Rove City Centre in Port Saeed Dubai was our best choice. Great location (3 min from the metro station) and 10 min. from the airport. The hospitality of the hotel staff, cleanness, and variety of breakfast dishes – that was really impressive. Special thanks to our charming receptionists: Somayae and the other one whose name we’ve just forgotten. Their helpful tips regarding: attractions, comfortable traveling by public transport and flexibility in check-out time caused it to be an unforgettable week. Our staying was too short ;)

The hotel fully deserves four stars, not three. We saw (and felt), a lot of features of a four stars hotel. And we had two rooms for 9 nights so … 5 minutes walk to an important Metro Station (Deira City Centre) so you can reach the central attractions in 30-40 minutes. Very safe neighborhood, with nice shops and restaurants. Large and modern rooms. Good comfy beds and a small sofa. We had top floor rooms, quiet and with good panorama. They cleaned the room and changed towels every day. Free water, coffee, tea in the room. Free underground parking. Wonderful service, starting with the easy check-in, the cleaning staff and the restaurant staff. They help you with any problem with a smile on their faces. Special remarks for Elvis (front desk) and Rodica (restaurant). Good breakfast, with a large variety of food to choose from. In conclusion the price-quality ratio is good for Dubai and we highly recommend the hotel to all our friends.

Everything Was Better Than It Should Be. This Hotel Deserves 5 Stars. Breakfast Food and Staff are Excellent and Friendly. There is a Small Park Right Next to the Facility. Very Ideal for Evening Walking and Jogging. I liked it very much. When I come to Dubai again, I want to stay if the location suits it.

The gym is a little small but sufficient for short stays.

I especially likes the proximity to the Metro, 🚇 meaning that you can navigate easily to virtually anywhere in Dubai. Also, the convenience of having the shuttle going to various locations (including to and fro the airport and the beach) made it easy for moving around with the family. The staff members were also very respectful, considerate and helpful.

There's not much to dislike, would have been great to have the pool heated at night. Though I was made to understand that it doesn't stay warm for long during "winter". I'll be back over the summer to confirm 🤣

The hotel is great. Excellent position in a quiet area, although the surroundings are very busy, 200 m from the subway and 300 m from DEIRA MALL, impeccable cleanliness, top staff services - receptionists, housekeepers, waiters, the boy in the hotel lobby and the driver on the minibus who transported us to the beach and the airport. Although the hotel is three stars, the services are five stars. Many thanks and the best thoughts to Rodica and Mahmoud at the reception, who were very kind and responsive and did their best to satisfy all our requests and thus made us feel safe and among friends at ROVE CITY CENTRE- Deira, Dubai.

Clean property. Staff was fantastic. They responded to any need/request immediately. You can hail cabs right from the entrance using an app. Naseem, the person who drives the shuttle is great as well. All in all absolutely recommend this property. Customer service was the highlight!

I would say just a couple of things but these weren’t enough to deduct any points from this place’s rating. Pillows were too hard, bathroom - water drips out of the shower area because of the way it is designed. Hot water temp fluctuates.

The room's design was really superb. You could easily fit one more visitor into the spacious and comfortable room. Located within a short 5-minute stroll of both the subway and retail centers, this is an ideal spot. There were plenty of parking places available throughout the day. Within 10 minutes of your request, room service would be at your disposal, and the personnel was quite responsive. The use of glass bottles is a brilliant concept, in my opinion.

Very large and excellent hotel where many people from different countries work. Everyone there's very friendly and and most helpful. The hotel is located almost next to Deira City Center Metro Station. That's the third station on the Red Line from Terminal 3 station (home of Emirates). The hotel also has a free shuttle service to terminals 1 and 3 of the airport. Upon arrival in terminal 3, go up one floor, exit the building, cross the street and enter the building for the buses and hotel shuttles at the other side. The hotel minibus comes there every hour. Ask the hotel for the schedule. It can be busy in that building. So remember the minibus has the sign 'Rove City Center' on the front and 'Rove around Dubai' on the side. Opposite the reception in the hotel there's a travel agency where you can book excursions. Remember that in Dubai with the metro in combination with the hop-on hop-off bus you can go to many sites. The room and bathroom were very neat, comfortable and sufficiently large. It was also quiet in the room (and no noise from airplanes). You can make tea and coffee in the room and they bring drinking water every day. A special mention is given to the very huge buffet breakfast with everyone's choices. Also to the fantastic staff. On a next stopover I'd like to stay there again.

This hotel is usual for us. we have been several hotels in Dubai, but Rove city center services are very excellent and ready on time. I have so many times been surprised by Rove services and facilities. They consider every single detail. Shuttle bus picked up us from Airport at midnight and on day Mr Naseem was very helpful to carry our baggage and pick up us to Terminal 3. He is very kind and helpful. Rove city center is very quiet and good location and good service hotel. Even if they have a hotel cheaper season, they never change their service and smile. If you pay expensive on season time or if you pay cheapest in not season time they are very similar good service. Even in the receptionist when I called him in the early morning because our neighbor was listening to music loudly, he changed our room very peacefully. He is very kind and cares about guests. All in all, Rove Hotel is the best. If you want more coffee or milk or dental kit's, they never ignore it and they are very kindly to us. Thank you 😊 💓 ☺️

I would like to see clean carpets in the L area next time and cleaning the first entrance door from outside.

The place was really nice, the staff really friendly. Check-in was really good and quick. The free bus shuttle leaving every hour from the hotel towards the airport terminal 1 and 3 was really convenient. Overall, I've stayed there twice already and I'm looking forward to starting again whenever I'll get layover in Dubai 😊

The temperature in the room really cannot be controlled. I was a tad cold, and being there no heating I had to rely on wearing clothes under the blankets. I suggest giving electric heaters in the room for customers who request it. I'd also suggest giving the option to board the bus shuttle from the international airport to the hotel.
