The room was clean. The staff was friendly. Although it was small, it was adequate with 2 double beds, a table with 2 chairs, a good size refrigerator with freezer, and a microwave. I also liked that the sink was outside the shower/toilet area. The room darkening shades helped us sleep great! The cost for the room was the best price in town.

The room smelled too strong from a cleaning agent, the microwave could operate without the door being closed completely.

This little hotel exceeded our expectations by far! Not only was it close to Shenandoah Park, it was spotlessly clean, great water pressure in the shower, and the most comfortable "FIRM" beds ever! So many hotels, even the expensive ones have beds one sinks into which is horrible for our backs. This one was perfect! And a great price too! We also had a wonderful interaction with the woman who signed us in when we arrived. Very nice!

The location was convenient for our travel. The place was clean. The hosts were friendly and helpful. We had everything we needed at a good price. We would recommend it to our friends.

Good value. No breakfast provided. It was not expected for the price paid. I noted tha I was put in an available room furthest away from the busy (4 lane) street.

Location - distance from downtown. Again not a big issue for the price paid.

Overall check was easy and the owner was very nice. The room was clean and roomy. Could easily have spent more time here. It was quiet heard no road noise.

All was good, there seemed to be some long term stays here, but did not affect our stay.

Management is flexible and kind, great family run business. Clean place to rest for the night, cool outdoor gazebo and room service is available.

Clean linens, comfortable bedding affording a good night's sleep and plenty of hot water...the only things my family requires when traveling.

A special Thanks to the gentleman who let my son check in at 2am. I was having a hard time trying to book a room on booking.com so I booked the room for August 01, 2022. However, I needed the room on July 31st. I was able to add notes and he was very kind in assisting us getting him checked in.
