The hotel exudes warmth and a welcoming atmosphere, and the staff’s genuine hospitality towards their guests is truly remarkable. While there are a few names that stand out presently—Ms. Hima, Mr. Ali, Mr. Farid, and Mr. Hatem—we’d like to extend our heartfelt gratitude to everyone as each one of you contributed immensely to our wonderful stay. Your exceptional service was truly appreciated, and we eagerly anticipate our next visit to see all of you again.

Primary area for improvement lies in the inability to charge food and drinks to the room, settling the expenses upon checkout would have been more convenient for us.

The location

Location is good. Very near to the airport.

Too much noisy. Is seems as if the windows are open, but they are closed. You will hear every car running outside.

Location is perfect for me.

Toilet was not up to the standard of the room. Wash basin was almost blocked, water was not flowing smoothly Carpet is very old for the standard of the 616 Room.

room is big and equipped with every thing necessary. Location was good for me near to the airport, restaurants, shops, park and creek. The hotel provides breakfast, launch and dinner buffets at reasonable price. The location is safe.

Thanks lot to all the hotel staff. Clean, comfortable rooms. Especially at the reception the Moe and Dalila are the professional of their profession!!! My reservation did not include breakfast, and for an additional 10 dollars can have a delicious breakfast. Also a great dinner for 50 dirhams. Next time I will be in Dubai, definitely check this hotel. Good luck to all the staff and management!!!

The location of this hotel to everything was a bonus.It is central to the Airport, City Centre Mall, and Al Rigga St. Great Value for money. The concierge went above and beyond to assist me in enabling me to get the Airline Reservations Telephone Numbers. The Concierge Staff Sadik and Johnathon were extremely Friendly, Polite and Efficient in assisting me. Both team members were professional in handling queries while providing excellent levels of customer service.

The hotel is generally clean and orderly. The room is spacious and bathroom is very clean as well. Housekeeping did a great job during our stay and the toiletries are always refilled. Highly recommended especially travelling family with kids as the room is spacious, your kids will have enough space to play and roam around.

The breakfast could have been better. Not complaining but can be improved.

Quiet, clean and cosy short stay accommodation.

Reception was not good, nor in check-in, neither in check-out. We did not receive our "Welcome Drink" that was supposed to be offered when checking in (based on booking confirmation). Also, they were not responsive when I called them (more than 5 times) to ask for a staff to take our stuff to parking. I had to go to the reception from Level 10 to ask for help! But they promised to send someone, but they did not!! And so, I had to to again to the reception!!!

The hotel was nice and clean, as were the rooms. The staff (reception, housekeeping, room service, etc) were also very helpful and exceptional. Special shout-out to Mr. Farid, who was very helpful during check in and flexible during checkout. There is also a nice restaurant on the side that is very affordable and serves good food.

There really isn't much I could say that I didn't like.
