The room was clear hotel is near to masjid and restaurants.

Im a regular guest to the hotel. Unfortunatly this time my stay was disturbed due to finding of cocroches in the beding😒 it was really so disgusting. But thanks to the staff who managed to change my room but again i wasnt feeling comfy after the 1st incident. Please try to deep clean the room as ur hotel is very nice you do not want to loose customers due to small issues of not cleaning well the rooms or apartments

The hotel provided a complementary wheelchair for my elderly mother throughout the duration of our stay. Leyla from Reception was so welcoming and friendly, and she checked us in 3 hours early into our room, free of charge. We were also offered complementary breakfast, as we arrived very early, ahead of check-in time. The hotel is in one of the best locations in Deira, just across the road from Al-Ghurair shopping mall, and there are plenty other shops and restaurants nearby, all open really late into the night.

I have no complaints. I am really looking forward to visiting again.

We stayed in a 2 bedrooms apartment with 2 very spacious bathrooms and 1 Powder Room attached to the living room. The Kitchen is well equipped with all cooking facilities and a full size refrigerator and washing machine. The apartment is very spacious with a nice balcony. It is a very comfortable accommodation for families. The TV has the facility to watch Youtube. Location is good in a busy area. Lot of small restaurants around. There is a shopping centre opposite the hotel and the Union Metro station is a 5 min walk. There is free parking in basement 2. There is a mosque right next to the hotel. The concierge staff are excellent.Housekeeping staff did a good job as well.

There is no dishwasher in the kitchen. Due to Covid the housekeeping staff do not wash the utensils hence a dishwasher was badly missed. At checkout a lady staff tried to charge me more than the amount stated in my booking. When i pointed out that she said taxes are extra. I showed her the booking again and told her the price is including of taxes. Later she said the extra charge is for some items from the Cafe. I said we never ordered anything from the cafe. Later her colleague checked the system again and reversed the charge. It was a bad experience and left a bad taste after an excellent stay due to the attitude of the particular staff. So be alert while settling your bills at check out.

Superb housekeeping staff. Clean towels supplied daily. Cleanliness very well maintained. Good kitchen facilities & utensils provided. However, need to buy our own washing detergent & dishwashing stuff. Comfortable beds & pillows. Nearby supermarket is 24hours. Nice friendly counter staff.

2nd floor unit. 226. Noisy, can hear all noises from event hall during the day with clapping / host shouting & loud music from disco at till pass midnight. Smell of cooking below rises up to our unit.. awoken by smell of oil.

Friendly , respectful staff all round which made our stay even better , we all felt welcomed and safe , the breakfast was good but could improve the the juice section we all did not enjoy the juice section, tasted was not good , the travel agency at the desk were fantastic booked lots of excursion with them they were punctial, respectful, helpful,and safe we all had a brilliant time

Swimming hours to be extended as the children really enjoyed but closed early plus discourage smoking around the pool as children are present and maybe concider building another bigger pool as the people capacity was alot compared to the size of the pool , there was not enough space The juice section during breakfast needs to improve the taste was not good and we did not enjoy

Overall it was a great stay at Hyatt Wasil. I'd go to the gym daily. The gym had great machinery. I loved the breakfast over there it was worth selecting breakfast with the stay. The menu for breakfast changed daily which was the best mood-refreshing food with different kinds of pasta, dry fruit, Indian foods, and a live kitchen on the side—I loved the hotel's ambiance. Even while checking out they gave goodbye cupcakes, a great gesture.

The swimming pool was very small my children did not go swimming for even one day. The lights in the room I believe were very dim or less installed in the room. Further, we had two rooms booked for us, and the rooms were attached which was a good thing but one room's bathroom did not have the privacy rubber on the door which led to using the bathroom with lights off.

Comfortable stay, the apartment was very big and clean. liked the layout & decor. There was a swimming pool and a gym. The breakfast had lots of varieties. Loved the karak tea Appreciated that there was a washing machine in the apartment. Room service was great!

Lots of varieties for breakfast but tasteless, need to improve the flavours, could have done with a bigger swimming pool. The swimming pool was not deep enough for adults, it was more suited to children. The lighting in the apartment was vey dull which made it difficult to apply make-up. It would have been nice if the TVs provided in the hotel rooms had Netflix, Prime etc. Washing machine was provided but no washing powder, I brought my own from the local supermarket. No space to put the wet clothes out. I used the chairs in the balcony. Could have done with a clothes-washing line or an airing stand.

We had wonderful time in this hotel. Everything was simply amazing - starting from the size of our 2 bedroom apartment which was very beautiful! We booked full board and we did not regret. As we are not in Europe we could not expect to have the same meal offers like in the centre of old continent, but variety of food was very good. It was also good to try some new tastes. As we stayed in this hotel during time of Ramadan we were the only guests who had lunch at that time and therefore cook prepared it only for us from a la carte menu. Staff was very kind and polite - the receptionist were always there to help us. Special thanks goes to Jude, Rasheed and Jamil! As there was reconstruction of hotel's swimming pool at the time we stayed there, our hotel organized for us with their costs taxi transportation to another Hyatt hotel and back where swimming pool was working. Truly amazing! The location of the hotel is quite far from Palm or Burj al Arab, but being located in old part of Dubai this hotel gives you the possibility also to discover other, less known parts of Dubai which other tourists maybe avoid. Location of this hotel motivated us to search for other beaches apart from other well known and we discovered Al Mamzar beach and park. They are very beautiful, not crowded at all, with warm sea water, good showers and very soft sand. Price for entrance to the park is 5 AED per person + 10 AED for NOL card if you do not have one already. On Monday and Wednesday this beach is reserved for ladies only, but this did not apply during Ramadan time. All I can say is big thanks to all people who work in this hotel and who made our staying in Dubai so memorable.

Close to the hotel is a mosque so at 5 AM there is always morning prayer coming from the loudspeaker. Sometimes it woke us up, but I suppose it is not something hotel could be blamed for. It takes quite a long time warm water to start running from the showers.

Good location close to Al Ghurair Shopping centre and the Rigga area. Close to metro stations. Apartments are well appointed with good room sizes and nice bathrooms. The sofa bed is a welcome addition. The kitchenette was ok though cutlery can be lacking; still, a quick call to housekeeping and they can get you whatever extras you require.

Naughty kids running up and down the corridors knocking on people's doors for fun. Kids will be kids though! Breakfast can get busy - so plan well if you want to have breakfast in the restaurant - not a dislike, more of just a heads up. TV system - only gripe. TVs are a bit old so hooking up a flash drive or other device to watch your own movies can be a challenge.

it was great to stay at Hyatt for the first time. everything was neat, clean and well maintained from the lobby to the room. restaurant was good as they have lots of variety on food and thank you to mary Ann who assist us and the rest of the guest and wear her beautiful smile. room was very nice, clean and tidy, thanks to the evening / night shift of housekeeping ( sorry forget his name ) who assist us on the needs we needed as we forget to bring some items. thanks to naresh as well from housekeeping and the lady in the reception ( forget to check her name ) who gave us a late check out. and the concierge who help and assist us on our luggage while we checking in.

we only have bad experience with check in time. we came past 9pm and more than 5 minutes we are waiting to checked in and the guy was still talking on the phone. and my partner mentioned to him that we came from a long drive and need to rest.
