Room was great and location is prime within walking distance to the airport/ train line. Considering the cost of Uber/ Taxi's we actually saved on money by staying closer if you had to weigh up going in and out of Rome via train so staying here was worth all the Ubers/ taxi's we didn't get. Staff were friendly and helpful, very clean and the room had a bath which was lovely too.

The check-in process seems understaffed or too long as it took about 1 hour to get to the front... The queue was exceptionally long and for people with short stays this can detract from your time in Rome (we only had one nights stay) and wanted to get there as soon as possible

The only and best reason to stay at this hotel is because you have a morning flight and want to walk from your room into the terminal with maximum sleep and minimum fuss. I say this kindly and with a chuckle: staying at this hotel is like staying in an all-amenities lounge in the terminal itself. Everything is utilitarian: big bar, big restaurant, good beds, no frills rooms, good shower pressure, no frills bathrooms. With the bonus of a large fitness center and pool. The staff are very nice and highly competent. We were in FCO and through security within 15 min of walking out the front door of the hotel at 545a (via a covered and then enclosed walkway should there be inclement weather although there was not in early Oct).

At just under $300/night, it feels a tad expensive for a 3-star hotel with really basic amenities, but for what it is, it's pretty much perfect. You can stay for less at hotels 2-3 miles away but the easy airport access makes it worth it.

It was very welcoming after a tough journey heading home. The room was clean and perfect to have a recharge & refresh between flights.

with the AUD conversion rate it was about $500 which is expensive for an airport hotel. ..but I had no choice.

Its probably a 10-15 minute walk from the Airport. Room size was great. We had a room on the executive level (5) - so between 5-7pm I think it was - there were free drinks and food - this was awesome because we hadn't eaten since breakfast. Free wine and beer available provided you ate and drank in the area.

It would be great if there were more signs at the Airport how to get to the Hotel. The Hotel doesn't have a shuttle bus, but by chance someone told us to walk via the overhead walkway directly to the Hotel but if there were more signs that would have been less frustrating for us. The taxi line was horrendous near the airport. Central air con couldn't be turned down. We did find the room too hot.

Location is outstanding. Hotel is beautiful. Restaurant is excellent.

The shuttle to Rome is no longer offered .... I'm afraid that might have started during the Pandemic but is now a way for the hotel owners to save money at the convenience of their patrons.

location the young man at the desk was the best part. He let me check in early. I had been traveling 24 hours and was exhausted

I arrived late at night with two teenagers and one baby.the gentleman at the desk was very helpful.the room was big enough for us plus enough beds. Amazing breakfast (starts at 6 am so very convenient for people with early flights). The breakfast was excellent with so many options to choose from. The guy at the desk arranged for the airport shuttle (very fast). In general it was a good stay although it was for one night .

The hotel manager should speak with the airport staff about the tunnel that connects the hotel to the airport. IT WAS LIKE HELLFIRE. No air conditioning throughout the tunnel(it was a very long walk ).

I had a reservation for a double room as my husband has Alzheimer’s and when we checked in we had single beds . I went to the desk and explained I needed the double bed to make sure I knew if my husband was up and leaving the room. They quickly changed the room even though they were full . Changed to a lovely room , on the 7th floor . Only little thing was only one bathrobe but as we had been upgraded I don’t think that should be called up about

Excellent location with convenient access to airport terminal. The check-out time at noon is extremely nice for sleeping in before the the flight home. The bed and bathroom were superb, and the toiletries provided were excellent.

The desk clerk said that a deposit for €75 would be immediately refunded upon checking out. Five days later, it's still there on my credit card statement. Also, I would prefer if the post 23-menu had some smaller items, or at least vending machines with small ice creams or something cold (the selection in the existing machines did not tempt me).

The room was very spacious and the bathroom had a fantastic rainforest style shower. The staff were very friendly and helpful. I arrived very early due to my flight time and I was given access to the gym to shower and change my clothes after a long journey which I appreciated a lot. Breakfast was to die for, it was absolutely amazing.

The hotel is not as clean as I would expect. The bedroom was clean in the areas you could see, but when I dropped something on the floor, I saw under the bed and it looked as if it hadn't been cleaned in a month. The same was true for the space under the curtains, it could have been cleaner.
