Self paid parking

Several times i went to Grand Continental Hotel and they really make me amaze with their service and room facilities. I book a double bedroom but its really like and furnished apartment and i wish to stay there month. The reception staff is super social, i forget his name, like Hossaam something

I dnt have any reason to say that "I dont like" super service and wellclean and maintained room.. only i need to say to improve that TV channels, they want to upgrade to some youtube, like that channels.

I was on the edge of making this a bad review. However, it turned out to be a good review and i would like to reassure the guests of their stay in this hotel. I forgot my jacket in one of the rooms. After multiple calls, they finally found it. Although, it took some days to be able to finally talk to someone helpful. Anyways, many thanks to the man who made an effort in finding it. I’ll keep that in mind when picking a hotel in Abu Dhabi.

All good, especially Mr. Yousaf, hotel manager was really helpfull and supportive. All other staff were also down to earth and everything was being done in timely manner like house keeping, car parking service etc

Everything was great expect this hotel doesn't have proper restaurant though they have some arrangement with porbably there own other hotel but food is not an issue in UAE as you can get is from many apps. One tiny issue in this hotel was that furniture is old and that doesn't look good when invite some friends to visit you in your room, they should either the furniture shampooed or replace like the provided sofa and bed headboard had worn-out marks

Loved the view from our 21st floor. Comfortable beds, room simple enough but we didn't expect anything else. It was good value for money. Very good location. Good food.

Slightly stained carpet. We stayed in as a family, our room was a smokers' room, we could smell it. I think they should have considered the fact two young kids were coming in.

As a family, the best part was that in the room was 2 double beds, spaciouse room and was clean. Location is good, there is bus stop to the beach/city or to Yas island and supermarket. The room have old furnitures (as can be seen on photos) but it was not a probleme.

We need to wait for the room, it was not ready, but it was not probleme, better to they do their job well and be clean as they finnish in rush.

Location is fantastic. Hotel is well maintained and polite staff.

Hotel is a bit dated. Needs an interior refresh. One of the lifts were under maintenance for over 2 weeks and the call button was broken. The carpet in the hallways seem old and in need of an upgrade. Maybe a small restaurant within the premises could help the guests.

We liked the spacious, clean room, with spectacular view from downtown abudhabi. It is near to shops and restaurants as well as buses in the city. Staffs are indeed friendly. The room has been upgraded by Ms. Safaa. It was busy night but never had a difficult time to checked in the hotel. Thankyou for all the staffs. I highly recommend this hotel.
