The location was easy to access and for a last minute emergency booking the price was excellent. Holiday Inn is one of favorite hotel chains.

The agent did not inform me that your room key card was needed to gain access to your designated floor when using the elevator. I had trouble getting the key card to work, after several attempts we finally able to exit on the correct floor. Although it's been awhile since my last visit to this very location, I've never had to use my key card to access the elevator. However I do like that other guests just can't roam the different floors but does cause a bit of an issue if you have family on different floors and you want to check on them.

We drove 4 hours and were exhausted when we finally arrived. Thankfully , the check-in went smoothly. The receptionist was pleasant, courteous and professional. She was friendly and approachable. The room was clean and spacious. It was so quiet, we slept like babies. Breakfast was delicious. Would definitely stay here again if I’m the area

The ac wasn’t cooling as much as we like, but the stay was still great 👍 Everything else was perfect and we were just there overnight so we didn’t want to complain. But please have the ac looked at in room 319 because not everyone is as nice and easy to please as we are.

made a reservation for a family of 4. but they only leave 2 towels. every day they cleaned the room and leave only 2 towels. had to go pick 2 more at the lobby because they couldn’t bring more to the room. they only have one elevator (the second one was out of order) and it took very long every time we needed. they need new towels, we received a few towels with holes.

The location was easy to find and in great proximity to Port of Miami. The hotel was very clean and the staff were friendly. There were dinning options very close by.

The beds weren't super comfortable. The neighborhood itself wasn't the best, but they had security and the police station was a cross the street.

The breakfast wasn't the best but room was big and clean. I traveled with my 1 year old son and he had space to walk around in the room. I also had to check out early and was given a full refund for the nights I cancelled.

The fridge wasn't working the first night but they quickly fixed that.

It was really easy to get to the hotel. Easy check-in, easy check-out. Only stayed there for a few hours, to get some sleep before going to Cape Canaveral

Went to the nearby 7 eleven and there was homelesness on the way and the area didn't feel too great. But I guess that happens in any larger city

Room was clean and very spacious Beds were cleaned well, and room was clean, and smelled very nice Including hallways and elevators and lobby. Lobby was very clean and well organized and check in and check out was perfectly facilitated. Bathrooms were very clean, and spacious with good amenities.

Some rips on the walls and staining on the carpet, but nothing major. The room was big enough so that we didnt have to notice much. Bathroom tiles were extremely slippery and extra caution has to be taken. Especially in the walk in showers

Perfect bed, roomy place, clean, no odors, overall quality is pretty solid and on the good level

This hotel facing the highway, that is something to take into account when considering. Highway noise are not terribly bad, but its there and you can clearly hear it. If you light sleeper... I can say, you have to think twice. Room service also prefer to speak loud starting around 9am in the hallways, so if you plan to sleep more than that it can be problematic

The staff at breakfast was very nice , the meal did not include officially cold or hot drinks or whole wheat bread on the side. I had difficulty trading in meat and bacon for something equivalent

The location was not completely safe. The breakfast was a bit complicated and officially unflexible, as described above, .

Room was spacious, bathroom was clean...they use dove products. Hotel is nice from the inside.

The location is next to the highway. I knew that when booked. If you drive to the hotel it looks a little bit shady, especially at night. But i had no problems with it. Did not need to be outside...only to go in or out of the car.
