Location was very convenient for Terminal 1 with the CDG/VAL just a short walking distance. Literally 2 minutes to T1 on the shuttle. The staff were very friendly. Breakfast was very good. Nice shower although a little restrictive. Good sized window to open to get fresh air in rather than just air con. You get a welcome drink to. It’s gin or beer.

The walking entrance to the hotel is a little awkward. There are steps from the road but there is a long zig zag path to drag the cases uphill. Personal preference, I like a kettle in the room to make a hot drink which I missed having but it may not bother other guests.

This place is like the Premier Inn but with a funky vibe. The lounge is lovely, with quirky decor, good music, a range of comfy seating, perfect to unwind or spend a few hours reading or doing online work. The room was fine, clean. I liked that a light comes on under the bed if you get up in the night. The buffet breakfast is great too, with a range of foods. The location is good for the airport, easily walkable to the train station (Parking PR stop) and the train goes to all terminals. Staff were nice and they gave me a free cocktail on arrival, most welcome after 24 hours of travelling! They ask for a 50 euro deposit on your card on arrival, just a heads up.

My door wouldn't lock properly. Luckily there was a metal device which stops people opening the door, helpful at 730am when someone randomly tried to come in my room.

There are not so many things do complain about this place. Maybe it would be better to put the indication for customers to reach the entrance.

Very well located for the airport, a short walk to the free CDGVAL shuttle train that runs every few minutes. The free welcome drink was also a nice touch!

Clean room and comfortable bed. Very convenient location at airport between flights. Easily accessible from airport rail shuttle (5 min walk).

Room was very hot and temperature control didn’t seem to work - could open the window though. Checkin was very complicated - separated the bill for two rooms even though we were a family in one booking and preauthorisation for bar made charges confusing. Would have preferred to pay for both rooms together and have preauthorisation as an option. Welcome drink a nice idea but beer ir wine would have been nicer than gin and sirop ‘cocktail’. Expensive coffee and tea.

Great fun vibe, food options were easy (you can get a jar from the pantry and heat up yourself or order bar food) and accomodations were spacious. Easy to get to from CDG. The communal areas have been really well thought about

Again staying at this place after a good stay before. Friendly welcome and easy check-in and -out. East to get to from the terminals on the free CDGVAL train. The room was clean with a view of the entrance terrace. In-room AC meant I could set the temperature that was right for me or open the window to let in some air. The spring-bound mattress was large and the towels in the bathroom were fresh. The room was quiet with no noise of neighbours or outside when the door and window was closed. The automatic below bed lighting and dim light option in the bathroom meant a comfort break during the night did not disturb sleep. I opted to include the buffet breakfast option and this was good for fuelling up before a day of travelling. It included a selection of deli meats and cheese, yoghurts and cereal, sliced fruit, breads and pastries alongside hot options of scrambled egg, bacon and sausage. To drink, cold orange and apple juice plus hot tea and coffee were available alongside water and choices of milks. Friendly hotel, comfortable and good location for CDG travellers looking for easy stay during their trip.

the customer service was absolutely immaculate, I was having a bit of a mare, my phone completely smashed and wouldn’t turn on, the crew leader calmed me down, I was a bit panicked as I hadn’t printed my boarding pass as I was relying on my phone, there are computers here, he helped me print them off 💙 10/10 whoever the crew leader was on the 1st of April was absolutely fantastic

there wasn’t anything I didn’t like, they had pretty much everything you needed on site including access to a gym

proximity to the airport via CDGVAL (metro). easy check in. comfortable room, nice lobby with lively bar and food place. Food choice is limited (burger / pizza / salad) but nicely done + qty is good and and price is ok. Nice breakfast with the (great) possibility to have coffee for takeaway and finish it at the terminal

Price still a little bit high. some rooms close to the elevator shafts are noisy

The room was perfectly designed for its purpose, which is one night’s rest before a flight. The bed is huge and comfortable, the decor simple but tasteful, the lighting detailed and easy to operate. The shower was instantly warm with strong pressure. Getty to the terminal next morning was quick, easy and free, thanks to a nearby shuttle service. You wouldn’t stay for a holiday, but for a pre-flight respite it’s great.
