Great location, good value due to the time of year, and the apartment was a very good size with the right amenities.

The standard is pretty low for Dubai, when it comes to quality of finishes and facilities in the room there no frills. However it's perfect if you are on a watersports holiday and spending time on the beach.

Very close to the beach. Staff was very helpful especially Mohamed and Zakaria.

Cleaning services were when convenient for them. usually when we had a rest in the afternoon. but it was depend on person, one guy was very polite and made his job when it was comfortable for us.

Our stay at Roda Beach Resort was great and perfect altogether) Multiplied by a premium location, and fabulous villas, me and my family have been enjoying the great services of hotel staff. I personally think the hotel staff is a germ if this hotel. Thanks to its management. They started assisting from the first moment we were in the hotel. Although we'd arrived 3h earlier than check-in time we were allowed to check in earlier. The room was fabulous. Mr. Sanawar abd service staff have been assisting us throughout entire stay. I think when someone likes his profession he does a great job of making others happy. Thanks to Mr Sanawar abd entire crew for making the stay absolutely pleasant..

The parking area nearby is being occupied by night violators. it's sometime disruptive. Although I understand that it's not the hotel's fault. Perhaps some increased attention of traffic inspectors is need there.

The place is in a perfect location, no doubt about it, the room is spacious and comfortable with a nice balcony on the beach. The pool area and gym are really nice to relax and spend some deserved relaxing hours. Direct access to the beach from the pool is a great addiction to a nice and simple outdoor space. It's in front of the night beach where you can swim until late at night, very relaxing.

The breakfast is not up to standard. The fit-out should align with today's taste since is really outdated.

It's a place you can't imagine from the hustle and bustle of Dubai. A paradisiacal atmosphere. Rubber jogging paths, cycling paths, huge beach, snorkelling school and kite school. Convenient car parks. Two-storey houses with lovely terraced apartments.

The restaurant is good, but the number of dishes could have been expanded.

What we loved most about the hotel was its incredible seaside location. In the mornings, the beach was blissfully serene, with almost no one in sight. As the day progressed, it transformed into a lively kiting haven, perfect for those interested in kitesurfing. Plus, there was the convenience of nearby beaches without kiting areas for those who preferred a more tranquil setting. Our room was cleaned and serviced daily, ensuring a comfortable stay. They were also equipped with everything we needed for cooking. The breakfast at the hotel was also nice. It offered a variety of options to cater to everyone's tastes and preferences.

The staff were all excellent, from reception , pool guy , housekeeping , restaurant , kitchen and lobby . Nothing was too much bother and they were polite , helpful and friendly anytime of the day! Too many to name just a great team. The rooms were comfortable, clean and well equipped. The pool was warm , quiet and had plenty sun beds. It is very close to kite beach and you can swim from there. We had breakfast included and there was a large choice of foods including eggs cooked to order and nice coffee on request. We will definitely return !

I wasn’t aware when booking that it is a dry hotel, not a problem for us but might be for some. Part of the hotel is adjacent to the kite beach car park , this is used by local youths as a meet up point at weekends and they like to rev their cars and beep their horns. I would recommend a room with a city view rather than a sea view if noise is likely to bother you. We were lucky that the hotel changed our room after we mentioned it to them.

The hotel is in very nice location, right at the Kite and Night Beach, direct access to walking/running and cycling path (shared bikes stand nearby). We cycled a lot down to the Marina area and up to the Creek area to go for Deira markets. To get to metro you need to take taxi (still good price). The restaurant onsite is nice, great view from the terrace and good view from the room terrace too. The room was very spacious, even too big for two :)

The parking place just under the windows seemed to be a meeting point for many people leaving the engines on and being quite loud. Restaurant had nice food, but the service was bit too slow.

The place is simply perfect, in front of kite beach, direct access if you have a terrace suite. Is the very first time in UAE I feel like being in the real beach, like Barcelona, Rio or Miami. Room space is massive, comfortable, the terrace is chilly, relaxing. The kitchen is perfect to prepare any meal, it includes washing machine. The breakfast was tasty and the staff was always trying to please their guests. I will definitely come back to this place, a list that only a few places deserve it. If you are a traveler who loves beach, sports and a relaxing atmosphere, this is the place. The gym is very complete and the renewed swimming pool is amazing, heated in winter.

It would be a good idea to change the mattress, I noticed some sagging, also include softer/smaller pillows, most of them too tall. There is some mold smell too, probably because is in front of the sea. Bathrooms need some renewal, same as furniture, after this 10/10.
