They had a pool at the resort

I did not like the manager of the property very racist towards those of African descent, and every other race was treated better

I’d give this place 10 stars if I could. This is really a gem. I cannot emphasize enough how happy our kids were here. They didn’t want to leave for Disneyworld, that much!! This is the best repositioning of a motel that I’ve seen in my life. So cleverly the owner has used the space to make it friendly for little kids. The amenities make it so peaceful for parents with little kids. It’s so sad that there are no such places around USA. Always parents with infants or little kids are seen as inconvenience and they have to adjust to other travellers. Not here, you feel at home. Moreover, you can’t beat the value. For under $100 you get all the amenities and free breakfast for all. And they use real plates!! I’m a fairly experienced traveller and I’ve seen much more expensive branded hotels just serve breakfast in paper or Togo boxes. Of course, breakfast is simple and nothing to brag about but does the job before a long day at a theme park. They have pool, cabana, fun zone with xboxes for kids, plenty of playscapes around for kids up to 10 50 enjoy. And all of that is free and included. They also did room housekeeping service which the branded hotels have pretty much stopped doing. They also provide shared microwave, free filtered water, ice and there’s a fridge in each room. All the essentials that a family needs. Don’t drool after the overpriced Disney resorts and give this place a try. I’d book this place if there were more locations around USA just to live here!! Great job owners.

Did not like 4 Things: 1. They were giving me a room way at the back of the building. Was with family and wanted something more to wards the front for a sense of safety They said I would have to pay $50 to get one in front. Didnt have a choice so paid the $50 to get the room in front. Felt arm twisted. 2. Was not quite ready for the $50 security deposit. Don't believe I was informed before. Was taken by surprise 3.Also would have preferred a microwave in the room. Had to walk with food to the common area to get food warmed. Not very hygienic. 4. Coffee machine in the room was not working.

I loved the staff and how hard they work. I also loved that everything is set family oriented. There's a lot to do with kids. The decor seemed inspiring The pool was very clean. The breakfast was very good! We really enjoyed staying here despite some things that happened like in any other place. Dollar tree and some fast foods are walking distance and is very centric!

I didn't like that there's no security around, in the pool there where people drinking and had 3 different speakers with loud music. Even when is not allowed there where people smoking pot and cigarettes in the parking lot. The rooms and some areas need some TLC, they need more personal for cleaning. We had old trash and dirt under our beds. But overall the room seemed clean. There is no room service to clean your room or replace towels, anything you need you have to request it.

This is a special resort. I almost could live here (can I install a stove somewhere?). I’ve stayed in Disney and at many, many hotels around it. This will always be my place to come with kids. It’s uniquely welcoming with lots of positive family messages everywhere. The whole place is built for kids to play and enjoy. It’s super clean. Where other properties are concrete jungles, the Magic Moments Resort has huge swaths of natural and artificial grass for kids to RUN AND PLAY TOGETHER. Lots of activities and toys. Tree swings, ping pong, castles, a video game room, a mini house to play house in, lots more. Interestingly few kids used the very nice plastic playground they have which could be in any park in Florida. There’s so much to do here they didn’t get to slide. A 2 minute walk gets you many cheap eats. Local Mexican/Latin, local sushi/Asian soup Bento place with excellent food, Little Caesar’s, and then Aldi’s the cheapest grocery around. Breakfast was very good and always well stocked. Even the expensive places seem to not stock back fast enough but the staff here is on top of everything. The staff was very nice and welcoming. At breakfast they do face painting. They might be a little nicer if your Spanish is better than mine. :) The laundry is nice to have. It’s the best place and the best value.

The lock broke and they fixed it. Broke again and they moved my room to a better one. Things always go wrong, it’s great to know they get handled well.

Nice clean room, breakfast was good, staff was super friendly!! The resort is located near lots of restaurants and shops if needed and a quick drive to Disney!

We had a king size bed, with a couch in the room which left no room for a second nightstand, so there was no light except a tiny desk light in that side of the room. Very dark. The water pressure in the shower was very light and there was no bodywash or soap in our shower, the bottle was empty. Was surprised there was no microwave in the room. All of these were minor details and we still liked our 2 day stay.

Good location the amenities were great

It needs a make over on the outside looks old. The breakfast was ok could be better . We had to do a little cleaning like the toilet had hairs. The sink when you open the faucet you have to wait for water to go down. The maintenance department should check those things on a regular basis. I mean hair goes down and other stuff that clots the sink.

Breakfast had decent quality. We liked the green space and area for kids to run around and have fun in. The temp of the pool was perfect.

The breakfast could have used more variety. Maybe more fruit and veggies. The pool hours showed that it opened at 9am (at least on our info sheet) so we planned to swim the morning of our check out but the pool didn’t open until after 10 when we were having to leave. If we had known we could have planned different activities. The other thing was that the floor in our hotel room was sticky and dirty, plus someone else’s hair here and there.

We had a single overnight stay at Magic Moments and it was good for the price. The room was a nice size and we slept well in the beds. The selection at breakfast was okay but the quality wasn't the best. Overall, we had a positive stay and feel like we got good value for our money. Location is great if you have a car and parking is free.

We had trouble fully closing and locking the bathroom door, and there was quite a bit of noise from early morning because we were staying near the playground, so don't choose this hotel if you want to sleep in. We could also hear the guests in the rooms next to us.

All the play areas and the staff was very friendly

Breakfast fast could be WAY BETTER! People do not enjoy that Togo breakfast. especially when you have smaller kids. They need options and this was definitely not helpful at all.
