My first time in this hotel, staff are friendly, location is excellent, and the rooms looked renovated. Would have been great if the hotel would provide free shuttles to a few main attractions in the city similar to some other hotels in the area.

The fridge does not cool, and they probably need more staff at the reception for a faster check-in and check-out process, and they need to consider a better service for Bonvoy members, i.e. late check-out, special occasion celebrations, etc.

Excellent value for money. Modernly equipped rooms. We really enjoyed the breakfast. Late check-out is possible. Nice place (near the pedestrian promenade).

We were surprised that they charge 45 dollars per person for dinner (drinks are not included in the price), when it was written on the booking page that the price of dinner in this hotel is 30 dollars. Next time, I would not repeat the dinner for an additional fee.

Hotel was recently refurbished. We were vegetarian an all inclusive and staying for a number of days. So with only 2 restaurants we soon got tired of repetitive food after day 3. My Billy the restaurant manager was EXCEPTIONAL and arranged some vegetarian dishes for us eg the French Onion Soup was made without beef stock. When we had a problem with room supplies the General Manager was very good and also got head of supplies to come to us to apologise. Things do go wrong due to human error and it was good to see two senior people taking interest. We went off peak in mid September so deck chairs not a problem by the medium sized pool. The beach is not on the shoreline but I thought it was fairly adequate. Being in an inlet there were no waves in the sea so spent hours in the warm sea water. Drinks and food quite expensive so worth upgrading to all inclusive if you have a long stay since there didn't seem to be too many restaurants nearby.

The bathroom sink is very small (so you have to really aim well when gargling) and is placed right at the back of the worktop. In front of sink there is a large worktop space (so complete waste of space) and then to add further insult they put a towel rack in front of that. So you are standing more than half a metre away from the sink. I am quite small and had real difficulty reaching the sink. If I had young children would have had to lift them up. Never seen such a bad design and the staff member who authorised these tiny sinks at the back really should be replaced.

Great stay. Fantastic staff highly professional and customer orientated. A personal thanks to the person who welcome me the 1st day at reception and Silvia Romanazzo for giving me the room early in the morning and also the full board. The room is perfect, the house keeping done professionally every day giving high attention to the details and my room was always ready at 11:00 every day. Thanks also to Kahnu at Flovour restaurant who took care of me. Also a great thank you to the person in charge of the club lounge. The beach is good. A big thank you to all the people who works hard to make this hotel being a paradise. I will definitively come back in this fantastic hotel which is the best Sheraton I went in.

Had an incredible long weekend stay and I am compelled to express my gratitude for the overwhelming hospitality and exceptional service. The experience was elevated by the outstanding team, and I must comment Ria for her genuine kindness and attentiveness in the lounge club. Her warm demeanour added a personal touch to the stay. Kavindya’s support during breakfast was truly remarkable. Her professionalism and eagerness to ensure a delightful experience made each morning special. The breakfast service was seamless, thanks to her dedication. A special shout-out to Jose at reception for his outstanding organisational talent. His attention to detail and efficiency did not go unnoticed, contributing to the overall positive impression of the hotel. It was also a pleasure to converse with him in Spanish, adding a personal touch to the experience.

The facilities and the staff 🤎🩵💛🤍. From the moment you arrive the men outside ensure a smooth entrance and safety. The reception (husna) is a very kind soul all of them. The room was nice and clean on daily basis. Rahim who gave me clean towels, Yasin who looks after you, the beach bar staff is amazing too. The amazing team at Flavours restaurant made me feel at home, the coffee bar ladies who gave me fresh coffee everyday. The management is involved and everyone I interacted with. Also the invisible staff and certainly should be mentioned who clean your room and chef’s who prepare your clean and healthy food. I can truly say I enjoyed my long stay and impressed how happy the staff is although I’ve seen they all work HARD for their guests. From the bottom of my heart ❤️ SHOUKRAN for making me feel seen, safe and happy. You’re all AN AMAZINGLY AWESOME 🤩 TEAM. KEEP IT UP! Sorry for not mentioning all your names, but you know who you are 🩵

One minor thing was that my key card got deactivated hahaha ten times a day.

Jose at the reception was very nice and helpful at the check in, we met him at the check out as well, he made everything very fast and smooth. Restaurant staff where they serve breakfast and dinner was wonderful! They are doing really good job, always smiling, always friendly, really loved it. The hostesses at the entrance to that restaurant were extremly nice and you could feel that they are smiling to you from their heart not because this is their job. Managers at the restaurant were also very helpful and understanding and assisted us many times. Guys who are cleaning the room are doing great job, everything was perfect!

The lady at the entrance to the pool area who is giving towels was not that much friendly when we wanted to take towel upstairs. If it's not allowed just explain it nicely and do the exeption. I had 1 year old baby and I just wanted to bring him to the room after the pool with dry towel, easy as that. It's ac everywhere inside so I just need to bring the baby in dry towel so he will not get sick. Gosh, I m not gonna do anything with this towel. Anyway it did not spoil our mood that much.

We had a great time during our stay and highly recommend this hotel. The staff was helpful, welcoming and attentive to details. We are particularly grateful for Neelum's assistance, as she left a positive impression about the hotel. The room was great, with a comfortable bed, and all the necessary facilities. The room service was excellent. The swimming pool area had great zoning, and was well-equipped for swimming, sunbathing and relaxing. The variety of food was impressive and delicious. The lounge zone was our favourite place to relax with tasty snacks and drinks.

Nothing, everything was great.

We enjoyed our December vacation in Sheraton, mostly spent on the beach or around the pool. Mild weather with max temperatures at the range of 26 to 28 degrees Celsius. Friendly staff and always ready to help, good service. We were having our breakfast and dinner in Flavours: nice food with variety of options at acceptable cost.

The sidewalk in front of the hotel is always occupied with parked cars; no space for pedestrians to walk, will have to pass on the other side of the street. The air conditioning could be adjusted to slightly higher temperature. They were not cleaning the room with vacuum cleaner every day; OK for 2-3 days of stay, not so much, if you stay a week.

Location good .Very clean.

Reception staff 1 They woke me up at 6am one day with a wake up call not ordered 2 I took a room without breakfast but when I left they told me I had taken breakfast every day (which I hadn't )and told me to pay.This is unacceptable .How can I prove I didn't do something?Why should I have to? Of course I didnt pay but the stress was unpleasant and unacceptable. No apology for mistake just rather dismissively sent me on my way.Not what I would expect and I cannot recommend any hotel that behaves in such a way.
