Staff are welcoming, accommodating and friendly. The hotel is right off the I81 so very easy to locate and right by many food options for fast food and a few restaurants within a 2 minute drive. Fantastic location for the fair grounds if you are heading to an event. I've rated a 10 out of 10. This is a budget hotel and I've stayed at many, as such this is a 10 compared to other hotels of the same caliber such as Marriott and Country Inn etc. Staff are great, facilities are great in having a pool and a small gym. Very clean throughout the hotel and the rooms where spotless. Beds very comfortable. Can't really go wrong and a good saving to the other two hotels in the area.

Can't think of a thing. No negatives if you don't have exceptionally high expectations.

Toilet was tricky…told evening staff about the situation. They asked if we had tried to fix it as if it was our responsibility to fix the plumbing??Also when we returned for the evening, the toilet was still not functioning properly; had to constantly check it after flushing to make sure it filled up the tank. Told the day manager that the toilet needed to be checked when we were leaving and he put it on the “list” for the maintenance person (who wasn’t available on the weekend). Bed was roomy but extra firm.

Great rate and great location

I stayed for 8 days and I thought they would clean the room daily however they do not you have to contact the front desk and let them know you would like your room cleaned. Front desk was very nice and they did give me towels for that night and told me I had to request housekeeping. Over all this place was a great place to stay for my time in this area

Pool was well kept and so were the rooms. The location was also nice. The lobby offered available maps to local breweries restaurants river access points and areas of the local National Park. Staff also was very friendly.

More choices for the breakfast would have been nice. It was also hard to find somewhere that stayed open late for food or recreation.

Location off of 81 is ideal. The staff were very friendly and helpful. The beds were comfortable. The breakfast was good and a good variety to choose from.

The room was overall clean. I saw a large spider by the mirror as I went to kill it it ran behind the mirror. That's when I saw the huge web. Other than that the place was good. W

Everything: Room, Staff, Pool, Location...convenient to everything, yet off the main traffic, backs up to a fairground and surrounded by mountain views, yet can walk in another direction and walk to fast food.

No complaints...didn't eat breakfast so not sure how it tasted, but it looked and smelled good...

Staff was nice and we enjoyed watching the horse racing next door. There’s also a very nice mountain view all around.

Some of the baseboard in our room (near the door) was replaced with wood pieces and it just seemed very odd to us, almost like a guest could have done it.

Three breakfast was better than I expected. The eggs were very nicely done. They were NOT the pre-made frozen poor quality type that is often served in breakfast buffets. They appeared to be freshly scrambled. The sausages were also good. Coffee also was good The room and bed were well done and clean

Fan vent in the bathroom was partially covered with dust and lint. The corners of the Shower tiles around the bathtub need to be cleaned better. The refrigerator had an annoying whine.

I didn’t realize animals were aloud only on the second floor and I was on the second floor. There was a dog that started barking pretty late. I wish I would have known that when filling out on the website. Maybe something that was a more prominent sign that it was dog friendly.

The breakfast was great as there were ample choices. The dining area was clean. There here was staff to assist and keep everything filled an clean.

I think the rugs sound be replaced with laminate or tile in pet friendly rooms.
