Good location close to the subway Bisceglie, around 10 minutes, max 30 mins to the city center, very nice facilities, nice beds, quiet air conditioning, all in all very comfortable and nice. Two bags of tea and sachets of coffee available, there is a pot to boil the water.

I requested two beds previously, but first time I was sent to a one-bed room. I asked for a change, the receptionist changed the room to the one where beds could be separated and told me they could separate the beds only tomorrow. I asked if I needed to remind them about it, the receptionist assured me it would be ok. No one separated the beds, even though I reminded them over and over again. Needless to say, the beds were never separated and we had to sleep on one bed. Not too big of an issue, but highlights the inattentiveness. It would be ok if they simply told me there’s nothing they could do, even though one of the factors for me choosing the property was the availability of 2 beds.

The room was comfortable, working AC, and the blackout curtains and small leds with movement detection under the nightstands were a lovely touch as well. The bathroom was great, large and spacious. Take it from someone who's been to hotels where you couldn't use the toilet without holding the sink on your lap, this bathroom was a major plus. The location might seem far away from the city center, but there's a bus stop right in front of the hotel that can take you to the nearest metro station if you don't want to walk 10-15 minutes to it. There's a Eurospin supermarket right next to the hotel, and a Lidl about a five minute walk away, so that was great to have too.

It would be nice if they restocked the bathroom (toilet paper, liquid soap, shower gel) when room service comes every other day. We received extras when we asked at the reception, but it would be nice to have them without having to specifically ask for them.

Very good hotel for given money. The hotel itself is almost perfect. The staff is very friendly and helpful. The rooms are spacious and really in good condition. The Internet is working very well and parking is also very good although you can park your car in front of the big store, right next to the hotel free of charge instead of paying 10 EUR per day for parking. All in all, good value for the money.

The location is not so good. It's really far from the center. The only valid connection point is a metro (last/first station) but it's around 20 minutes walk from the hotel. Breakfast is overall very good (good quality) but it's always absolutely tha same which can be the issue when you stay longer then a few days.

Nice hotel, comfortable and large beds, helpful staff, the AC was also good and the room was surprisingly a bit spacious. There’s a supermarket right next to the hotel which made things also easier and the Food delivery application delivers there quickly. Bathroom was clean. They provided many towels. There was a large TV however not so many relatable channels. Arrival from the airport was also very easy! I followed an answer the hotel posted here before and so i arrived easily

The hotel is located in a far place from the city center which is already stated on booking so no surprise. It’s also an industrial area so there’s absolutely nothing one can do around the hotel. Also Metro is 15 minutes walk and we needed around 20 minutes to get to the city center. The Check-in was at 3 pm so we had to leave our luggage and come back later to check in our room which was also hectic.

cleanliness, renovated/new hotel building, tomatoes and mozzarella in the breakfast were outstanding. great personality of kitchen staff 💜 parking is good and 2 options are available: indoor (15€) and outdoor (10€) no noise was noticed by us at night (though some wrote it was noisy) and we had both windows opened at all times 👌🏻

meat/dairy products were mediocre at breakfast - I would expect more from a market that famous for its good taste and from a hotel owned by Austrians. nothing was offered for the dog in the room while in other hotels we normally get at least a drinking bowl 🥣 for our dog.

AMedia Hotel Milano is a great place to stay, with its beautiful design and friendly staff. I would recommend it hands down to anyone who's going to visit Milan. As mentioned, the staff were welcoming and allowed us to check in early because our room was ready. They were quick and professional at all times. Great job! The location is quiet (Bisceglie Milan), but there's a metro station 2 bus stops away from the hotel, and so it's not hard to get around. We especially appreciated the stylish room and lobby area designs.

There's nothing we'd like to have been different. They were great, professional, and the hotel itself is a place we'd like to return to, and I hope one day we will!

Really liked the size of the room and the facilities within the room, such as the complimentary water. The location was also good, easy walk from the metro station. But there is also plenty of buses around.

The only downside was the breakfast staff, or rather the lack thereof. I understand lots of people come to have breakfast at the same time which causes some stress on the staff, as they have to clear tables fast, while also taking the room numbers from guests coming to eat, but they should be prepared for it. I felt they were a bit understaffed as there was definitely too much stress left on just two waitresses.

Overall we had a great stay. You can see that the hotel went through a change, everything seems to be brand new, clean. The person that checked us in had a great attitude, explained us everything we needed to know.

The breakfast selection was ok, the cleanliness of the breakfast area wasn't great. We had sent a request to the hotel prior to our arrival but the reply was too long. There is a supermarket close to the hotel, but we didnt find any restaurants, cafes. The distance until the subway is long.

Positive: - the hotel looks modern, which is nice, - there is parking inside, payment 10 € per day, - near the metro (8 min., walk), - in general it was quiet on the floor (but the hotel was not fully occupied), - the bathroom is clean, modern and pleasant,

Negative: - settled down on the fourth floor and even there were ants in the room and there were quite a lot of them. I even had to film it as an argument. Stayed for one night as a staging post. The room is small but good for one night. For a long stay with comfort, this is not enough.

The room was clean and spacious. The property had enough parking space for it's guests. 2 water bottles were provided in each room upon arrival. Check-in was smooth and the staff were friendly. Good speed Wifi access was also provided.

There is nothing much to complain about. Except that the location of the property was a bit far away from the city center. Having own transportation might be time-saving and of great help.
