A comfortable room with contemporary design. Easy check in and helpful receptionist. Good value for money.

It would have been nice to have some options to make hot drinks in the room. It's not very close to public transport.

The room was comfy and clean; it had a little fridge; tiny gadgets such as a bottle of water, a comb, a bag for worn clothes, toiletries etc. were provided. The room was air conditioned and the bathroom was clean with quite quite big shower. The staff was super friendly and helpful; 24h reception & late checkout (noon).

The walls seemed to be made of paper - although nobody was being extra loud, you could hear other people all the time (walking by your door, watching TV, talking on the phone, having a shower…). I‘d still recommend staying there, because everything else was fantastic (bring some earplugs for the night though).

I got everything I was expecting from my booking, and more. The staff were all very friendly and helpful, both in Spanish and English, and I talked with 4 different people at reception and ran into one of the cleaning ladies one time. The room was very clean and the breakfast was superb - the food was fresh and the dining area quite cozy and inviting. Metro station Entença was reasonably close (a 5-10 minute walk), and there’s a bus station out front although it depends on your transport card whether you can make use of it. There are also many businesses around like shops, pharmacies, etc.

The walls were thin so you could hear other people in the rooms next to you, this is probably the only real complaint I could give.

Nothing, really. For an excellent bolthole in Barcelona, it was lovely Only thing...and this is not a criticism of this hotel in particular but a general thing about hotels in Spain we learnt...No drink making facilities in the room But...Next door - and I mean 'next door' - is a nice little cafe to have drinks and snacks outside of hotel breakfast hours, run by a very pleasant young lad, at very good prices

The staff are very friendly and helpful. The food was a bit unexpected for me though, thought they would be serving some Spanish breakfast.

Maybe the food but it is not that bad. Also during my second night at the hotel, the fire alarm went off around 3am so that was not a good experience in general.

The well-designed 'Causal Colors' is located close to two subway lines in a walking distance, The staff is extremely friendly and polite. The room I got was very spacious, and the amenities were quite nice. The breakfast is good, but nothing special.

The room was too spacious—besides one double bed there were two single ones. Probably because of that the room was chilly at first. There was someone's hair in the shower when I got there, and the cleaners didn't take it away when I asked for a cleaning. Also at times I've heard the noise from adjacent rooms.

The staff was very nice and helpful! The room was also good and perfect for our city trip. The bed was comfortable and the AC helped combat the summer heat. There are some toiletries provided (hand creme, soap, shower gel and shampoo) from Rituals which was really nice!! Bus stop is very close to the hotel, so it is relatively easy to get to the city.

Walls were quite thin so we could hear our neighbours come and go during the night. The toilet paper was also very thin.

Reception was really welcoming and helpful anytime I needed something. All 4 receptionists that I met were extremely friendly. Housekeeping kept tidying up my messiness on a daily basis. Breakfast manager was really friendly too. The breakfast could be upgraded just a notch. My room was absolutely spacious and beautiful and the bed way too comfortable :-) Bus stops that connect to to the main station and the city just outside or very close to the hotel.

The location is great

There isn't any place to leave things such as make up in the toilet. No drawers or shelves literally I kept my cosmetic above the toilet seat. The bed isn't a king nor queen but 2 single beds next to each other so it made a big hole during the night. The cleaning lady woke us up 3 times in a row to tell us that she has to clean the room even after we opened the door first time and asked to not do it that day. We were tired of all night traveling and wanted to sleep all day but impossible.

the staff are nice. the price is quite affordable. bathroom had a bathtub, bidet and hairdryer and bathroom essentials, refrigerator, desk. hotel is close to many restaurants and public transport and big department stores in Eixample. breakfast was ok.

room is much smaller in reality than in the photos. the pillow was not good and had difficulty sleeping with it. the location is far from the center of barcelona (Catalunya, Ramblas, etc). saw some little cockroaches in the bathroom. toilet was too close to the sink so it was quite uncomfortable when using the toilet…
