I have stayed many times in this hotel and it always meets my expectations. The location is superb and it is a good relation cost-benefit.

I have reserved a non smoking room and, as I arrived late at night, there was no non-smoking room available. Even being strongly allergic, I had to stay one night in a smoking room. The next day I said that the only way for them to compensate my discomfort was to upgrade me to a better room or to give me free breakfast, but I got nothing to compensate the terrible first night.

The rooms were clean, very comfortable, and the staff was amazing. As a family of four, including my wife, an eleven-year-old son, and an infant under one year old, we were delighted with our experience. The location of the apartments is great as it is opposite to the Deira city center. The staff is very helpful especially Umer, Priyanka, Jivah qne Megha. They all are good asset for the company as they deal with customers with good attitude and promotes good relationship between guest and Hotel. Thanks for the upgrade Priyanka - we really enjoyed it.

The housekeeping staff is good - although when you face an issue then there could be misscommunication between different teams which can create bit of chaos. Apart from that - all is good :)

I have been handicapped due to an accident of my right knee. The staff was super friendly to help me with my daily matters, carrying bags etc. The location is excellent, as you are only 70 meters away between the entrance of the hotel to the entrance of metro station, then you can use the subway to walk to the other exit and enter Deira City Center mall. The room has a pretty well equipped kitchenette and you can do your own breakfast. And there are plenty of dining places in the hotel or around, in Deira city Center, that can match different tastes. The only improvement I would suggest is to add more gym equipment, as it needs a huge upgrade and add many more channels to the satellite list.

well, the reception people were so friendly and welcoming. the cleaning room services is excellent the help of providing info from the reception people were so good, and helpful too. the place of the hotel is very well located near the center (city center) as well the hotel has an excellent atmosphere from being calm. There is no noise

Very well situated and close to metro station Deira citycenter. Busstops around as well. Only 2 metro stops from airport DXB. Hotel is clean and the people at reception and cleaning service are very friendly. Hotel is a clear recomendation. Washing maschine and dryer in the room. Kitchen + fridge available in the room

The location and proximity to Deira Dubai Metro Station The staff were very courteous and prompt especially Ms.Priyanka from the front desk.

The equipments are a bit old. There was water leaking from the washing machine onto the kitchen floor every time we washed our clothes. Could also include a gew more kitchen utensils.

Room were very spacious & neat..Location of Hotel is very near to Deira City center..metro is also just around the corner with couple of steps away..Overall I had a good experience during my stay at the hotel at such an affordable pricing compared to its nearby competitors..Also would like to thank Megha at the reception for providing such hospitality resulting in seamless stay at hotel.

Firstly Buffet was not available & plus I didn't had a good experience with restaurant at the hotel as it didn't meet my expectation.
