Our rooms had a wonderful view of the Emirates Palace and the Presidential Palace. The rooms itself were spacious and comfy. Breakfast buffet was superb. On top of that, the staff were very warm and helpful. Special thanks to David, Fia and Rhodette. Even the cleaning staff (unfortunately I wasnt able to take their names) were very helpful in guiding us whenever we had questions.

We had to request for some items that we were expecting should be in the room (toothpaste, bath salts, etc). However, they brought it quickly.

Great atmosphere , good buffet breakfast with a wide variety of food, excellent view from junior king suite. Helpful and pleasant staff.

The swimming pool when the hotel is fully booked , can be too busy

the hotel has an arabesque style that makes it unique and beautiful. the room was spacious, great breakfast and definitely good value for money of season. staff was always attentive and made us feeling welcome. the Viewing from the 27th floor was amazing.

the restaurant loop on the beach had a limited selection of dishes and the quality was below average for the price paid. if you charge five stars price you need to provide good quality food.

We we upgraded to a large room with an amazing view of the palace and corniche and a huge bathroom/shower, very clean in all areas. The room service food was very good and the Rosemary cafe specially made me a salad and delivered to the room which was amazing. The staff helpful and polite.

Breakfast was inconsistent and at times very busy and a bit frantic with many options needing replenished. Towels were a little worn. In our room the socket’s didn’t consistently work which was strange, the lights would turn off unexpectedly

1. Dirty windows in the room with additional pay for a view - that's not pleasant. 2. Wifi in the room and on the beach was periodically disconnecting. Periods varied from 2-3 minutes to half an hour. In the room I was sometimes able to restore the connection by the AP reboot but on the beach it was impossible and I struggled a lot 3. Last morning we got ropes behind the window in the room that were loudly bashing in the window starting 7AM and that is on the night before the departure flight when we wanted to get a good sleep most of all.

We were made to feel very special by the staff. Mr Bhavesh in particular was very helpful we were so pleased with his professionalism and politeness. Our room was exceptional with an amazing view of the emirates palace within walking distance of the hotel. The hotel had many fun activities accessible by the beach built on the complex with jetskis, jet cars etc which were all very fun and made our experience memorable. The city view was beautiful of a night when all lit up. The hotel staff prepared a surprise display for my birthday thanks to mr Bhavesh which was also amazing. Defiantly worth a 5 star rating!

I've booked rooms with view to the Sheikh Palace and we received rooms with view to the back. Not to mention the difference of the rooms size. The receptionist was a really nice and kind lady and, at least, for my guests was possible to have a room with palace view. Nothing to compare with the previous year room! Being a National Day is not an excuse, reservation was done with months in advance and the journey was planned for my guests. Disappointing! By the way: breakfast-coffee should be available from more machines, not only from one and waiting for the waiter to serve you.

The very beautiful lobby with Arabesque architecture exquisite interiors. Our stay was nothing short of exceptional. I would like to thank most of all Chynara at the front desk for providing us an impeccable service from check in to check out. The luxurious amenities, amazing views from our room, delightful breakfast buffet and captivating atmosphere made our experience truly memorable. A delightful escape that exceeded our expectations. Highly recommend for a truly wonderful stay!

First time visit. We were taken in by the grandeur of the building and the ambiance. Served by a team that was exceptional and very hospitable. From early check in help from Rodette to late check out the next day through Marcel and in between looked after by FIA and Dee, me and my group of 4 ladies were all well served. The room with Palace view as well as the Marina view were absolutely fantastic. Beds were comfortable and the bathrooms were large and all amenities were provided. The morning breakfast was sumptuous with so much variety that we could not manage to taste everything even though we spent almost 2 hours there. The beach was a bit small but the swimming pool was a good size. To sum it up, a great place for old and young to visit for a brilliant staycation.

Since we were split on two different floors, the Room card-only access in the elevator made moving between the 2 floors a bit of a headache if we were trying to visit each other. I did find a hack though :)

I booked a room for my elderly parents for two nights, then they needed to extend for another night. The lady in the reception told them the rate will be higher and it's cheaper to book through a booking site. Given it was on the same day so I could only find a smaller room within the same price range. The receptionist (unfortunately I don't have her name), was very generous and helpful to let them stay in the same room which was bigger. The staff were very helpful. The room itself was great, clean, spacious, and the view was great. The restaurant in the hotel was brilliant with very high quality and delicious food, you get a discount if you are staying in the hotel. The breakfast was excellent as well. Again the staff was very helpful, on the last day, the let my parent to keep their luggage in the hotel after checkout while they spent the day in Abu Dhabi. The location of the hotel is great, very close to the Palace which is great to visit. A big thank you for the staff.
