I really liked the room's composition, it was really comfy. The breakfasts are worth the price and were very tasty, it was also convenient that the buffet and the restaurant have room service and are available most of the day. The staff was really helpful and accommodating (though the daily calls asking me on how everything is going were probably too much; I also appreciated that the cleaning staff wanted to clean the room every day, but it wasn't needed that often).

It's a pity that the gym wasn't available during the stay. As for the rooms, I'd love if trash bins were a bit bigger and if a hair dryer was available in the room right away.

The staff is extremely helpful and kind. The rooms are spacious even for an IBIS branded hotels, large room space. The location is near to Dragon Mart mall which is a very interesting mall. There is Nesto Hypermarket and a nice foodcourt in the mall therefore, amenities can be available easily. The reception area is very large and has a space for kids to play while parents are busy with checkin process. Checkin process is very quick and smooth. They have a lobby to keep your luggages in case you wish to travel to Abu Dhabi with just a bagpack, they kindly kept our luggages as we had more booking with them. Overall, it was a very nice stay, nice facilities and I will not hesitate to book this hotel again. Special shoutout to Venu, the night shift receptionist who is very friendly, kind and helpful.

Extra amenities (dental kits, extra towels, extra pillows) are not provided in the room upon checkin however, upon request, housekeeping will bring for you. The location is a bit far from downtown, airport and Deira.

Cool and silent

Our family of four took two rooms for six nights during New Year's period. It was good value for money considering the peak tourist season. Much cheaper than similar hotels down town. Quiet, spacious rooms, comfortable beds and clean bathrooms. Sumptuous breakfast, though the menu is the same everyday. The hotel is next to Dragon Mart, a mall that specializes in construction material and home decor. It has decent dining options. Our return flight got delayed and the Front Desk was kind to give us a delayed checkout of 4 PM instead of 12 PM.

The location is in the outskirts of the city. Not connected by metro and bus involves multiple changes. As tourists, we spent a lot on cabs (average 40 to 50 AED one way to city centre or tourist attractions). Though as a family of four, the cost averaged out well for us, for for solo / duo travellers it may be a factor.

Satisfactory Welcome and Room and WIFI. Well planned Breakfast and very good Room Service Food. Location is ideal for the visitors of Dragon Mart. Easy access to multiple variety of restaurants in the Dragon Mart. Permission to bring in, snacks and chocolates from supermarkets.

Narrow Variety of Coffee and Tea in the room, while it is well maintained in the restaurant. Fridge is not giving cooling for water and soft drinks. Need to have more powerful fridge. Guest need to bring his soap, shampoo and any additional towels he needs to use.

Dubai Bus stop and Nesto super market is very near and walkable distance for the Indian food, and hotel stay was comfort and nice without any issues, everyone was at the reception was good and glad to get the quick services when something requested. Smooth check was done and free parking was a million dollar thing.

The bath towels are really giving bad smells as all neighbourhood and hotel stays people are Chinese. Bad smell observed.. They should different pair of towels to Asian or other nationalities other than China.

The hospitality of the staff is very good. Romeo, Luke and May in reception are very helpful and they really look for your satisfaction. The manger Mr. Sabry is a down to earth person who offers his support always and really I had I was honored to meet him twice. Good hotel and I do recommend it for a relaxed stay.

The staff was super nice, breakfast had various options to chose from, also a fresh omlete/pancakes/waffle stand. The hotel was clean and service was ok. It is a bit far from Dubai center but if you have a car is perfect. Near there is a mall ans Nesto grocery store. We has a good stay. Rooms are spacious.

The cleaning peesonnel only gave us a bog towel even if we were 2 guests. We needed to call reception to bring us another towel, witch was not a problem, but they did this every day.

Room, very good housekeeping, fresh linen everyday. Location, step outside and there are TAXi 24/7. DragonMart1&2 just across the street. Now they are giving access to DragonMart2 from inside hotel, so you don't even have to step outside of the hotel. It will be interconnected. Reception, May excellent and friendly. Breakfast, lot of choices to have a hefty breakfast. Vandhana always there to serve you with a smile.

There is now luggages services. You have to take by your self from your car to room!!!! They only provide one bottle of water The parking are in open area mixed with markets parkings. No slippers in bathroom, they can provide with extra charge. Very late responding by reception and mostly they will not respond to your request!!
