luxury beautiful place , very spacious

last day , I tried to call the help desk between 2:00 am and 3:30 am several time but no one answer the phone . also , there is one particular person when I call the reception doesn’t answer the greeting , example , I say “good morning” , “hello” , or good evening” , and his answer is always the same “yes?” , even I tried to repeat the greeting again but still same answer , need to work on the communication skills , I know this might seem simple but for me when I greet someone , I would like to get the proper reply.

It is a beautiful hotel. It's just nice to be there.

I had to change my reservation and they would not refund my money for my first set of dates. So I paid for 2 nights that I wasn't there. I think that is unreasonable.

From the second you pull up to the doors of Habtoor Palace, all staff are incredibly attentive but in a quiet unassuming manner that is the perfect balance of professional and friendly. The atmosphere throughout the Habtoor palace is one of quiet contemplation; a place you can relax and truly unwind. The food is extremely high quality, of extensive variety presented immaculately and caters extremely well for allergies and intolerances. This is one of the few hotels I have felt safe eating with a gluten allergy. From the first breakfast it was clear that they had a huge desire to make my stay relaxed and comfortable so that I could dine in confidence; with clear attention to cross contamination risk and an appreciation of how their efforts attended to my personal experience. I cannot rate the hotel and its staff highly enough in this regard.

We had a one week holiday in Dubai and stayed in this wonderful really luxurious Hotel. The stuff was extremly friendly and they are jumping to satisfy any wish from the hotel guest. Sometimes you do not even have to say it out loud, they are just mind readers and making your stay just perfect. Our houskeeper - Balajr - made evey day a wonderful job in our room. This hotel is super clean and smell always like flowers and parfumes. This amazed us totally. Many thanks for Chat - our concierge guy - to organizing the desert trip and for the Present we got from the Hotel. The Bentley was amazing! Your sister hotel - Waldorf Astoria - was also very very nice! Many thanks for everything!

Elegant hotel, room spacious and bed one of the most comfortable ever! Breakfast buffet very good. Staff extremely helpful, knowledgeable and friendly.

Excellent location. Comfortable, nicely decorated and spacious rooms. Very professional staff and will go out of their way just to make guests happy.. Big thanks to Shakira and rest of the team at the reception and concierge.. whether you are in Dubai for business or holiday, this hotel ticks all the boxes.. Will definitely consider it for future visits.. Thank you all at Habtoor Palace for an excellent experience..

The only thing I did not like was the air conditioning system in the room, the minute you leave it goes off and when coming back the room is warm. It was set on Auto and could not be set on all the time.. During this time of the year, you need to have the air conditioning on all the time..

Receptionist was super friendly, and offered me a double upgrade in appreciation of my selection of the hotel. Suit was amazing offcorse and I felt very much welcomed and appreciated.

Food quality and temperature was not amazing. Very normal meals, although I tried dinner and breakfast. Not bad overall, but I was expecting better
