available. The hotel is located on the river where the street is pedestrian in the evenings and weekends (a sort of green line). Enjoy!

Very nice lady at the reception and young guy at the breakfast. We were feeling very welcome. Also they took the laguage up to the room. There is perfect indoor pool with relax zone. Perfect delicious breakfast. The location is right on the main road. We were very satisfied with everything.
