Privacy, the guest before me in the room forgot an item, so the security let him in my room without asking my permission, only told after he left, that's invading privacy without a permission and it's not even an emergency, only be the guy made a problem with the security so to calm him down they invaded my privacy

We were totally impressed with the professionalism of Assistant Manager of International Restuarant "Anees". We had a bad experience with the egg station staff at breakfast and we reported it to the Asst Manager Anna. She was extremely concerned and after that complaint ensured that we had a perfect stay all through the week. She was extremely responsive, courteous and went out of the way to ensure guests were taken care of and their complaints were addressed. This is what a good manager can do in the hospitality industry, they can turn a one off bad experience into a totally positive review. I want the Management to take notice of such competent team members who can overcome the shortcomings of the other staff. Kudos to Asst Manger Anna. Please keep up the good work. We would definitely love to be back in this hotel where we have been staying during our Dubai visits since last 15 years or so.

my stay was Amazing to the staff specially ( Raachel ) she was amazing and helps us a lot, the place was amazing and next the the mall and the outside open shopping areas + sea Amazing breakfast, the best breakfast i have ever had regarding HOTEL's Breakfast, Late check Out lovely Journey and I will repeat inshallah in the future, it is Luxurious Hotel and was happy, thanks

Privacy Regarding Doors ( you cannot lock doors between rooms with keys ( bad idea to use this ) you will not feel comfortable in the Toilets + Rooms They should remove MINI bar since the one using the room are Muslim other than that everything perfect

Every thing about the hotel was exceptional. The breakfast was amazing meeting all different diets. The room was spacious and bright with a great view. Every staff member was more than helpful and cheerful at all times. Our stay was short so we didn’t use the pool area but we saw it and we would have enjoyed swimming.

The only disadvantage about this hotel is that it is quite far from all the outings and as we were using a taxi, we spent a lot of money to visit different areas in Dubai.

My family and I had a positive experience during our stay at the hotel. The staff was exceptionally cooperative and helpful, making my visit enjoyable. I appreciate the excellent service provided especially by Mr.Jameel. Overall, it was a good hotel experience.

Changing the breakfast menu: To cater to long-term guests like me & my family who stayed for 10days, the breakfast menu could be diversified and changed on a regular basis. This could include introducing rotating dishes, and adding variety to the menu to provide a fresh experience for guests.

Got a room upgrade on request, staff was great, polite and friendly the room was awesome, views in my room were fantastic Concierge service was amazing, always wanting to make my stay better. Restaurants were awesome, service could have been better. Great variety of food, quality was good too ( tho lasagne was on the salty side)

Wifi is slow, and gets interrupted Took front desk forever 30-40min to return a call Card was blocked @ 12pm even though I had requested late checkout. Very inconveniencing to wait another 15 min just to request card reactivation. No masks in room Make the menus interactive on the TVs, downloading menus can pose a security risk. Gowns were rather small (too small for 2XL person) and not soft and luxurious.

The room (we stayed in the standard one) is spacious and well equipped. Breakfast, lunch and dinner options in Anise restaurant were more than generous. I assume hotel was full due to the holiday season, but the staff managed this very well - no queues and crowds. Responses from concierge, housecleaning and room service were quite fast. Location is really convenient - close to the airport (10 min drive) and to the downtown (15 mins to Dubai Mall). Adjacent Festival Mall also offers good shopping options and some entertainment for kids.

The overall hotel was impressive. The room was a bit small though it had everything. The bathroom was huge and excellent. Got a high floor facing the creek so the view outside was brilliant. The selection of restaurants was good, and the breakfast was expansive with excellent staff waiting on us. The hotel's connection with the big Festival City Mall next door is very handy and there is a huge selection of restaurants right behind the hotel beside the creek. Its quite near the airport. Overall an excellent hotel for the business traveller.

All the pillows were too soft so did not have a comfortable sleep. There should be a mix of soft and firm pillows. The WiFi was completely open so wasn't very comfortable using it. At least it should be tied to the room no and guest name

The location was amazing. The room and the hotel is very clean and staff especially the concierge Kareem and his team and kitchen staff Albin and others that I don’t remember their names were very friendly, polite and always happy to help. I have to mention Zaw as well as he always made sure our room was clean. The doormen were also great and happy to help with luggage and opening the doors and calling taxi for us. We have enjoyed our stay and happy to come back again. Well done all of you.

Everything was perfect

Checkin was super easy. The receptionist got us in to dinner before the restaurant closed which was huge after a long journey with kids. Loved the lobby fragrance. Best part of walking through the lobby. No masjid nearby, but they do have a prayer room. Good location attached to festival city mall; however, you can hear a lot of the lightshow until 11pm. Can be annoying if you are trying to sleep. Half board food and service in the anise restaurant was excellent. All the staff there were excellent in delivering our ordered dishes and cafe drinks to our table. Great selection and variety. Can't remember everyones names but everyone was really excellent. Free valet parking was a game changer especially in the heat. Excellent job by Adil and all the valet staff.

I wish the outdoor pools were larger with a slide or some feature for the kids.
