Everything was flawless. The resort is truly designed to pamper their guests. I lived like a king on the all-inclusive package. You couldn't keep up with all the options. I loved every second at Rixos. Shoutout to the staff for their amazing service!

The beach is beautiful but the shore was too rocky. Basically you can only access the sea through the pier which is a hit and miss depending on how windy it gets. I recommend taking the golf cart to Rixos Seagate in the afternoon, you won't regret it.

Amazing place. I stayed in this hotel many times before and this time was even better. Adult only concept - so no kids screaming, mature audience, fantastic night shows. I highly recommend you try Brazilian restaurant where Andre from Brazil brings THE TOP quality meat from Australia, South Africa. Just amazing for Egypt. I also highly recommend Turkish restaurant. Overall it is the best value for the money. Drinks are very good. Coral reef is amazing, though most of the day it was windy with red flag (no swimming allowed). I stayed in 4 Season, Steigenberger, Rixos Seagate. I believe this hotel is the best if you are looking for entertainment and relaxation + value for money. Perfect combination. Bravo Rixos. Keep it the same way and improve further!

Minor things: sparkling wine is served sometimes in wine glasses. Manager heard my complaint and the next time I never received wine glass with sparkling wine. I ordered eggs Benedict but received just poached eggs. When it gets busy service gets the worst. Same food in the main restaurant, please more variety. I got quickly tired of it. Room was a bit tired, it needs renovation. Though I paid for deluxe, I stayed in Superior. Superior rooms are closer to the beach and main restaurant. Deluxe rooms are all close to reception by the swimming pool. I do not like swimming pools, so sacrificed room for logistics. I got very cool room. Highly recommend 10103. Amazing location and nice view from the balcony. Internet is pathetic. Please improve it!

the overall service is amazing , well trained professional staff , always available and friendly large resort with multiple pools , despite being close to capacity there were no issues with space at any of the pools or beach. the ala carte restaurants need to be booked in advance but if you log in at midnight you can easily get a booking at any of the restaurants (enough entertainment to keep you up until midnight as well) all meals and snacks are a dream

overall great value for price but things not included are heavily overpriced they allow a few touts into the resort to sell you day boat tours and other experiences, can get annoying the snorkeling section at the resort is really small and overcrowded, if you really want to experience the snorkeling you need to get offsite the resort is about 30 mins from other parts of sharm el sheik (which is really developing and fun , farsha cafe is a must visit) but taxis are availbe outside and arent too badly priced.

Breakfast, lunch & dinner are good. Staff are friendly. Facility is clean.

- Need to have a swimming beach without going to the neighbor hotel beach. - Need to consider Arabic songs and music in night parties, many of your visitors are Arab who live all over the world and come to Egypt to enjoy the culture.

Amazing stay at Rixos. From the very beginning, staff were excellent; the place was very clean and there was so much to see and do on the resort; and the food / drink was delicious.

Entertainment was duplicated 2 nights apart - would be nice to have something different for those that were staying on both a Thursday and a Saturday. It would be helpful if recycling was more greatly promoted across the resort.

I have never experienced such amazing hotel before, such a beautiful facility and incredibly nice staff! Everything in this hotel is perfect and exceptional beyond guest expectations, 24 hours of continuous work tirelessly from all the staff without exception. I am proud to be an Egyptian that Sharm El-Sheikh has such a hotel, it is a fantastic experience that cannot be forgotten. Rooms are very clean, well equipped and spacious. Variety of food, drinks and snack. You just have to dream or wish and Rixos Sharm Elskeikh makes your dreams come true. I will absolutely recommend this hotel and we will definitely be back!

I would like to thank Alaa Yousef who was the housekeeper who was always smiling and made my room clean all the time and topped up ! Also to Mustafa at the bar inside the main reception and the team who made the ultimate cocktails and were always friendly and we had a good laugh everyday! To all the team who drive the shuttles they are truly part of the rixos experience and always fun to laugh with thank you ! The food was amazing and I would recommend trying the Brazilian restaurant as that was my highlight in terms of food ! Entertainment was good at night and it would be nice to actually have a club as this would enhance the experience for those that like to dance !I will definitely be coming back soon and wishing you all the best and thank you for even upgrading us upon arrival as we came as a group for a birthday! And also try the massage and hammam ..it is amazing!

I would like to say that the reception team could work on their customer service a bit more as you are the first to meet a guest always and they should work on being more pleasant as when you approach them they do not look pleasant or respond positively, concierge was amazing and guest relations could do with being more professional when one person is attending to a guest instead of jumping in mid conversation to say someone also wants help..other than that well done Rixos for the experience! See you soon !
