My second visit to Millennium Atria Business Bay in Dubai was just as amazing as the first! This hotel is a five-star gem. Let's talk about the awesome housekeeping, especially Alijaz. Alijaz is a rockstar! He took care of my room like a pro, and it felt like he put his heart into it. Best hotel service ever! The rooms are lavish with stunning views of Business Bay. Comfy beds, stylish decor, and everything you need for a perfect stay. The hotel's location rocks for business and fun. Close to any important things and dubai and work hubs. The staff, from the front desk to concierge, were super friendly and helpful. You can tell they love making guests happy. To sum it up, Millennium Atria Business Bay is an awesome place. Five stars all around. Can't wait to come back! Big shoutout to Alijaz and the whole team for making my Dubai stays unforgettable!

The people: particularly Anaw in the restaurant each morning and Sanjay in housekeeping. Both were friendly, professional, respectful and a pleasure to meet. I observed attention to detail in both roles and the value they add to Millennium Atria Dubai cannot be overlooked.

The check in process. My husband had booked the property for myself & my 80yo aunt, and followed up the booking with Emails clarifying the situation. Check in was complex with me having to contact my husband in Australia. After 14hrs plane travel this was very frustrating and upsetting.

I had the pleasure of staying at this hotel recently, and I must commend the exceptional service provided by one particular member of the cleaning team, "Aijaz". His professionalism and meticulous attention to detail were truly commendable. From the moment I entered my room, it was evident that cleanliness was a top priority for Aijaz. Every corner of the room was spotless, and even the smallest details were taken care of with precision. It was clear that he took great pride in his work, ensuring that the room was not just clean but also welcoming and comfortable. What impressed me the most was Aijaz's commitment to going above and beyond. I was one week and it was the first time for me staying in business bay. The hotel is very luxurious, the staff exceptional friendly and the service top notch. I actually extended my stay for another week because I liked it that much. I can recommend this hotel for everyone!

Rooms are spacious with all facilities. I was staying in a 1-bedroom apartment and the stay was wonderful. The kitchen was fully equipped (I didn’t used it). Excellent breakfast, I must Mention about Mr. Barath, he was taking care of each guest personally.

Rooms are clean how ever I feel they are not doing it properly. We made a complain on this and they did the cleaning again but still I can give a score of 6.5 only.

The appts are really nice, Sheeraj the cleanning guy really nice and kind. Moshood also cool, the whole reception staff and guards are rly kind and nice. When ever we called they helped us. overall a really nice stay

Only thing is pool is a bit small and should be cleaned more often. its nice but if i could change something that would be it

I’ll start with the rooms, they are spacious based on the two bedrooms apartment, you have a good balcony , a good size living room, two bed rooms, one is a master that has a walk in shower, plus a tub. the other bed room has two twin beds, each room has a tv, a second bathroom with walk-in shower, you have a fully functioning kitchen, from a fas stove, microwave, dishwasher, oven, toaster, kittle , and coffee maker. you have a good size dining table for 6 people. a couch as well. house keeping is 10/10, we had Mr. Akila who serviced our room, this guy is awesome, professional with his job, goes above and beyond to make sure your happy. his cleaning and service is 10/10, always a positive attitude, he is a good energy to be around you. the hotel has a garage, which is a plus. around the hotel you have a grocery store , and a restaurant as well. barber shop, laundry shop. the location is nice, close to burj khalifa and dubai mall. and I’m not ending this review without mentioning two ladies that were very helpful, first one is the lady who checked us in, Umaima. she always has a smile on her face with a positive attitude. helpful with my request to have a close room to the lift due to the fact my mom had a fresh knee surgery done in dubai and we wanted something close. and she provided. second person is the supervisor, that unfortunately there was a misunderstanding and miscommunication from my side, but she still handled the situation with top professionalism, i thank you for your patience with me.

the kitchen requires a bit improvements, I ordered few times, and like 3 times the food was below average, and one time we had 4 missing portions from one meal.

Efficient check-in & check-out, got a slight upgrade as well. Housekeeping staff Joseph was amicable and accomodating. Got a little birthday surprise from the hotel. Hotel environment was mostly serene, not much hustle & bustle except during high-peak hours. Amenities like 24h grocery store are available within short distance or at Bay Avenue.

Could not understand how the main room lights work, it's only accessible through master switch. A/C controls were also confusing, left it on auto. Shower temperature controls are not working, water goes from cold to boiling hot in a minute. Other than these issues, everything else was splendid.

Overall a very nice hotel for the price and value. Breakfast was decent but could be better. Staff was very nice Overall. The one complaint I had was that there were no USB connections in the entire 3 bedroom unit. When we asked for adaptors we were told to go buy some. After insisting they gave us 2 adaptors within minutes. So why push back when you have them available?

Staff were so helpful and polite, always asked if they can assist, very mindful of children which i respect alot. Will definitely stay here again and recommend.
