Nice room with low noise from other rooms which is v important for me. Great view and balcony. Excellent gym .

Breakfast was chaotic with far too many people, particularly problematic for a buffet. Seemed to be more people than the hotel capacity. Needs major improvement . Staff were hassling me to check out despite having paid to extend my stay which said they were unaware of.

Staff were so friendly and attentive. Breakfast was excellent, and there was never any queuing even at the busiest times. Our room was clean and had a beautiful sea view. We ate in the Belgian Cafe which was also really nice. We would definitely stay again.

Disappointed the pool was closed which was not advertised when we booked our room. We were able to use the pools at the Crowne Plaza and the Park Inn instead.

The hotel is close to the Yas F1 Circuit (10 min. walk) and much calmer than the on-site hotel. It is also close to the airport (10 min. taxi ride). Breakfast was nice and plentiful, with show-cooking and a view on the pool. The room was spacious with a view on the golf course and the sea beyond.

It is far away from both Abu Dhabi and Dubai city centers (45 min. taxi ride). Airplanes fly just over the hotel, although they didn't disturb me.

The bathroom..... Shower is slippery and why can't you build a shower instead of having the shower in a bath. The plugs in the room....not universal. The breakfast area....chaos is an understatement. Not able to order room service for breakfast which was paid upfront. The crowded reception area and breakfast area.

Breakfast choice was very good. The bed was very comfortable. The bathroom facilities were very good. There was plenty of storage space in the room. The air conditioning worked really well. The lobby and communal areas were attractive.

At breakfast the tables outside weren't set with the full range of cutlery. It was nice to sit outside as the restaurant was very busy, but when I walked away to ask for a knife birds started eating my toast. The fitted bedroom furniture was a bit worn and old fashioned. The desserts at the evening buffet looked beautiful but several didn't taste as good as they looked. The beach wasn't easily accessible and nobody explained how to get to it.

The location is fabulous, the breakfast also. I booked this for my parents who don’t speak English so we all appreciated how the staff were patient with them. Beautiful view also. It was great to have evening drinks in the Belgian Cafe. My parents felt like royalty.

Taking into consideration the price, the pool should have worked. Instead, my parents were advised it was under maintenance and to use the pools of the nearby ParkInn (which is extremely, unsuitably small) and Crowne Plaza (which was overcrowded every time). They only felt comfortable at the beach. Another thing is that on the Booking app there is information that there is a shuttle bus to the Yas Beach which is not true. The shuttle was discontinued some time ago. There is a shuttle bus to the nearby Yas Mall and amusement parks but each time my parents wanted to use it, there was a large crowd of people waiting and they didn’t get a chance to get on so they ended up using taxi.

It was clean and comfortable. The parking was clean too and good service.

receptionist I had a reservation from booking and I had to wait with my family for one hour in the lobby, he said that I got your clarification number but I can’t let you in the room till one hour later that was weird at 10 pm! Also during the stay unfortunately when you try to call the receptionist it will take at least 20 minutes to reach their number and they don’t answer immediately when you call them will take another 20 minutes! Also, their services took so long. Very expensive too.

The location of the hotel is great and the room was spacious. We loved the view of the golf course and water beyond, the pool, the delicious breakfast, and getting free access to Yas beach everyday. We also loved the shampoo, conditioner and body wash that was provided.

The passage and room didn't smell nice, the pillows on the bed were uncomfortable as they went completely flat during the night (feather), the shower water changed temperature a few times during a shower, and the gym didn't have mats available to use for stretching/yoga. We went out after breakfast and when we got back around 2,30/3pm our room still hasn't been cleaned so we contacted the cleaner and he offered to clean the room (very apologetic) then but this was an inconvenience as we wanted to rest in the room and lie down for an hour until our next outing, so he just topped up our tea, coffee and water.

Breakfast was great. Staff were really helpful. Unfortunately whilst we had access to the Executive Lounge it was closed so we had to get snacks and drinks from the coffee shop in reception but the staff dealt with it well. The pool was being refurbished whilst we were there but we used the Park Inn pool and it was great. This is the second time we've stayed with you this year and will definitely be back.
