The cleaness of the room given that the structure of the building is old as Moses it was in good condition the room was nice and clean the right front burner did not work on the stove but no biggie because the others worked the fridge was very very spacious and clean What really sold me on the property I was standing on the balcony one morning and saw them testing the pool water .now that was something .if they take time to make sure the pool waters are safe that means they care about the inside of the room .my pillow was too soft 😭 but they worked overall the room was alright once I got in there and cleaned it with my Lysol and Clorox Cleaner I felt like I was in the taj mahal😂😂 although the room was clean I like to put my own little cleaning spin on it. The linen was nice and did not appear to be all worn and ratty looking.but other than the key deal my stay was wonderful

Now what I did not like is that every single time we left the room we would have to get a room key because the one pervious used would not work now that was very aggravating and outrages I mean every single time we left and got back we would have to go to the front office and get a new key but outside of that the stay was nice and The price was really good if all the rooms were like the one I stayed in we will most definitely stay there again and again and again the bathmat in the tub could be replaced but no biggie I use shower shoes .

I really liked how close to the beach we were. Could sit out on the balcony and watch the sun come up and listen to the ocean. Our room was pretty big so if we book again, definitely getting same room! The pool outside was great, didn't try the indoor pool.

I didn't like that when we tried to use the hot tubs they were full of kids and sand! They weren't full with water either. And we were there a week and the tiki bar was only open twice, and not on time. Also the parking garage was super small to park.

Overall it was a wonderful experience. Staff was very nice and accommodating. Pool area was clean with plenty of room for all guests to relax and have fun without feeling crowded. The hotel had fire pit and an outside grilling area. 3 hot tubs, 1ft pool, 2 - 5ft pool 1 inside and 1 outside. Beach access to easy and only feet away. They had a Ben & Jerry's ice cream place right next door amd a mini market. The one thing i would suggest is get rid of the outside carpet in the outside walking areas and just have concrete. It would make for a cleaner look. Rooms and outside was clean, the carpet make it feel and look dirty outside. Overall a wonderful experience and we would stay here again.

The location.

The house keeper and the front desk workers were never on the same page. The front desk called and told us to leave because housekeeping was on the way. We left at 10:30-11 for two hours and came back to the room still not cleaned. Went to the front desk and one of the workers was like “ oh housekeeping hasn’t gotten to y’all room yet, your room is the next one. So we left again but for only a hour and a half. We received a call from the nice black front desk person saying that the room was cleaned and due to the misunderstanding they gave me two drink passes. Unfortunately we had kids with us with no one to watch them. So that was a waste. I would have rather given a free night or something.

The housekeeper on the first day was super nice and really cared about her job. The facilities were convenient. The pool side was nice. The grassy area with the hammocks was good. Maybe a corn hole spot next time? Maybe a spot to grill?

The air conditioner in the beach part wasn't as cold as the other. It was set on 61° and blew cool air but not 61° cold. Reported it, but because it was cool air, nothing was done. I understand people are on vacation,but when you have guests throwing footballs in the lazy river damn near hitting my kids, you have to change that policy police it a little more! Going back to the room, I wasn't happy with how the door shut or lacked of shutting and locking connecting the rooms. If your painters hadn't painted over the door actuator, it would have shut right. Front desk staff needs some more pep seemed like they hated their jobs.

The location was great and the rooms were better than expected. The parking garage was attached to the building. Whitley was great at the front desk. This trip was unplanned but we couldn’t pass up the awesome deal on booking.com. We had our toes in the sand within 24 hours of booking and kept them there for 3 days. I’d stay here again for a short visit. The pool area and fire pits were also nice.

Housekeeping was not provided daily (only one complementary visit during our stay.). This was nothing I couldn’t handle myself though. The carpets on the approaches to the rooms could use a good vacuuming.

The property was perfect in location with beach literally on the beach . The pool was nice the vibe of it was great in the evening! Honestly the best part was the bartender ! He had great music and we drank and even got freebies both nights! Our daughter and son loved the pool. The bar also has frozen drink for the kids

The kitchen supplies like utensils and pots and plates you have to get them in the lobby well request them but we requested them the night we arrived and had to go back the next morning to get them. The floor was so dirty hair everywhere.

I really enjoyed my stay here. the staff was very friendly and i really like we were able to check in before 4:00 pm. after driving all day it was nice to be able to get there and not have to wait. the outdoors were beautiful lots of pool options and relaxing spots and you’re right there on the beach. the room was nice and clean and they even had nice fancy waters for us when we walked it. very nice experience - definitely will stay here again.

the only issue i had was our air conditioner system leaked and the balcony was covered in water.

Location and price. Large 2 beds in front room with living room on back room. Spectacular ocean front view. kitchen included Large fridge and big microwave. can tell they recently refitted the bathtub with new cover and wall. Beds was clean and comfortable. Service was polite and friendly. Great amenities. Indoor and outdoor pool and Jacuzzis. Lazy river and picnic area.

Hotel is dated and needs new carpets. Cleaner floors in the rooms. TV was about to fall over. Loose on it's stand. Had to fight with toilet for it to flush properly.

Once we got the room we actually booked it was nice and it was clean and we were comfortable.

We requested early check in for noon which was not available. That part was still okay, but when I went to check in at 4 our room was still unavailable. It was almost 7pm by the time we were able to get into our room and it took a long time to get our room keys. The first room they gave us was 817..absolutely disgusting, dirty like a frat house, not remodeled and not the room I have pictures of. I complained and they gave me the room I actually booked, 720! Which was clean, remodeled and comfy!
