It’s a very nice hotel. Very inviting and a comfortable stay. we really enjoyed the hot tub. Great place to relax. breakfast was really great every day, and the lady who worked serving breakfast was awesome and happy every day she loved doing her job and I enjoyed going to breakfast because her happiness set a good vibe.

I liked everything except for the beds. They were very uncomfortable and hard as rocks.

The rooms were clean and comfortable. Each room has a microwave, refrigerator and a hair dryer which were very handy. The TV offered some of my favorite old shows, so I was well entertained. Also enjoyed the free WIFI.

The breakfast entrees weren't hot enough. The key card kept demagnifying.

Customer service is excellent love the front ladys Entrance and lobby is extremely clean ♡ Rooms have plenty of space , AC is always working rooms are super clean / breakfast area / breakfast is delicious and the cook ladies are sweet and caring about the food being warm .

Some guess don't know how to clean after them self when they use the spa . Food and coffee cups around the spa

They made sure to change order of service for rooms to make sure we had a accessible room (disabled) available on ground floor like I asked right next to disabled parking. Breakfast was delicious and constantly be topped off as was coffee. Night person Jen, allowed me to sit up at lobby amd chat between doing her duties while I adjusted to being in the area (trauma/ ptsd from an attack in town) Morning staff was sweet as well

Some of the guest above us sound like they were filled with kids running for hrs. Most people in disabled rooms are older or at least generally needing of more rest so that taken in consideration when assigning rooms would help with that

Rooms are large and thebeds are comfortable love the balcony and great location

I waited 3 hours to check in due to booking .com system being down and my booking was showing paid but not on the hotel room site .I was sitting for hours waiting on the system to update and it sucked.They should comp me a free room after calling them for hours to fix this problem 😤

The staff was super friendly and very professional. Our room was clean, smelled fresh, and the beds were comfortable. The worst part is we lost our cat somewhere in the room. I let (excuse me if spelled wrong) Lena Headey of housekeeping know, and from that point on, it was like a search and rescue for my kitty. Heartbroken and having to check out I kept in contact last night and again today. Brittany, answered my call today and took the time to go to the room we were in, and got my kitty into her carrier we left and called me with the great news! I can't express how thankful I am that this facility has such caring people working for them! They really do deserve recognition. Thank you, thank you!!

the AC was leaking after a while of being on & rooms base boards were dirty

I loved the friendliness of the staff especially with any questions we had. It was also amazingly affordable for two nights and me and my husband had such an amazing weekend getaway.

We have no complaints! 10/10 :D

Breakfast was great. The first room I was given was filthy, had been smoked in, had been cleaned since the last guests checked out if they even checked out at all. The room I got needed an easy chair. Microwave should not have occupied the entire eating table; it needed a separate place .
