I have stayed at dozen of hotels in Dubai.This was on the top of the list of best stays/experiences ever. Staff was very hospitable and there for every need of mine. Gorgeous building, and it only gets more breathtaking when you walk in. High quality rooms. Thank you so much.

The hotel is quite new, it opened in Nov 2020 and that is a real benefit. It can be easily reached from the airport, Deira in the north is quite nice and allows you to see the somewhat more authentic Dubai (i.e. not only skyscrapers and artificial stuff like in the south). Hotel staff is super nice and the rooms look nice. Much better than some of the worn down hotel you can find in Dubai for similar prices. I can generally recommend the breakfast: They have a lot of options, both European and local. Only downside: The coffee is not good and the juices are not fresh. WiFi was decent, I got a ping of 115 ms, downstream of 137 Mbps and upstream of 15 Mbps. Room cleaning was without flaws. Rickmore did a great job. It is nice that they have an Asian restaurant on the ground floor which is open really long. I went there twice during my stay. Late checkout was possible in my case, which was really helpful. I would say in this price class the Edge Creekside is probably the best hotel in the north of Dubai. You have to pay a lot more to get something fancier like in the Old Souq area. Newcomers, you might be tempted to stay in the south, to go to Expo 2020 or because the south is oh so fancy. I would not do that. I spent a few days at the Edge hotel in Deira and then in another in the south. In the south, hotels are much more expensive and often of a much worse quality. I really regret staying in a bad Novotel in the south after Edge and the Novotel was more expensive. And you don’t save that much taxi time by being in the south (only about 15 mins saved per trip).

Coffee and juices at breakfast need to be improved

The room was comfortable and the area quiet. Room amenities and toileteries, bottled water supplies and tea were plentiful

A member of the reception staff was unhelpful. The Arab lad and the lady from the Philipine were pretty good. However, when I was enquiring about the morning paper, an Indian gentleman - not at the reception but a staff member - incorrectly advised that that day's paper didn't arrive! A colleague interjected and advised that they arrived hours earlier - at 5 a.m. Whence, somehow, that day's paper appeared! Not happy to be fobbed off

The staff are super friendly and helpful. The rooms are on the smaller side but decent and cozy; well, stepup so feels larger than it is. The room had a nice view of the creek and city. Unfortunately, it was a gloomy week, so we were not able to see far.

The price was on the expensive side for the room, location, and overall amminites, especially through booking.com. The total price from booking didn't also include taxes and fees, which made it even more expensive.

Amazing hotel, I received an amazing room with facilities that assist your stay fully, Their tv has youtube with an amazing speed. the room has buttons beside the bed to control lights all over the room and the A/C. Everything in this hotel is chill-friendly, quiet and modern in terms of contemporary design! Upon arrival, Ashraf the front-office manager welcomed me with the warmest smile ever, he even switched my room to another upon my request! Also the front-office for making sure my stay is satisfying. The restaurant staff are really amazing, all of them, I would like to thank Ashibak & Linda for always asking and making sure if everything is ok. The room service Rajendra who’s extremely fast and professional, He complied all the requests I’ve asked. Thank you Nazrul for the nice smile he always meet the people with. The staff is really a 10 star in this hotel 👏.

I had a business trip. The hotel is located near most of the places I had to go from the government perspective. Daira City Center is a 5-minute ride by taxi, as well as the metro station(if you need to go to other parts of the city like Dubai Mall or Mall of Emirates).

There are some issues with AC in the gym. Also, the hotel is located in an area that is not welcoming in terms of clean streets. But it's not the problem of the hotel - some actions should be taken by the government.

Edge Creekside Hotel is an amazing hotel with friendly staffs (especially Mr. Danish), clean and overall peaceful. The location is also not too far away from the major attractions of Dubai. I’d recommend this hotel for anyone who wants to have a quiet stay with restaurants nearby. Also there’s a convenience store located just opposite to the hotel along with some super markets making your stay more hassle free. Thank you Edge Creekside Hotel for all the lovely things during my stay.

Team! I stayed for the 2nd time in this hotel and both times I was really impressed by the staff. Such a friendly and helping team! Big thanks to Nazrul, always so polite, positive and helpful, to Abilash and to fantastic lady at the breakfast, who got my morning habbits and always kindly offered me cappuccino and cheese omlette - and always with a smile!;) By the way, the breakfasts were great value for money. Nice warm swimming pool with jacuzzi- never too many people, great for kids. Clean, spacious rooms.

Metro 15 minutes by foot, taxi challenging (long) to get in peak hours.

The Hotel Location was really nice and centered in the heart of Dubai, allowing access to rest of the places in the city with ease. The staff were amazingly great, mostly Moose the cleaner he was very professional at his job and always with a smile. Raja incharge of tourist activities reservations is absolutely amazing too.

The very limiting unchangeable breakfast and the pack of accommodation, breakfast and lunch where the lunch is a set menu was absolutely regrettable.

Friendly staffs who are always ready to help out. Good scents in the environment. My family and I stayed here for 4 nights before moving to another hotel. We can say Edge was by far the best hotel we booked. It should pass for a 5 star hotel cos we slept in a 5 star too but we still preferred our stay in Edge. We were traveling with a 7 months infants so we were very skeptical about hotels to book but after several back and forth we are glad to have picked Edge. Close to most attraction places and city center is just 12 mins away less than 15 AED for cab. We picked the buffet breakfast option and don’t regret it. So much food and they kept on adding varieties so you don’t get to eat the same thing everyday.

The hotel wifi won’t connect with vpn. So you have to always have mobile data to connect for voice calls.
