Cleanliness and layout of room. Reception and cleaning staff excellent.

Restaurant staff require more training. No complaints about food but an issue we raised was unresolved unfortunately. I have regrettably felt the need to write to the hotel with my less than favourable feedback but alas they have not had the decency to respond. An incident in the restaurant led to my partner complaining to the restaurant manager who did not deal with and did nothing to right their wrong so complained to reception. We did not even receive apology. I was too upset to go down for breakfast for the remainder of our stay. Very disappointing as it spoilt what otherwise was an enjoyable stay. I would be reluctant to book a signature hotel in the future.

The view from the room was spectacular day and night. The bed was very comfortable. My usual movement throughout the night did not disturb my light sleeping boyfriend. I wish I had a mattress like that at home. Housekeeping was flexible and very good. The concierge and reception desk were friendly and helpful 24- hours a day. We were greeted with smiles at 10:00 a.m. and at 2:00 a.m.. security was low-key, attentive, and friendly. I'm happy that the air conditioning worked because the humidity was 100%. This is the first place I'll try to book when I go back to Dubai for the view. If you like city vibe, the Signature Apartment Hotel is great too. There is a supermarket right across the street. We were able to cook and keep food in the refrigerator. In contrast, The Palm Jemeirah is very manicured, maybe too manicured.

The fragrance of the shampoo and conditioner were good, but the sea dried out my long hair, and the shampoo and conditioner we're not a good enough. I had my hair done at a salon, and they said it seemed that I had not washed my hair in a week. My hair became super dry. I advise you to bring your own products or buy products, if that's important to you. There wasn't a bar of soap, so we used shampoo to wash. I wish there were a towel rack near the shower exit. We had to reach the towel rack on the opposite side of the bathroom when getting out of the shower, and that made the black floor wet, which dried with water spots. Lastly, I brought a curling iron, but there was no outlet in the bathroom. So, I never used the curling iron. There was a built-in hair dryer, though, that worked.

The staff were all excellent from reception, concierge, domestic staff and we thought the pool attendant/ life guard ( Hussaini)deserved a particular mention. The pool was so well looked after and sun beds and parasols great

The bathrooms were not great and really need a refit. It made it difficult for staff cleaning . Slightly odd colour scheme

The apartment was very good , we had everything we wanted.

Location was the best one at dubai marina.

The staff is really great and helpful. Upon my request everything that didn't work in the apartment was repaired at once. The nice girl at the reception (unfortunately I don't know her name) always reacted very fast and highly professionally to all my requests to bring ironing board, clothes dryer, towels and etc. The size of our apartment is very comfortable and the apartment has everything for a long stay. The kitchen is provided with everything for cooking and dining. There is a big fridge in the kitchen as well. The pool is comfortable and with a great view to Marina. There are lots of restaurants and supermarkets close to the hotel. I'd prefer to stay there longer if not such high prices. But we were told that all hotels increased them because of the high season and expo 2020.

The breakfast is not worthy of this money and it's is not tasty. The lamp and cooking panel were not working when we arrived.
