Very pleased with the hotel, Iqbal at the front desk was very helpful.

Breakfast, paid for breakfast on one morning as we didn't have it included, food was very cold, not a great selection. Ordered drinks poolside, waited roughly 1 hour to receive our drinks and had to wait a further 30mins for the waitress to find the card machine so we could pay.

The location is excellent. Very close to Deira City Centre and the Metro station. Reception staff were very helpful and courteous. Rooms are neat and clean. WiFi is excellent. Found the room clean and tidy everyday after we returned from outside hectic activities. The room service staff, especially Naseem and Ali, did their job excellently. Breakfast was excellent having a vast variety of items to choose from. A birthday cake by the hotel staff for my son’s 12 birthday during our stay at the Hotel was a pleasant surprise for us indeed 😊.

They were extremely accommodating and allowed us to check in early at like 12 am, We got to the hotel super early and I didn’t want to wait. So this was a big plus. This is the perfect hotel for a big family like mine. The best hotel I’ve ever been privileged enough to stay at. Gorgeous building, and it only gets more breathtaking when you walk in. High-quality rooms The staff was very friendly and consistently made sure I was comfortable. I will definitely stay there when I come back!

The breakfast wasn't really good, most of the warm dishes were hot(too spicy)since I came with children it wasn't pleasant for them. I couldn't enjoy the breakfast when the kids were not eating.

This is one of my favorite hotels in dubai. The room is clean and spacious. I must mention Mis Yeaub at the front desk, who goes out of her way to ensure guests feel home. I really commend her assistance every time I come. Well done.

Very close to the metro station and the Deira City Centre mall (a very big mall). Also, the location is close to the airport (took me under 15 minutes from the hotel to the airport by the metro). Very comfortable beds, efficient air conditioning. Good breakfast. Very good cleaning service of the room, I few times left the room as late as 6 PM and every time the room had been cleaned when I came back.

Although the metro station is near, the location is still far from the main attractions of Dubai.

They called me every 5 minutes asking to check out. Called me again and again even if I said that I'm almost done packing and will be downstairs in 10mins. Phone line was terrible. Like we were in 1990 or something. Impossible to hear the other side. They forgot that I have asked for the bed for my kid. So we took her to our bed, as we were too tired at 2am after a long flight. And that's after my reminder via booking to bring the bed in the room done 2 days before the trip.

During our stay, we had the pleasure of encountering an exceptional staff member, C. Lutful. His professionalism and attentiveness made a significant difference in our overall experience. C. Lutful consistently went above and beyond to ensure our needs were met every day. His polite demeanor and dedication to his job were truly remarkable. If I were the manager, I would highly recommend considering him for a supervisory role, as his exceptional service and evident motivation make him a valuable asset to the hotel.
