A warm and pleasant attitude from all the staff, a beautiful hotel, I stayed in a large and beautiful room. Overall a good experience.

Bottles of cold water were missing in the room. Missing a coffee machine. The bath didn't look very clean. No cold water in the fridge waiting for a new gust .There are no tissues in the room. No English movies channels available on tv.. Dinner was reasonable and relatively small quantities. Breakfast doesn't have a big selection but it was ok. The pool is nice, small, without music, bar and service that was missing.

The hotel is very green and nicely decorated. We liked the breakfast a lot, it was balanced and had quite varied selection of dishes. The room was quiet and the pool inside the hotel was a nice place to relax. Also, my wife really liked the Spa-center and enjoyed massages. Special thanks to professional and attentive masseuse Neelam.

Hotel rooms have a quite cool system to show if you need cleaning or don't want to be disturbed, but unfortunately not all personnel follows it. For example, we had a red do not disturb light on our door during the day because we were sleeping, but they started calling us by the phone from the front desk which ruined our rest.

I recently stayed at Al Khoory Sky Garden for 8 days, booking two rooms for my family and I While the overall experience was enjoyable, our stay began on a frustrating note. Having requested an early check-in since our flight landed in the morning, the front desk staff member we first encountered was unhelpful, and we were made to wait for a few hours despite traveling with a young child. Fortunately, Saima, another receptionist, came to the rescue. Her professionalism, big smile, and friendly demeanor turned things around. She made our check-in process so smooth and truly brightened my mood. Our rooms were always impeccably clean and fresh, thanks to Mary, the room attendant, and her colleagues. They were friendly, professional, and always greeted us with warm smiles. The restaurant staff, particularly Sonya and Mustafa, went above and beyond to ensure we were comfortable. Their friendly and professional service, coupled with their kind and playful interaction with my son, made our dining experiences delightful. Even the baggage handler (a tall gentleman whose name I unfortunately didn’t catch) was incredibly helpful throughout our stay. He assisted us numerous times, including efficiently bringing down and loading our luggage during checkout. The food at the hotel was delicious, and breakfast was consistently amazing—though larger tea cups would be a welcome addition! However, there are a couple of areas that need improvement. The fridge in our room and the toilet air vents didn’t seem to work, an issue other guests mentioned as well. Overall, we thoroughly enjoyed our stay. Despite some initial hiccups, the excellent service from staff like Saima, Mary, Sonya, Mustafa, and the baggage handler made it a memorable experience. Would I recommend Al Khoory Sky Garden? Absolutely, and I can’t wait to visit again

In-room Fridge and Toilet Vents not working.

- All the staff members, despite busy schedules, would go extra miles to assist. - The small garden view - Space allocated for children - The swimming pool - The restaurants had my options. Especially the Indian - The spa and sauna - The breakfast

Honestly, nothing serious. However, I would like to make the following suggestions: 1. Could there be a way of improving and enhancing the insulation of the separating partition between the cupboards and the bathroom? This will help avoid mold in the cupboards. 2. For breakfast: Have more oats, muesli, homemade granola, shredded wheat...etc

The staff were helpful. The hotel room was cleaned daily.

The TV services were not the best. No News/ TV programs in English.

Beautiful Hotel exceeded my expectations, extremely clean Rooms, the interior colors are beautiful the Bed is very comfortable the room was super clean and No bad smell. i really loved the bathroom is very Big and had glass partition between the toilet seat and a door inside the bathroom, the shower area is luxurious and i was happily surprised it had (Rainforest shower) which really made my day happier after long tiredness day i was relaxed. Our room had swimming pool view was fantastic. The Hotel staff were very caring and helpful and didn't annoy us in the checkout unlike many other hotels. The lobby have a forest green sitting area with sky view beautiful place to chill or have a coffee. Thanks alot we enjoyed our stay and next time we will definitely bring our kids for the next trip to stay at Al Khory.

They required a 50 Dirhams insurance deposit at check-in, which is 1st time i ever heard of in Dubai Hotels , it was smoothly returned at checkout.

The place is so beautiful. Cleanliness is top notch. Every time I would find them cleaning. The services were so good. They kept on checking on us to find if everything is okay. Always refilling us with water since it’s the hot season they know the water is needed. Generally it was a 10/10

I didn’t like the breakfast. I think it’s an Indian hotel. For anyone who isn’t into Indian meals I would advise you not to pay for breakfast because it wasn’t worth it. The whole time I would go for breakfast I would have eggs cakes and juice.

This hotel is beautiful, there is a Cafe that serves a limited selection of Starbucks drink and the young man who works most days was fabulous. The room was nicely appointed, we had a terrace that overlooked the pool area. The pool was also fabulous. The water was warm and it was a decent size. I have no complaints about the facilities. Also the location was great, we could walk to City Centre and I needed a rt pcr test within 24 hours of flying back to the US and the Al Garhoud Hospital was also a quick walk.

Checkout specifically. Check in, also not fun, long. But the whole checkout process, I left before my bf, so this is second hand...they went and checked the room and said the Pringles from the mini bar were opened and they needed to charge us, but here is the thing, I brought my bf 2 shopping bags worth of American snacks/chips(he is from there and I am from the US)...we didn't need the mini bar, anyway, I recommend future guests check everything when you check in so you don't get surprised at the end. Overall, was a great stay. We stayed in 3 hotels this trip, 4 days a piece and this was our 2nd favorite.

Nice rooms, quiet and comfortable. The Garden at the Lobby is stunning. Pool and gym are according to the requirement. The staff at the reception are very professional, friendly and understanding specially Ms.Payae. Will like to visit again for sure, but I suggest few pints regarding Breakfast and restaurant below.

The Breakfast was below average. Coffee and Tea are the main essential beverages during breakfast. Instead of Instant coffee it would be great to put the Cappuccino and Late machine with Fresh milk, customers will love it. The Karak mix tea was too much sweet and unbearable, better not to put sugar, guests can use sugar according to their needs. The milk used in Karak was cheap condensed milk, it’s a waste totally, just make tea in Tetra milk. Salad 🥗 was old and not fresh to eat.
