Very conveniently located a short courtesy shuttle trip from Newark Liberty International Airport. We arrived late in the afternoon and had a very early flight the next morning so that was of particular value to us. The property is clean and comfortable with good food options on site. Staff were professional and available when needed.

The digital room key on the BonVoy app worked just fine in the elevator but wouldn't open our room door, which required a trip back down to reception. The representative quickly issued two regular room keys and said that there had been problems with getting the digital keys to function properly, but they were working on the problem.

Could not get shuttle after midnight from Terminal B

Comfy bed, quiet room. The person who checked me in was really nice and friendly. The free shuttle is very useful. The location is good if you need a sleep between flights (but otherwise too far from everything).

Setting check-in time at 4pm and charging $30 for "early" check-in or charging $17 for wi-fi in 2023. These feel like rip-off moves from 2003, especially if you consider a room is $300++/night. Also didn't like the ppamming my inbox with ads about their app. No in-room safe is also meh :-/

We stayed here after missing a connection through EWR on a night when hundreds of flights were cancelled and all hotels w/in 20-30 miles were booked. Through the kindness of an EXCELLENT night manager(helping out from Corporate), we were able to get an early check-in at 8:00am. Having spent hours in the lobby, we can attest to it's comfort. Location can't be beat and shuttle runs frequently even at 2:00am. Breakfast was ample and servers were chipper. Lounge was nice with tasty snacks(no alcohol). Marriott linens, pillows and betters are always good.

Very basic room, maybe facility is a bit worn around the edges? Not all reception staff are as compassionate and customer oriented as the kind night manager: The person who finally checked us in who had been versed on the situation was quite snippy.

Rooms were spacious and well decorated. Cleanliness was a huge bonus ... and was done on a daily base. Staff extremely helpful and friendly. Restaurant the biggest bonus with great food and exceptional service. Well located and could actually walk to the airport. Love this hotel.

Imagine a hotel without a safety deposit box in the room. This was a huge issue as we had to constantly go to reception to keep goods safe. The hotel management should seriously look into this.

Very clean room and bathroom (which is unusual for the US), with clean white sheets without scent (i.e. neutral and great for allergic people), good selection of pillows, reasonably soft bed for a tiny person, good unscented soft towels, and good pressure in the shower also for long hair. Quiet even though next to the airport, and I never heard any of the neighbours either. It was absolutely fantastic that I could check-out at 1 PM, as I suspected my flight to Europe would be delayed and overbooked the following day - which it was. Also, the airport shuttle every 15 min is a GREAT service!

The room does not have any mini-fridge or safe. The fan in the room is a little noisy, but with earplugs it was easy to fall asleep anyway.

I loved how close this location is to the airport making getting there in the morning so easy with the shuttle.

The door in the bathroom of my room was hard to shut all the way because the bottom of the door appeared to be broken. This was fine since I was traveling by myself, but would have been an issue traveling with someone else. Also the mats to stretch in the fitness center need to just be replaced. They are falling apart.

Perfect airport hotel right in the middle of the airport. They run a free shuttle every 15 mins. We arrived late at about 1am but staff were there at the desk ready to check us in with a friendly face. The room had big shampoo/conditioner bottles etc so i didnt need to unpack anything from my case. Breakfast was about $16 i think which we didnt get but since bagels at the airport were $15 i would say this is a great deal if you have time.

Rooms werent brilliantly sound-proofed so i'd recommend keeping the AC or fans on

The biggest plus for me was the ease of getting to my terminal on time the day of a very important business trip.

The lack of safe space provided for medical cannabis patients to utilize their medications. This is a very serious concern for me and many thousands of MMP patients. Being a respectful consumer, I never violate the vote rules and medicate indoors. That being said, I always have to step outside to medicate. At this location there is no safe space to consume medical cannabis. I would love to work with the management to help create a safe place with proper management of the bi product for everyone’s health.

I loved the view from our room! It was on the 7th floor overlooking the whole airport; planes landing, taking off, and the lights at night were awesome. Spectacular! We even watched our son’s plane take off!

Honestly, the restaurant was a disappointment. This was our first time at this hotel, and we were looking forward to a nice meal. The menu was good, and the food was good, but the price was incredibly expensive. . We didn’t know how to get around to find another restaurant, so we had coffee and ate breakfast on the road.
