Great 2 bedroom apartment!! We had amazing 4 days. Stunning big pool great for kids and swimming. Wonderful hotel, perfect location close to union metro station. We slept very good and will definitely come back when we are in Dubai!! Special Thanks to Abdallah for the great room service

This is not a really criticism but a recommendation to include basic kitchen equipment like paper towels, sponge or dishwasher detergent etc. We bought it on our own in the supermarket

The apartment was clean, the facility was top notch, the TV in my seating area was not good and it was changed immediately I raised it. We enjoyed the breakfast as it feature a world class buffet breakfast with a number of varieties. A big mall is on the building making it easy to get whatever you need in the apartment. The facility is also located close to Deira market and Gold souk, 20 - 25 minutes walk if you are able to walk else take a taxi. They have a bus that takes you to Dubai mall and a beach three times a day. It was a great experience for my family.

I would have prefer a hard foam mattress but was told by the cleaner that they only have soft mattress. All the same, I enjoyed my stay at Swissotel.

We had taken a half board stay. It was no where mentioned that we would be having an ala carte style dinner. If said dinner and breakfast buffet. We apoke your staff and they told us that since it was a theme night we were not able to go for the buffet, if in case we would have come the next day then it would have been a dinner buffet. This was really upsetting as we were a group of 3 families, who had booked with Swissotel upon our insistence since this was the second time we are residing at swissotel and we were happy with the first service.

Very close access to metro station. Next door to mall which had good collection of food outlets as well as decent grocery store. All the staff were super helpful. The breakfast buffet was very nice (though it can be busy based on timings).

Nothing to dislike really. First-world problem, you have to take lifts to lobby first and then walk towards apartment side and then take another set of lifts towards your apartment.

We have stayed at Swissotel Al Ghurair for almost 3 weeks, I decided to write a comprehensive review. We booked an apartment half board, we are a family of a married couple with 2 kids (3 and 5 yo). First of all about the accommodation. The hotel is big, rooms are huge, clean and nice. The hotel is in the same block as the mall which is big and has many restaurants and a hypermarket. So even if you don’t book any meals, this is still super convenient because you are in the mall within a blink of an eye. The hotel has a multilevel parking garage which guests can use to park their cars. And the area is great, alive and there are many shops/restaurants. The creek is very close and many other attractions like the Gold Souk is very close by. Furthermore they have 2 pools and a great Spa. Despite this we didn’t regret our half board reservation at all because the food at the restaurant is mesmerising! And the chefs working there are amazing, super friendly and really take care of any special needs. And an important tip; attend their special Friday brunch!!! It is over the top. And then in our opinion their most valuable asset; the staff!!!! We became more then friends with the staff, especially guest relations (Gerylin and Eileen) and the restaurant staff. We have to many to mention here. But a special thanks to: - Hamza: shy at first, but such a great and funny guy - Rushdy: always super friendly, one of our daughters favourites and the first one to welcome us in such a special way - Shulika: always laughing and super friendly, one of my son’s favourites - Rachel: always a joy to be welcomed by her, also a favourite of our son - Melvin: so friendly, funny and hard working, but yet so professional in his role as a manager in the restaurant - Lia: she is the other favourite of our daughter and she is great, especially during the Friday brunch. - Mary, Aisha, Kesang who are all so sweet, friendly, funny and have great personalities.

Two bedroom spacious comfortable apartment with ample parking. All wholesale market was near by. On walking distance. Adjacent mall was good attraction.

Everything was good just sofas need maintenance. It's just opinion remove wall to wall carpet from rooms. Due to the allergen mites smells cannot be 100% removal possible. You may put small rugs.

everything receptionists were very kind and helpful 2 bedroom so nice and big breakfast was fair enough clean and comfy attached to al ghurair mall which is so nice , you can find anything you neeed there

we reserves halfboard , but the dinner was so bad doesn't worth it , needs to be more variable and more kind of food only one advantage of the dinner was the staff there

I booked an apartment because iam on special diet. unfortunately there were not enough cooking utensils. although that was my complaint from previous accommodation.

What I liked about Swissotel Al Ghurair is that the amenities are great. Since the hotel is shared by an Apartment, there are two pools and two gyms to choose from. Big plus is the sauna and steam room. We stayed in the apartment and the room was huge, great for families. The concierge / bell men are more than helpful in getting you taxis as needed. Front Desk staff are so accommodating and helpful as well. The hotel being next to the mall is also a great plus.

Not the best location for tourists that have plenty of things to do in their itinerary. Staff at the restaurant are not too accommodating, so we chose to eat at the mall instead. In-room dining options are very limited as well.
