The hotel was off the main road so it was quiet which made for a restful night's sleep. I was greeted very professionally but with a friendly demeanor that was refreshing. She explained everything well and was a delight to speak to. I arrived back to the hotel after a meeting and late dinner meal with friends to find a well lit parking lot which made me feel safe. I loved that there was a gas station (not visible due to foliage) in front of the hotel so filling up for the return trip home was convenient. If one wants to shop or dine out it's all right there close by. I will most likely stay here again on my return trip to the area.

The bathroom light around the mirror wasn't as bright as it needed to be for applying makeup. I didn't see any way to make it brighter so I'm not sure if I was doing something wrong so I should have called the front desk to ask.

Breakfast was excellent. Nice TV w plenty of channels. Clean, spacious room with hanger closet, iron, couch, dresser, etc. Some great perks to the stay.

Bed and pillows were too soft for me. The covers were lightweight and not warm enough. The mini fridge wasnt cold. Only 2 lights by the door were on switches. The rest were individual lamps without switches, which wasnt convenient. Internet was pretty slow. But none of these were bad enough to ruin my experience.

We enjoyed the stay at this location. The area was quiet and "upscale" and was better than anticipated. The reception desk staff were very helpful and we had no issues checking in or out. We also liked the location to nearby attractions. Uber was easy to obtain and local to Walmart, gas stations, eating facilities.

We were unable to utilize the breakfast options due to our time parameters, but understood our choices were limited anyway; however, there was plenty of options within walking/driving distance.

The hotel was in a good location, very close to many gas stations and other surrounding businesses. The staff at the front desk were very nice, welcoming, and professional- this was a good experience for me! Breakfast was decent and satisfying- the eggs were not good though - the drink machine could use some upgrading (breakfast staff was very polite in the morning). The bathroom was clean, but there was slight peeling on the ceiling which could be because of the age of the hotel (this could have been upgraded though). The room was clean, and the bed was VERY comfortable - no complaints! I did see a mini workout area (gym lol) that I wasn't able to try out but it looked clean (there are only 2 treadmills and a few machinery). My stay would get an honest 8/10- it's not bad for the price.

Bathroom could use some upgrading, the hotel walk in area is dim with lights (on the 3rd floor), the elevator was sort of slow and outdated. I think the hotel could use some renovations in my honest opinion but it wasn't a bad stay.

An older hotel that has been kept well. The room was a nice size (bathroom a little small) and had an added benefit of a siting area with a couch. Front desk person, William, and breakfast helper (Tina) were absolutely the best. So helpful and conveyed wonderful dispositions.

The fan was connected to the bathroom light. It made a lot of noise and the lighting in bathroom wasn't bright enough for makeup.

Location , suites , price ...

They took a $100 deposit and I also paid cost of room in full ... not good !!! Very unhappy ... never paid a deposit for a Comfort Suites anywhere, that wasn't immediately returned upon checkout and payment in full ... I want to speak to a manager !!!!!!!

The room was large. The bed was very comfortable. The shower was large and good water pressure.

Rug between bed and wall next to AC unit was damp. The paint on the bathroom wall was peeling. I knew about the security deposit when I reserved the room but it's really unnecessary. That hotel is nice but not nice enough to warrant a $100 deposit.

the staff was so friendly and accommodating! We had decided to stay an extra night and the woman at the front desk took care of everything, we didn’t even have to leave the room. We had so much fun and the location was perfect!! also, the property was super clean and our room was actually really big, had a couch and everything!

The staff were very friendly and helpful. The breakfast staff was very attentive. The bathroom was in immaculate condition.

The pillows really need to be replaced/upgraded. The pillows was seriously the size of a small throw pillow with no support left. There was also a couple of really bad stains on the carpet in our room.

There's so many things to name that i THOROUGHLY enjoyed (and appreciated) while staying at Comfort Suites. But the creme de la creme of my stay was the staff, particularly meeting Willie and the female server/hostess (i hate i didn't get her name)! I'm not even a breakfast person, but i made it a point to go to the breakfast area every morning just to experience the best laughter I've had in YEARS! I even extended my stay to hang out a lil longer with them.....

Whatever i didn't like was overshadowed by the awesome staff! There was an a/c issue in the first room assigned and was taken care of with a quickness with a room reassignment. (I actually would have endured it but once the gentleman (LaKerry, i think is his name) learned of the malfunction, he didn't hesitate to switch me to another room.
