the rooms were perfect, the views are astounding, the food was great (we went half board), the staff were delightful, the building was magnificent, the location was practical, the price was decent. The observation deck on the 45th floor is worth a visit during sunrise (it’s free for guests). overall we thoroughly enjoyed it.

if you are looking for a beach holiday then go someplace else. There is a beach but it’s not great. It’s in a channel rather on the gulf.

My third time staying here and it was exceptional as before. Staff are so welcoming and helpful. Nothing is too much. I chose half board and glad I did. Food is of such a high quality and you're also able to eat in the restaurants on site. I tried the Japanese one night and it was great.

On one night the room next door was very noisy but that wasn't the hotel's fault. The beach used to be pristine in terms of views. You could see all out to sea. Now there is a lot of development going on so the view is blocked and all you see is cranes and buildings being developed. That's a big shame.

Everything was amazing. The design, the comfortableness, and mostly the courtesy of the staff. Housekeeping response and service is great. We really felt pampered. The beach is beautiful, soft and and clear water. Life guards are alert and available at the pool and beach. I liked the fresh green juice station at the breakfast very special. In general breakfast was excellent but the hash browns need improve. Comfortable beds and pillows. Stunning view from the upper floors. Different types of restaurants available also the observation deck at the 74th floor is amazing. Suitable for families, Definitely will be back. Thank you to all the staff that made our stay very special and memorable.

The AC wasn’t that cooling however we called the housekeeping and they send someone to fix it.

Just Exceptional!! Our visit was for 2.5 days in June and all was perfect! Hotel itself was very impressive, modern architecture, different kinds of marble in every place, live music in lobby, 360* view on 74 flor for hotel guests was free, very high level restaurants and bars. We’ve visited 2: Japanese and South American and both were just perfect. Hotel breakfast with at least 5 different kitchens, room a bit small and not 45 meters as was mentioned, but wonderfully sea view, 2 times a day room cleaning, many compliments like fruits, Macaroon cookies, face gel and more. Very friendly staff always helping and smiling in each place. Privet beach and pools are very good in afternoon time when the building provides a perfect shadow and sun cannot reach you with its dangerous UV rays. We took a taxi, which is not expensive in Abu Dhabi at all, which is available 24/7 at hotel to every place we wanted to visit. Definitely will retrenched to this hotel next time!

Very good location and service, very convenient for sightseeing, separate beach, excellent food

Very unusual and inconvenient arrangement for entrance to the main restaurant- people should first stand a queue to entrance manager (instead of e.g. just tap the room card), let him know room number and wait quite a while for a feedback because he/she is searching for a match in system. But that’s not all. After that a guest should wait for another employee (and this also takes time) who accompanies to a table. All in all - a bad system for no reason. As a result- often was a queue though the hotel was not full at all. Another minus - suddenly cold water in an outside main pool (it was heated first days but due to some reasons not in other days)

This was my seventh stay since the beginning of the new year. My sister’s wedding took place on the night of Friday the 4th, and multiple family members, including my mother, was staying in a room, that I was incidentally in last week, 3406. This time around, I was on the 39th floor. I throughly appreciate how everyone remembers and knows me by now, from the kind, softly spoken gentlemen guarding the premises in their black suits, to Esperanza and Tikka at the front gates, along with Alyssa that never ceases to amaze, in her endless pursuit to check on me. I’ve been dotted upon by everyone like always. In-room dining was perfect as always, and the wedding was glorious and a success. A great property overall, and a remarkable staff too. Thank you all, and to the gentleman who checked me out earlier this morning, who for the life of me, I’ve never known his name, along with the gentleman who checked me in yesterday, and on Thursday as well. Esperanza, Tikka, and Alyssa you guys rock, thank you once again.

we stayed only for one night and that was a mistake. our stay at the Conrad was fantastic, we had a late flight and arrived after midnight, the incredibly helpful staff at the reception welcomed us with a surprise: a free upgrade to a better room on the 37th floor with the addition of the possibility of a late check-out until 5:00 p.m. the next day so that we could do as much as possible in Abu Dhabi. My wife and I stood in awe and looked at each other to see if we were dreaming. The view from the room was perfect, everything was perfect. Breakfast in the morning fantastic selection, beautiful terrace, nothing left to be desired. We were sorry that we did not stay longer in this great hotel. I would recommend this wonderful hotel to everyone and we will definitely come back. CONRAD IS KING!!!
