Excellent option for business trip in Dubai, located in the middle of the city which makes it 10km away from main destinations both ways. Also, the hotel is located near the beach so you can enjoy the sea anytime before or after work. The place is not crowded, quiet and clean. Hotel staff are very polite and helpful.

The free upgrade to a sea deluxe room with a balcony, the location to the beach across the road, walking/cycling track, can hire bikes and electric scooters for a fee at hotel, numerous cafes, takeaways that deliver, juice bars, restaurants, and local buses (not on a metro line), free water every day as much as you need, and staff were all amazing... Abbas, Udip, Shaw, our room cleaner (sorry cannot remember his name), the cafe staff, the security lady, and the night security guy, in fact, all staff were amazing and so helpful and very pleasant. Plenty of taxis are available on the main Jumeriah St around the corner from the hotel, still very inexpensive. Easy walking distance to Kite Beach and eateries there. Close proximity to Burj, Wild Wadi between 2-3 miles up Jumeriah St, so very close indeed. Visiting Villa 515 and Hamptons for breakfast, lunch or dinner was amazing all along Jumeriah St...so check it out for sure. City Walk 15mins max away by taxi.

Excellent confort, great location if one doesn't need to be in town center, and quiet hotel at that time of the year. Very friendly staff. A minor issue with air conditioning was solved on the spot, even at 10:30 PM. Bonus, the clinic to do PCR test before flying back (comfy Emirates 380) is a couple of bus stops (#81 or #88) away.

Breakfast staff easily overloaded / amateurish. All fine if one comes before 9:00. After that it's a bit more people and do not expect fast service - you may have to go in DIY mode. But it sounds like this is run by a separate company from hotel.

I love this place! It's my third time and I'll continue coming back for sure. The location is perfect, next to Kite Surf Beach and Jumeirah 3 Beach, also very close to some of the best restaurants and coffee places in the area. The staff is AMAZING, extremely helpful and kind, especially Naresh, he went above and beyond to make sure I have everything I need. I also love the little gym with the sauna, as well as the pool. Thank you BWH!

Like most of the hotels in Dubai, my room didn't have a balcony or window I could open, so drying towels and swimwear took longer. Also, all rooms come with a shower, there are no bathtubs. But I'll continue coming back anyway :)

Wonderful location, the best Dubai beaches are within walking distance. Many good restaurants and cafes around. Lots of water sports activities also. Modern and stylish room, good cleaning service. Easily accessible and comfortable parking with straight elevator access. Friendly staff.

On some days kitchen work was a bit disorganized, for example empty fruit plates were not refilled until asked. No dedicated omelette/eggs chef, you have to order from staff directly. Sometimes they forget your order or bring you not exactly what you've ordered. Same with tea/coffee. Shower is only half-covered from the rest of the bathroom, sliding door is absent, hence it was hard to avoid spilling water on the bathroom floor.

Clean room, location near to beach, very helpful staff, free parking, they upgraded the room free of charge, free complimentary water, Coffee, tea as you want. Providing personal amenities such as dental kits, comb and shavings kits ..etc Some rooms have good sea view with balcony Comfortable bed and cold room. Hairdryer available Decent location, suitable for families. Good for business and vacation. I will visit again soon

Need to improve the dining in-room options and improve breakfast like adding some pastries. Some guests were noisy in corridor at very late time. Some outside noise from street, subject to time and location of the room.

The room was large and had a little balcony so we could get away from the relentless airconditioning at times, and dry out our swimsuits

I would like to see the provision of face cloths; not enough hotels provide them. Breakfast for the westerner could be improved. We used labneh instead of yoghurt and that worked, the pastries were poor, but the coffee was good. I would like to see the bed dressed with just a sheet instead of a hot quilt. A light blanket could be made available for protection against chilly a/c

A very well managed hotel. I like it very much when I feel that even the finest detail is taken care of and that what so ever things are used are of good quality. The very early check-in and late checkout are nice things to offer. Very clean. The staff are professional and keen to take care of the visitors. The location is very good, especially if you are a sea lover and beach searcher. The hotel provides towels and umbrellas. Many nearby and of walking distance nice coffee shops and restaurants. We loved our stay very much and kept the hotel as a place that we would like to stay at from time to time.
