Breakfast was basic and didn’t vary much each day.

Any time I was by poolside the bar never seemed to be staffed until late in afternoon.

I liked almost everything about this hotel. The staff was excellent! Very nice, clean, professional, and were quick to resolve any issues or concerns. The food was very good - both room service and the buffet.

The bed pillows were down pillows, very large, and extremely uncomfortable. A more functional type of pillow of about half the size would have been great. They have a quirky policy regarding bottled water that is provided by housekeeping and then by the restaurant. For some reason cold water is forbidden to be delivered to the room and only a cup of ice may be requested from room service, even if you are willing to pay for it. I ended up going to the restaurant myself and purchasing bottled water and buckets of ice so I could enjoy cold drinks in my room as the refrigerator was not cooling at all.

Very good location - near Ibn Batutta bus station, so you can take a bus to the AUH airport directly. Metro station is nearby, as well as Ibn Batutta Mall. Comfortable, clean room and bed, enough for solo travellers. Very helpfull staff. You can easily left your luggage if you're departing from UAE lately. Hotel is organising activities for the guests like latino party on Friday night, or watching World Cup on the big screen.

The hotel premises are excellent. It sits next to a giant mall, with plenty of restaurants of various cuisines, and a subway station. It is also next to a bus station that connects directly to the airport in Abu Dhabi. Staff was always kind, attentive, and keen on solving problems. The room was large and comfortable, clean and perfectly climatized. Shower pressure was very good and the wi-fi is very good.

The location of the hotel is not very central, it takes a long time via subway to get to the main spots of Dubai. There is a bar right next to the hotel which stays open until 3am on Saturdays, with very loud music and animated patrons, and the rooms are not soundproof at all. The bathroom amenities were of lower quality than expected.

Very welcoming and polite staff on our check-in. Excellent location near the metro, bus, taxi, and next door to the huge, popular IBN Battuta Mall. The breakfast was fresh every day, good and there were many options to choose from (amazing coffee). The facility and room were of a good standard and the staff were exceptionally helpful. Daily cleaning was timely and great. My friend had a birthday when we were back afternoon in the room there was a piece of cake for her which was an amazing surprise that wasn't even requested or asked for it. Overall we had an excellent and enjoyable stay!

What a wonderful hotel, the service was impeccable from all the staff members there. If you required anything they always strive to help in any way The pool area was lovely and clean, perfect to relax and sunbathe. The location is right next door to a mall, bus and train station so super convenient, metered taxis are easy to hail also. - they have a 24hr food stand 2 kins walk away which gets u all sorts or teas, coffees, desserts etc... if u don't fancy room service Room.was spacious, modern and clean, couldn't ask for more tbh with a spa next door also Definitely booking here again, the hotel contributed to me and my wife making a decision to return to dubai regularly

Clean and great location next to the bus stop and metro station

I like the accessibility of the hotel to public transportation and the mall. This is the reason why I initially chose to stay here. Reception were kind enough to give me 1300 late check out, not enough as I got an important meeting at 1430 however, Hasnain gave us an option which can actually work. Next day, I have checked if a later check out can be done but they have a group coming in so it was not possible but Dawn assisted me to have Hasnain's idea happen. And so, i left the room at 1300 with my luggage kept and returned at 1420 to have my important meeting in one of the empty meeting rooms which actually worked. Thank you both, I hope you liked the sweets i brought for you, two. I also want to thank the staffs of the All day dining outlet especially Brigitte for your friendliness and positive aura. Keep on smiling. I will for sure come back to stay again very soon.

The doors of the room close in a very loud way which annoys me every time. I had issue sleeping because every time a door opens, it closes with a bang and it wakes me up. Ending, I did not sleep properly. I have asked for a room in a quiet area as i am very sensitive with noise which was given to me but the banging noise of the doors ruin it. Maybe, the doors can be fixed in a way that they close slowly and quietly. Pleeeeease.

Mr. Shoaib checked us in very quickly and efficiently. He told us about all the facilities the hotel offers and gave us a great room facing the pool. During our stay the housekeeping staff made sure we had everything we needed from water to towels and other amenities. Ms. Paru and Ms. Drishti checked us out of the hotel and helped us book a taxi to go to the airport. Very good hotel with great service and amenities! Would recommend all travelers to give it a try! The hotel is at a great location where you can access the metro, buses, the huge mall next door and a lot of taxis.

We did not sign for breakfast due to the mall next door. Location was perfect for us, the facilities like swimming pool was excellent. The staff kindly extended our check out time due to delayed flight times. Staff really good, have good knowledge of the area and offered good advise

We liked it, in fact my son and his family also stayed at the same hotel with us, they had a family room. The kids enjoyed the facilities on the 3rd floor. The shows on Thursday Friday evenings went very well with the family.
