I like the room and the bed and pillow is very soft and smells good.

I don't like the t.v remote is not working no battery and no available glass for water.

The staff during our check-in just forgot his name was very nice and accommodating, and also the Guard was very helpful, and always smiling. Thanks for upgrading my room also.

The staff when we are checking out, was not so helpful I ask if we can leave for a while our luggage since we want to eat first outside, he just tell us to put our things on the other side, but thankful to the guard who volunteer to keep our luggage in the stock room for more safer....Kudos to Mr. Guardman

The bed and pillow is soft and comfortable. The room is quiet spacious and the staff were friendly and nice. Location is perfect since we visited Rigga night market, the mall and restaurants is just opposite the hotel.

The buffet breakfast are mainly for indians and the hotel has no parking.

i like the entire room specially the bathroom,need to put some carpet so that the feet would getting cold, but overall the room was great

no slippers in the room and the electric stainless kettle is old and rusted inside, we cannot make coffee,..

The breakfast at the hotel is buffet and it was very good and diverse. The staff is extremely helpful and polite. It is my recommendation for a budget trips and travelers because it really offers great, spacious, clean rooms for small amount of money. Very good thing is that the hotel is just by the metro station which is great for usage (much cheaper than a taxi and almost as equally fast).

The micro location will be a bit shocker because the area is not clean and tidy. My first impression of the surrounding when the taxi left us on the parking lot wasn't good at all. I even thought to my self - is it safe in this area. But, it is just a appearance of the surroundings - it is perfectly safe and after you get used to the surrounding streets, it will be all OK.

Hotel close to everything. Mall,metro bus station, Pakistani restaurants, masjid. Housekeeping service. Nice bed white soft pillows and bedding.

Smell from air con or something else in room is very strong. No prayer rug in room .

I have been in the hotel for 7 days and continued for another 7 days. The hotel is in a very good location and everything is close. Almost opposite of Al Ghurair shopping mall, many restaurants in the area Union Metro station is around the corner and Dubai airport is approx. 15 minutes' drive away. Really neat and clean hotel. Spacious beds, soft pillows, sheets and blankets. The hotel employees are very kind, friendly and customer service oriented. Special thanks to Aadil at the reception. The housekeeping service works perfectly. Good breakfast and the price-quality ratio of the restaurant food is right. The restaurant staff is friendly and also many thanks to Sibyl.

The hotel is really nice, the location is great, 2 min walk to Union metro station, which has both lines, green and red. The staff is very very friendly and helpful, especially Katrik, the guy from the reception who was amazing! I don't have enough words to say how helpful and how nice he was. The room was very big and clean, the Wi-Fi was fast, everything was fine. For sure we will come again to Lewana.

Room was spacious and bed and pillows are comfy. it was good that when we request something the staff try to accommodate as soon as they can. Also the hotel is very near different establishments such as mall, restaurants, etc. Wifi is also excellent.

I just didn't like that when we entered the room the floor was still very wet. Also there is very limited English channels in the television. If I can suggest, maybe it will be good if you will include breakfast to the package as it will be very convenient to the customers.

The hotel is amazing and clean. The staff were very helpful, friendly and professional. Indeed, the hotel exceeded my expectations. The WIFI connection was strong and has a very good signal. As heavy tea drinker, I loved their karak tea. The location is very good to Dubai Gold and Naif markets. I very much enjoyed my stay at the hotel and will visit again.

I didn't like the breakfast, but for those who enjoy indian food will be okay with. My son loved their sausage and omelette. Overall, the breakfast didnt really bother me.
