We can highly recommend the hotel; it is located quite centrally, on a beautiful esplanade by the creek. The food is diverse (soup, various dishes, salads, vegetables, bread, and desserts) - we had booked breakfast and dinner, as we also needed gluten-free options. I would like to commend the chefs and the entire staff - everyone was extremely friendly and always very helpful. We felt very comfortable. The meal times are easy to remember. The terrace is wonderful, except for the occasionally loud air conditioning. The interior of the restaurant is very nice, but it was a bit too cool for us. The pool in the 3rd floor is open from 7 am to 7 pm, and you can always find a spot. I appreciated the consistency of the pool staff in removing towels from occupied loungers if someone tried to reserve them - you had 10 minutes to show up. Perfect! There are construction sites, but we didn't have any issues with them. Lillys Bar (3rd floor too) is nice, but if you need silence - book higher floors or other side. The fitnessstudio is nice too. The room was always clean - we think that the towels didn't necessarily need to be changed daily... the guest could toss them on the floor, if they had to be changed. By feet we went 45 Minutes to Burj Khalifa….we made this once in the night….better you take a taxi! Thank you being so helpfully and friendly.👍🏼🥰

The location and view are excellent. The room is neat and comfortable.

The clear glass between the beds and the toilet was too much.

The facilities, the rooms and the area

They did not have balcony in the rooms and they have free access to the beach but it was through another hotel (as they have 3 central hotel) which is 30 mins away and they do not offer transfer or pay for any transport to get there so I consider this miss leading understanding

Everything! On arrival, we were met at the door with welcome drinks and the concierge collected our bags. At check in each room was given free drinks token to be used at the bar and also free access pass to the private beach at the Palm. Beautiful hotel, great amenities and beautiful views. Great location - right in the heart of downtown Dubai with a taxi rank and bus stop right outside the hotel. The business bay metro station is not too far from the hotel as well. Hospitality was exceptional. All the staff were very friendly and hospitable, they were willing to go above and beyond to meet our needs. They helped with my mum’s birthday surprise and also assisted with brother’s delayed baggage. I would like to say a big thank you to Philip, Marian, Obezie, Kazeem, Youssef and the rest of the staff that attended to me and family during our stay.

The hotel does not provide free airport shuttle or shuttle to the the private beach. I think management should consider implementing a shuttle service for a true 5 star service.

Stunning views of the lake & the Burj Khalifa. The staff was very professional & friendly. The rooms were very clean & everything was functional. I’m thoroughly enjoyed my stay

The hotel needs to review the price list of food, most of the food items are overpriced. For example I was charged 22 dirhams for a can of Coke at the hotel which I later on bought from a petrol station for only 5 dirhams. The markup seems ridiculously high.

From check in to check out, the staff were all super friendly and helpful. The room was amazing with awesome beds and a view of the outer city, Room service was quick and easy to order via an ipad, The coffee shop downstairs was nice while waiting for our check in time.

Our room could have more amenties such as coffee, tea, sugar, milk, they was three of us staying in the room but, not enough for three. Also, cups and glasses were only for two people instead of three, fortunately we were a family sharing and didn't mind sharing if needed. Thank goodness for the bathroom blind as we are a family of one parent and two teenagers sharing which could have been embarressing with the large window in the bathroom overlooking the room.

The view from the pool is amazing - you can see the Burj Khalifa. The room was big, clean and comfortable. The staff was very friendly and helpful. From the gym you see the city. The breakfast and the lunch and dinner were delicious. I can just recommend this hotel. You can reach the hotel in 15 minutes walking from the metro station.

I loved the atmospher , the hotel inside vibes over all and lovely fresh smell all over , clean , exceptional house keeping and the staff were very friendly hard working and cooperative..

There is an entertainment DJ at the bar and swimming pool , Lovely view of the canal. You can go morning walk on the side of the canal. Food is good breakfast for me was v. good with variable options. I like that there are other options for entertainment the free access to the palm private beach c central and royal central which make it a perfect choice for vacation and relaxation

Everything was perfect! Nice staff, very clean, nice view! They even surprised me with a birthday cake!

You can enjoy the sun at the pool only until midday. After that it gets a little chilly! We were visiting at the beginning of January.

The Location is about 20 minutes on average to most places. The view of the hotel is to the canal and the pool of the hotel. The facilities of the hotel provides all our demands. The first day of our stay at the breakfast we did not like that there were no coffee machine while when we asked the staff member about our preferred drinks the following day they prepare it for us. The room were so great, spacious and more than what expected. We asked for a bath tub at our room and they fulfil our demands.

We mentioned that this stay is for our anniversary celebration but nothing special were recommended or prepared for us. Non the less, the check-in staff Ayesha ruined our first moment and gave a false first impression about the hotel and our upcoming stay. She were not professional nor friendly with us while we were waiting and during the check in and after assisting us. This situation was not acceptable as we were arriving from almost a 12 hour trip and our visit is to celebrate and cheer up.
