Room, interiors, breakfast buffet, pool, sauna, the view...all superb

The pool was cold...wish it was warm.

For the food, a lot of choices especially for a vegetarian. The staff served well and was friendly. The location is perfect esp for sea view lovers. Everything you need is accessible even the supermarket.

The food for breakfast and dinner never changed daily. So if you're staying for 2 or more nights, expect that the food they serve in the restaurant is still the same all throughout. Also, if you come late from the allowed time for your breakfast or dinner, you will miss those delicious foods because they will not refill them.

The location of the hotel was very good - close to the Corniche Beach and also 10 min drive to Emirates Palace, Qasar al Watan palace and also close to Louvre. I liked the facilities of the hotel- the spa, the pool with amazing sunset views and jacuzzi and very friendly staff - from the pool and restaurant- i would mention Shafi who was great. There was also a hair salon with manichiure etc right next to the spa which for me felt great. And The room was spacious with amazing view over the sea and the breakfast was amazing. Overall, the highlight was definitely the staff who was very friendly and handled professionally any request of any kind or any situation.

The hotel is precious. The room is very spacious and new, and the decoration is elegant. The shower is great, and the location is very convenient: in front of the paths to cross to the sea side. The bar at the hoftop is a nice place to spend some time with a cocktail while hearing life music and enjoying the city view. A big plus for the spacious and comfortable changing rooms in the spa, which is extremely convenient if you will take a flight to a cold country after a full day in Abu Dhabi.

The receptionist pushed us for an upgrade in the apartment (a pricy one), which would make no sense as we would stay for 2 days, and our apartment was great. When we entered the apartment, we realized what a mistake we would have made if we had accepted.

The most comfortable was the room. Very spacious and a great bed. Also the location at Corniche is very convenient when to go to the beach. The have an very great Thai Restaurant in the Hotel Silk and Spice!

The swimming pool. They have two, the big one is situated between the big hotel’s so there is no sun. The small one has sun, but it’s more a pool then an swimming pool….The breakfast was a bit dull you can have so many more options at other hotels. The food at the French bakery is way to expensive

We went to watch SailGP on the Friday and were lucky enough to see the practice on the Thursday because the hotel has a wonderful view over the Mina. It is in a complex of 5 towers, the closest to the shoreline of which is the main hotel. Breakfast was great. The staff on reception super helpful and kind, and our room was super. We also enjoyed the food at the poolbar. Lifts were fast, water was sweet and hot.

We could hear a little traffic noise, the windows are pretty soundproof actually. Revving muscle cars in the night are a feature of most cities in the middle east now.

wonderful staff! my boyfriend had a birthday and they prepared a surprise in the room in the form of a cake, Balloons and rose petals in the room! the staff was always welcoming and friendly and that’s very good

The surprise cake had an elastic band inside! and to put it mildly, it was a shock, I hope they will pay attention to this incident and check the kitchen where desserts and other food are prepared. In addition, the hotel needs renovation, the shower hose in the bathroom is leaking, the bedside lamp is broken and flickering, the tap in the women's toilet near the pool is falling off

Good facilities, particularly the gym which was well equipped and managed, spacious, clean and tidy. Good choice of restaurants also. Our bedroom was large with ample closet space and an impressive bathroom. Overall the accommodation was thoughtfully designed and well laid out. There was an excellent selection of quality food for breakfast and the coffee was especially good. Staff were attentive, professional and helpful.

There was no safe in the room and the luggage rack was broken. However, these issues were rectified promptly once reported.

It was exceptional. We were on our honeymoon and they gave us a great room with a terrific view. The suite was very clean and comfortable, we almost didn’t want to leave. We booked half pension, the breakfast and dinner were exquisite, with a lot of quality choices, would definitely recommend. The staff were friendly and provided us quickly with things we asked for. Would love to stay here again.

We just came for the sights and not the beach. I think the location is just ok for sights. But I don’t think there is an ideal location for any hotel for sights in Abu Dhabi, because the sights are scattered all over the city. The bus from the airport goes almost to the hotel (plus maybe 5-10 minutes walk), which is practical. But the public transportation in Abu Dhabi is not that great because it takes much much longer than with a taxi. On the other hand, there are taxis just outside the hotel and you can go wherever you want with them.
