Staff were really helpful on reception, providing more coat hangers (We might have packed too many clothes), to providing extra housekeeping services when my partner was unwell, to the free vouchers to access Yas Beach Club, and helping me understand the Yas Express bus timetable that gave us free lifts to Yas Shopping Mall, or Yas Bay / Marina....They really wanted to help and made me feel I could ask any question. One area for improvement would be to make sure when we checked in that we knew we could access the services in the Crown Plaza Hotel next door too, and what those were! The free evening buffet on Monday to Thursdays (6pm to 8pm) is simple fare - but perfectly tasty. Soup starter with multiple bread options, then choices of pasta or a rice dish ie curry; plus salad bar or cooked vegetables (inc chips) and 2 dessert options - such as fruit crumble / pannacotta. I can not believe they provide this FREE to all guests four nights a week!! Amazing. The breakfast buffet provided everyday (6am to 10:30am) provides a HUGE selection of items - everything from porridge, yogurt, fruit (watermelon, rock melon, pineapple, kiwi, bananas, dragon fruit), cereal to continental options, to curry to a salad bar, to ordering eggs cooked as you want them, to toast, to pancakes / waffles, to cooked items like Chicken Sausages, Turkey Bacon (no pork for reasons of their faith), Beans, Tomatoes, potatoes (like hash browns), Mushrooms, fruit juices. Very clean environment - and housekeeping were excellent throughout. We chose a 2 bedroom 'flat' and loved that both rooms were ensuite, that the lounge area was larger than planned, that the kitchen was very well equipped - down to a cheese grater! The balcony stretch across all 3 rooms. All in all, it was a very comfortable stay. The rooms were quiet and the air conditioning was very effective. It felt secure - the lift requires a current room key to access the exact floor your room is on.

Breakfast got a little chaotic towards closing time ie. 10am to 10:30 - given the number of guests trying to access the buffett / find a table. So things like juice glasses and coffee cups had run out on occasion....and it meant waiting, which some people handle better than others, but I could not fault the staff in how they dealt with it.

Perfect location for reaching YAS island entertainment parks, F1 track, or YAS beach, excellent facilities,spacious room, big balcony, great breakfast offer and very tasty wide options of complimentary dinner! Ideal infrastructure with free YAS shuttle buses around the island. Perfect, big pool area with options to use also Crown Plaza pool area, which was great! 10 min walk to nearest free Cyan beach and free access to Yas beach facilities as well. Certainly will come back and highly recommend!

Only minor room for improvement would be change of sofa bed spring mattress, which was ok for small kids, but certainly not comfortable for adults. Otherwise everything was Perfect, will come back again!

You must stay here! The staff are exceptional. The room was large, clean, modern and quiet. The pool was perfect for cooling off in the very warm temps. The breakfast was excellent. Lots of variety, fresh and tasty. And a bonus dinner each night too! Free bus to Yas mall and theme parks! Yas Island Abu Dhabi is beautiful!

There were a lot of families with screaming kids running around, so waking up to that noise and mayhem at breakfast and also down the halls at night is not relaxing. This is by no means the hotels' fault, just the only thing we didn't enjoy, so just something to be aware of. So for this reason I would highly recommend for families and not those who want a totally peaceful stay.

The property is about a 20-minute taxi ride from Abu Dhabi airport with all the attractions offered in Yas Island easily accessible by a regular and free shuttle bus service. Special mention to Bansalat at Reception who was always friendly and eager to help when needed.

We were given a wheelchair accessible room which meant that our bathroom was designed without any barriers between the shower and the rest of the bathroom. This meant that the whole bathroom got wet every time someone took a shower. Also, we booked a room for 3 adults but other than on one occasion during our 4-night stay, we only received 2 towels when housekeeping came around. We were provided the extra towel on request promptly after but this was a slight inconvenience pretty much every night.

The property is clean, the price is equitable, the staff were always helpful and the overall stay was enjoyable.

We used the valet service and during that time our car received two scratches on the driver side( we knew they were new because we just got our car washed and were aware of an old scratch on the door).The staff did try to do investigation but at the end they tried to imply that the new scratches were already there since we came with one scratch. I would advise you to park your own car and not use the valet. Despite what they think, our car was not carefully handled and we left with additional scratches.

Convenient to places I booked, breakfast, use of pool and access to Cyan beach. Called to inquire about missing items & they were provided quickly. Saturday entertainment for kids.

Literally only a saucepan and 4-6” fry pan for cooking. You cannot cook a family meal at once bc of the limited cookware and only 2 stovetop burners. For a 2 bedroom suite as we stayed in with a family of 4, better kitchen amenities is needed. Also labels for the heat intensity for the burners, instructions on microwave usage, as well as the bathroom sinks should be clearly labeled. Took about 5 minutes to figure this out.

Staff were great all around. Special mention to Norben from F&B that made sure we enjoy our breakfasts, Admire, for the easy check-in, and handling of other requests, and another GS from the evening shift that let me and a few friends quietly chat in the lobby while having coffee and tea. The 24 hour room service was also great, we have the pizza and burger and both did not disappoint.

Maybe consider having an extra mat and/or handle to get in and out of the tub, also considering the showers to minimize any possible accidents. Better also to add a little more stock in the pantry, at least for washing clothes, and some easy cooking ingredients.

Front counter was friendly. Arrival area was small and cozy. Love the rooms, very spacious, good for family / group. One bedroom apartment style units with all you need. Nice kitchen. Breakfast was fine and we enjoyed it, could be better overall. Love the 24 hours coffee machine offer at the restaurant area. There is very little facilities in this hotel, but you are allowed access to adjacent crowne plaza facilities, so you get to enjoy both sides.

Arrival was a bit confusing for first timer, since it shares the same with crowne plaza and you also need to pass crowne plaza. Nobody was at the valet (don't think i noticed any counter), i parked at the entrance front, one staff came out and stood there but totally ignores me. I was first provided a room at lower ground, right at the end of the hotel, passing long dark/cold corridors (quite scary honestly). This hotel deserve a zero rating for this, why even put guest with two very young children to such far isolated room. But since they show a positive response in trying to change my room upon request, then is fine. Sadly having such a big bathroom but no shower room, only bathtub.

I was staying in 087 for short stay I was facing some issues with the life gard at the pool I was very upset ! And the they were a bit rude everything was disaster and we want to check out till we meet Ms Nirvana she's more than helpful first of all she was take caring of the kids to make it up and she took them to the other pool by herself once I reached the room I found a nice fruits then during the checkout she was assisting us by herself and the best she made she prepared some suger free food for the kids as they are debates We will come back again because of the people and the service
